Technical Field
The invention relates to a diaper, in particular to a diaper structure with rubber.
Background
The existing method for making the elastic diaper needs to firstly respectively provide waterproof non-woven fabric, elastic lycra and an adhesive, the adhesive is sprayed on two sides of the elastic lycra by a spraying machine, and the non-woven fabric is respectively attached to the two sides of the elastic lycra under tensile tension to form the elastic diaper, but the method has the defects of complicated construction, time consumption and low economy. The elastic lycra only provides elasticity to increase the tightening force, and the air permeability of the elastic lycra is not good, so that the air permeability of the diaper cannot be increased, therefore, how to think the effect that the manufactured elastic diaper can provide air permeability and ventilation by itself is an improved subject.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber-type diaper, in which an elastic rubber body extends from one end of the absorbent layer to the other end of the absorbent layer, and the elastic rubber body extends continuously to the waist region to closely attach to the urinary region and the defecation region.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a rubber-type diaper, wherein the elastic rubber body is mounted on the diaper to increase the elastic fastening force of the diaper, so that the user can easily fit tightly without loosing.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a rubber diaper, wherein the elastic rubber body has a plurality of micro-holes with tapered apertures, so as to facilitate the tightening of the absorption layer and the dispersion of moisture.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a rubber diaper, wherein the elastic rubber body has a plurality of micropores, and the micropores of the elastic rubber body are compressed to allow air in the micropores to flow into the rubber diaper.
A final object of the present invention is to provide a rubber-type diaper, wherein the aperture of the pores of the elastic rubber body near the urinary tract region and the defecation region is larger than the aperture of the pores of the elastic rubber body near the buttocks region, so that air can flow from the buttocks region to the urinary tract region and then flow from the urinary tract region to the buttocks region.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rubber-type diaper comprising:
a contact layer;
an absorbent layer adjacent to the contact layer; and
at least one elastic rubber body is positioned on one side of the absorption layer, and the absorption layer is positioned between the elastic rubber body and the contact layer.
The rubber type paper diaper is also provided with a waterproof non-woven fabric layer, and the waterproof non-woven fabric layer is twisted and staggered with the elastic rubber body.
The rubber type paper diaper comprises an absorption layer, at least one elastic rubber body and a plurality of elastic rubber bodies, wherein the absorption layer is arranged between the at least one elastic rubber body and the at least one elastic rubber body, the at least one elastic rubber body extends from one end of the absorption layer to the other end of the absorption layer, the elastic rubber body is annularly arranged in a waist area, the elastic rubber body extends from one end of the absorption layer to a front waist area, and the elastic rubber body extends from the other end of the absorption layer to a back waist area so as to be tightly attached to a urinary.
The rubber type paper diaper is characterized in that the elastic rubber body is provided with a plurality of micropores, the aperture of each micropore is gradually reduced towards the direction of the absorption layer to form a conical shape, and the aperture of the micropore far away from the side of the absorption layer is larger than that of the micropore close to the side of the absorption layer.
The rubber type paper diaper, wherein, this elastic rubber body extends towards the buttock region, and this elastic rubber body has a plurality of micropores, and this micropore aperture convergent and be the toper form towards in the buttock region, makes the micropore aperture outside the buttock region be greater than the micropore aperture in the buttock region, when the user lies and sits or turns over the health, can make the micropore of the elastic rubber body extrusion in the micropore and inside the circulation entering rubber type paper diaper.
The rubber type diaper, wherein the aperture of the micropore of the elastic rubber body close to the urinary area and the defecation area is larger than the aperture of the micropore of the elastic rubber body close to the hip area, and when a user lies or turns over the body and presses the micropore of the elastic rubber body, air can circulate towards the urinary area or the defecation area from the hip area.
When the user lies and sits down and releases the micropores for recovering the elastic rubber body by turning over the body, the air can flow from the urinary area or the defecation area to the buttocks area.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the elastic rubber body is arranged on the paper diaper to increase the elastic binding force of the paper diaper, so that a user can be easily and closely fitted without loosening, and the leakage-proof effect can be achieved.

Detailed Description
For a clear understanding of the invention, reference should be made to the following description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a rubber-type diaper according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The present invention discloses a rubber-type diaper 1, which comprises a contact layer 2, an absorption layer 3 and an elastic rubber body 4. The absorption layer 3 can be made of organic material or inorganic material to absorb urine excrement adjacent to the contact layer 2, and the contact layer 2 is made of nonwoven fabric, but not limited to this, which is used to contact human skin. At least one elastic rubber body 4 is positioned on one side of the absorption layer 3, the absorption layer 3 is positioned between the elastic rubber body 4 and the contact layer 2, and the elastic rubber body 4 is arranged on the rubber-type paper diaper 1 to increase the elastic binding force of the rubber-type paper diaper 1, so that a user can be easily enabled to be tightly close to the skin without loosening and a leakage-proof effect can be achieved.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic view of a rubber-type diaper according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The present invention discloses at least one elastic rubber 4 extending from one end of the absorption layer 3 to the other end of the absorption layer 3, and the elastic rubber 4 is annularly arranged in the waist region 61, the elastic rubber 4 extends from one end of the absorption layer 3 to the front waist region 62, the elastic rubber 4 extends from the other end of the absorption layer 3 to the rear waist region 63 to tightly attach to the urinary region 64 and the defecation region 65, wherein the periphery of the rubber-type diaper 1 further has a waterproof non-woven fabric layer 5, the elastic rubber 4 and the waterproof non-woven fabric layer 5 can be twisted and interlaced and wound, or the elastic rubber 4 is coated on the inner periphery or the outer periphery of a part of the waterproof non-woven fabric layer.
Please refer to fig. 3 to fig. 6, which are an exploded view of a rubber-type diaper, a partially exploded view of a rubber-type diaper according to a third embodiment, a lying view of a rubber-type diaper and an airflow view of the rubber-type diaper according to the present invention. The present invention discloses an elastic rubber body 4 further having a plurality of micropores 41, wherein the pore diameter 42 of the micropores may range from 0.1mm to 10mm, the pore diameter 42 of the micropores is tapered toward the absorption layer 3 to form a cone shape, wherein the pore diameter 42 of the micropores far away from the absorption layer 3 may be larger than the pore diameter 42 of the micropores near the absorption layer 3. So as to increase the area of the absorption layer 3 for tightly binding the absorption layer 3 and facilitate the water vapor of the absorption layer 3 to overflow and disperse the water vapor through the outward-expanding cone-shaped micro-holes 41.
In addition, the elastic rubber body 4 can extend towards the buttocks area 66, the elastic rubber body 4 is provided with a plurality of micropores 41, the pore diameter 42 of the micropores is gradually reduced towards the inside of the buttocks area 66 to be in a cone shape, so that the pore diameter 42 of the micropores outside the buttocks area 66 is larger than the pore diameter 42 of the micropores inside the buttocks area 66, when a user lies down and turns over the body, the micropores 41 of the elastic rubber body 4 are pressed by the weight of the user, the compressed length L of the micropores 41 is shortened, and the air in the micropores 41 is extruded and circulated to enter the inside of the rubber type paper diaper 1, thereby preventing the occurrence of red buttocks, diaper rash, urethritis, bedsore and skin diseases of the old and the infants.
Fig. 7 to 10 are schematic views of a rubber-type diaper according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, illustrating partial disassembly and airflow flowing, turning over a body when the rubber-type diaper is worn, and recovering elastic rubber. In the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, a rubber-type diaper 1 is disclosed, in which the pore diameter 42 of the elastic rubber 4 near the urinary area 64 and the defecation area 65 is larger than the pore diameter 42 of the elastic rubber 4 near the buttocks area 66, and when a user lies down and turns over one of the bodies to press the pores 41 of the elastic rubber 4, air is circulated from the buttocks area 66 to one of the urinary area 64 and the defecation area. As shown in fig. 7 to 8, when the user turns over the body to release the micropores 41 of the elastic rubber body 4 after lying down, the release recovery length L of the micropores 41 is increased, and air circulates from one of the urinary region 64 and the defecation region 65 to the buttocks region 66, so that the circulation of air in the urination organs and buttocks of the old and the patients can be greatly prevented, and the occurrence of red buttocks, diaper rash, urethritis, bedsores and skin diseases can be prevented.
