Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a dental floss rod of the present invention comprises a housing 100 and a dental floss 2, wherein a first end of the housing 100 is provided as a using end to tighten the dental floss 2, a first winding body 301 and a second winding body 302 are provided in the housing 100, the first end of the dental floss 2 is wound on the first winding body 301, and a second end of the dental floss 2 is wound on the second winding body 302 after passing through the first end of the housing 100; the first winding body 301 and the second winding body 302 can rotate, the dental floss 2 is unwound when the first winding body 301 rotates, and the dental floss 2 is wound when the second winding body 302 rotates. The first winding body 301 is rotated to unwind the dental floss 2, paying out unused dental floss 2 from the first winding body 301, and the second winding body 302 is rotated to take up the dental floss 2, taking up used dental floss 2 onto the second winding body 302, thereby completing the replacement of the dental floss 2 at the first end of the housing 100. It should be noted that the housing 100 is composed of a body 101 and a cover plate 102, the body 101 is provided with a pin hole, the cover plate 102 is provided with a plug, and the cover plate 102 is detachably connected to the body 101 in a plugging manner, so that a user can open the cover plate 102 to check the remaining condition of the dental floss 2 in the body 101.
The first winding body 301 and the second winding body 302 are connected with a power source, and the power source drives the first winding body 301 and the second winding body 302 to rotate. Compared with a mode of directly rotating the first winding body 301 and the second winding body 302, the first winding body 301 and the second winding body 302 are driven by a power source to rotate more conveniently.
Referring to fig. 2, a first gear 401 and a second gear 402 are engaged with each other in the housing 100, the first winding body 301 is coaxially connected to the first gear 401, and the second winding body 302 is coaxially connected to the second gear 402. When the power source drives the first winding body 301 to rotate, the first gear 401 coaxially arranged with the first winding body 301 rotates synchronously to drive the second gear 402 to rotate reversely, so that the second winding body 302 rotates synchronously and reversely, and because the rotating directions of the first winding body 301 and the second winding body 302 are opposite, the winding direction of the dental floss 2 on the first winding body 301 is the same as that on the second winding body 302; preferably, the first gear 401 and the second gear 402 should have the same size, so that the rotation rates of the first gear 401 and the second gear 402 can be equal, that is, the unwinding speed of the first winding body 301 is the same as the winding speed of the second winding body 302, so that the dental floss 2 can be kept tight, and the dental floss 2 can be prevented from being broken due to over-stretching.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a crank 5 is further coaxially connected to the first winding body 301, and the crank 5 is disposed outside the case 100. The first winding body 301 is rotated by rotating the rocking handle 5, so that the second winding body 302 is driven to rotate by the first gear 401 and the second gear 402, i.e. the replacement of the dental floss 2 can be completed by rotating the rocking handle 5.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a first control member 6 is disposed on the housing 100, a first end of the first control member 6 is provided with a gear tooth 7 adapted to the first gear 401, a first through hole 8 is disposed on the housing 100, and the gear tooth 7 passes through the first through hole 8 and is engaged with the first gear 401. When the dental floss 2 needs to be replaced, the first control element 6 is pressed down, so that the gear teeth 7 on the first control element 6 are meshed with the first gear 401 to drive the first gear 401 to rotate for a certain angle, then the first control element 6 is lifted up, so that the gear teeth 7 on the first control element 6 are separated from the first gear 401, after the first control element 6 is pressed down again, the gear teeth 7 are meshed with the first gear 401 again to drive the first gear 401 to continue to rotate for a certain angle, and therefore the rotation angle of the first gear 401 can be controlled by the number of times of pressing down the first control element 6.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a reset member 9 is further disposed between the first control member 6 and the housing 100. It should be noted that the resetting element 9 may be any elastically deformable structure such as a rubber pad, and a preferred embodiment of the present invention is: the reset piece 9 is a spring, when the first control piece 6 is pressed down, the spring is pressed to store elastic potential energy, and after the external force for pressing the first control piece 6 is cancelled, the spring releases deformation potential energy, so that the first control piece 6 is reset, and a user can conveniently repeatedly press the first control piece 6 to replace the dental floss 2.
Referring to fig. 7, in another embodiment of the present invention, a second through hole 10 is formed in the housing 100, a rack 11 is inserted into the second through hole 10, the rack 11 is engaged with the first gear 401, and the rack 11 can move along a radial direction of the second through hole 10. When the dental floss 2 needs to be replaced, the rack 11 is pushed to drive the first gear 401 to rotate by a certain angle, if the first gear 401 needs to be rotated in the same direction repeatedly, after the rack 11 is pushed to the right position, the rack 11 is moved for a certain distance along the radial direction of the second through hole 10, so that the rack 11 is disengaged from the first gear 401, after the rack 11 is pulled upwards, the rack 11 is reset along the radial direction of the second through hole 10, the rack 11 is engaged with the first gear 401 again, the rack 11 is continuously pushed to drive the first gear 401 to rotate in the same direction repeatedly.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, the first gear 401 and the second gear 402 are both connected to the first winding body 301 and the second winding body 302 through a transmission shaft 12, respectively, and the first winding body 301 and the second winding body 302 are detachably connected to the transmission shaft 12. Taking the first winding body 301 as an example, the third through hole is formed in the axial direction of the first winding body 301, so that the transmission shaft 12 can penetrate through the first winding body 301, then, a notch is formed in the inner wall of the third through hole, a convex part matched with the notch is arranged on the transmission shaft 12, and after the convex part is aligned with the notch, the transmission shaft 12 penetrates into the through hole, so that the purpose of detachably connecting the first winding body 301 and the transmission shaft 12 can be achieved; it should be noted that the first winding body 301 may be a finished product wound with unused dental floss 2, and after the unused dental floss 2 on the original first winding body 301 is used up, the dental floss rod can be continuously used by replacing the finished first winding body 301, so that the housing part of the dental floss rod can be reused, and the use cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first end of the housing 100 is provided in a U-shape, and both ends of the dental floss 2 pass through inner walls of both sides of the U-shaped end of the housing 100, respectively, to be wound on the first and second windings 301 and 302. First end sets up to the more convenient to use person's of U-shaped in-service use, when clearing up lower row of tooth, uses the dental floss stick down with the opening of U-shaped end, and when clearing up row of tooth, with the opening of U-shaped end use the dental floss stick up can, compare in the first end of other shapes, the U-shaped has bigger operating space, the convenient to use person pulls the dental floss stick around.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the floss 2 is provided with a cleaning brush 13 through the U-shaped end of the housing 100, the floss 2 abutting the cleaning brush 13. In the new and old change process of dental floss 2, when the dental floss 2 after the use passes through the cleaning brush 13, the cleaning brush 13 separates food residues attached to the dental floss 2 from the dental floss 2, and the food residues attached to the dental floss 2 are prevented from being withdrawn into the shell 100 along with the dental floss 2, so that the cleanliness in the shell 100 is kept, and meanwhile, when the dental floss rod is cleaned, only the cleaning brush 13 needs to be detached for separate cleaning, and the aim of simplifying the cleaning step is fulfilled.
