Background
The existing intelligent molded case circuit breaker generally comprises a shell, wherein a cavity is arranged on the inner side of the shell, a contact assembly, an operating mechanism linked with the contact assembly, an operating handle penetrating to the outer side of the cavity, a plurality of circuit boards matched with the contact assembly to realize functions of circuit breaker such as data sampling, processing, control and basic protection, a wireless communication module and the like are arranged in the cavity, the limitation of the inner space of the cavity is restricted, and the components are difficult to install in the cavity under the condition that the whole size of the molded case circuit breaker is not affected, so that the whole size of the molded case circuit breaker is large, and the requirement on the installation environment is higher. In order to facilitate disassembly and assembly of the wireless communication module, some existing molded case circuit breaker products can be connected with the wireless communication module and the molded case circuit breaker in an external mode, but the disassembly and assembly process is troublesome, and the problems of line interference, winding and the like are easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the molded case circuit breaker, which has more reasonable and compact internal structure layout and can facilitate the disassembly, assembly and replacement of the wireless communication module.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a molded case circuit breaker, which comprises a housing, wherein the inner side of the housing is provided with a cavity, at least three contact assemblies and an operating mechanism which is connected and matched with the contact assemblies are sequentially arranged in the cavity, the operating mechanism is connected with an operating handle which penetrates through the upper side of the housing, the operating mechanism is correspondingly arranged above the contact assemblies positioned at the middle position, two ends of the housing are provided with connecting terminals which are matched and connected with the contact assemblies, two circuit board mounting cavities which are correspondingly arranged at two sides of the cavity and can be used for accommodating circuit boards are respectively and correspondingly arranged above the other two contact assemblies, one end of the housing is provided with a mounting groove which is used for accommodating a wireless communication module, the mounting groove is correspondingly arranged above the connecting terminals and is simultaneously positioned at the same side position of the two circuit board mounting cavities, and the mounting groove is internally provided with a connecting assembly which is matched and connected with the wireless communication module in a conductive manner.
The invention has the advantages that the two circuit board mounting cavities are arranged at the two sides of the cavity corresponding to the operating mechanism and are respectively and correspondingly arranged at the upper positions of the other two contact assemblies, the mounting groove is arranged at one end of the shell and is correspondingly arranged above the wiring terminal, so that the redundant inner space of the shell can be fully utilized, the contact assemblies, the operating mechanism, the operating handles, a plurality of circuit boards for realizing the functions of data sampling, processing, control, basic protection and the like of the circuit breaker, the wireless communication modules and the like of the circuit breaker can be reasonably arranged on the circuit breaker, the whole volume of the circuit breaker is less changed, better isolation effect can be generated between the components, the stability of the circuit breaker in operation is improved, and the wireless communication module can be connected with the circuit board of the data sampling module such as current and voltage in the shell through the connecting assembly in the mounting groove, so that the wireless communication module is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
Further, the shell is spliced in proper order by base, well seat and upper cover and is constituteed, the contact assembly sets up between base and well seat, and the middle part of well seat is provided with the first notch that is used for holding operating device, and the middle part of upper cover is provided with the second notch that is used for wearing to establish operating handle, and the both sides position that well seat upper portion corresponds first notch is provided with two first recesses, the lower part of upper cover is provided with two second recesses corresponding with first recess, the circuit board installation cavity comprises first recess and second recess amalgamation, the mounting groove comprises the third recess of upper cover one end and the fourth recess amalgamation of well seat one end.
The circuit board mounting cavity can be formed by the first groove and the second groove when the first groove and the second groove are spliced, the mounting groove can be formed by the third groove and the fourth groove when the third groove and the fourth groove are spliced, the whole mounting process is simple and convenient, and the production and assembly efficiency can be improved.
Further, at least two circuit boards are longitudinally arranged in the circuit board mounting cavity at intervals.
The circuit board mounting cavity has the advantages that more circuit boards can be accommodated in the circuit board mounting cavity, and the circuit boards are arranged at intervals longitudinally, so that adjacent circuit boards are not easy to interfere with each other.
Further, the first groove and/or the second groove are/is provided with convex columns which are used for being matched with the circuit boards to support and position respectively.
The circuit boards in the circuit board mounting cavity are not easy to shake, the circuit boards can be guaranteed to be in a mutually isolated state, and interference among the circuit boards is reduced.
Further, the connecting assembly at least comprises two first connectors which can be matched with different standard wireless communication modules respectively for conducting insertion.
The further arrangement has the advantages that the installation of the wireless communication modules with at least two different standards can be realized through the first connector on the connecting assembly, so that the wireless communication modules with at least two different standards can be adapted to the same molded case circuit breaker product, the applicability of the product is improved, and the use cost is reduced.
Further, the connecting component is detachably arranged in the mounting groove, and the connecting component further comprises a second connector, and a third connector matched with the second connector for conducting insertion is arranged on the inner side of the mounting groove.
The connecting assembly has the advantages of being convenient to assemble, disassemble, maintain and replace.
Further, one end of the mounting groove corresponding to the shell is provided with a side groove opening for the connection assembly to be inserted, at least two through holes which are respectively communicated with the two circuit board mounting cavities are formed in the inner side wall of the mounting groove corresponding to the side groove opening, and the third connector is configured on the circuit board accommodated in the circuit board mounting cavity and penetrates through the through holes.
The mounting groove has the advantages that the capacity of the mounting groove can be increased as much as possible due to the arrangement of the side groove opening, the connecting assembly can be installed or taken out from the mounting groove along the side groove opening, meanwhile, the second connector and the third connector are convenient to connect in a plugging mode, the third connector is arranged on a circuit board accommodated in the circuit board mounting cavity, and the third connector is convenient to mount at the same time.
Further, the bottom inner wall of the mounting groove is provided with a first positioning hole penetrating to the bottom of the shell, and the connecting assembly is provided with a second positioning hole aligned with the first positioning hole.
The plastic shell circuit breaker has the advantages that screws can be penetrated in the first positioning holes and the second positioning holes, so that the plastic shell circuit breaker can be conveniently and integrally installed and fixed, the connecting assembly and the shell can be fixed together, and the reliability of connection is improved.
Further, a cover plate is rotatably arranged at the notch of the mounting groove.
The wireless communication module can be covered by the cover plate, and the wireless communication module can be isolated and protected.
Further, a third positioning hole is formed in the cover plate, and the connecting assembly comprises a fourth positioning hole matched with the third positioning hole in a matched connection mode.
The cover plate and the connecting component can be fixedly connected together by penetrating the screws into the third positioning holes and the fourth positioning holes, so that the cover plate is prevented from being opened, and meanwhile, the connecting component and the shell can be connected and positioned.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention is shown in figures 1-11, which comprises a shell 1, a cavity 10 is arranged on the inner side of the shell 1, three contact assemblies 2 and an operating mechanism 3 matched with the contact assemblies 2 are sequentially arranged in the cavity 10, the operating mechanism 3 is connected with an operating handle 4 penetrating through the upper side of the shell 1, the three contact assemblies 2 can be driven to realize opening and closing actions through the operating handle 4, the operating mechanism 3 is correspondingly arranged above the contact assemblies 2 positioned in the middle position of the three contact assemblies 2, the operating mechanism 3 plays a role of linkage between the contact assemblies 2 and the operating handle 4, two ends of the shell 1 are provided with wiring terminals 5 matched and connected with the three contact assemblies 2, two side positions of the inner side of the cavity 10 corresponding to the operating mechanism 3 are provided with two circuit board mounting cavities 11 capable of accommodating a circuit board 6, the two circuit board mounting cavities 11 are respectively and correspondingly arranged at upper positions (as shown in figure 5) of the other two contact assemblies 2, the circuit board 6 can be used for being matched with the contact assemblies 2, the circuit breaker is used for realizing linkage between the contact assemblies 2 and the contact assemblies, the terminal 7 is matched with the communication module 7, the terminal 7 is arranged at one end of the same side of the shell 1, the terminal is matched with the terminal 7, the terminal is arranged at one end of the terminal 12 of the wireless module is matched with the terminal 8, and the terminal is arranged at one end of the terminal 8 of the wireless module, and the terminal is matched with the terminal 8, and the terminal is arranged at one end of the terminal 12 of the terminal is matched with the terminal 12, and the terminal is arranged at the terminal 8 at the terminal of the terminal 12, and the terminal is connected with the terminal through the terminal 12, and the terminal is connected with the terminal module, and the terminal is connected with the terminal 2 And the voltage and other data sampling modules are electrically connected.

In the two circuit board mounting cavities 11, two circuit boards 6 are accommodated in one circuit board mounting cavity 11, three circuit boards 6 are accommodated in the other circuit board mounting cavity 11, the circuit boards 6 in the same circuit board mounting cavity 11 are longitudinally arranged at intervals, the uppermost circuit board 6 in the circuit board mounting cavity 11 is matched with the convex columns 16 arranged in the second groove 152 for supporting and positioning, the middle part and the lowermost circuit board 6 in the circuit board mounting cavity 11 are matched with the convex columns 16 arranged in the first groove 142 for supporting and positioning, and the convex columns 16 with different heights can be arranged in the first groove 142 so that the circuit boards 6 in the first groove 142 and the circuit boards 6 in the second groove 152 can be kept in a mutually spaced state. The convex column 16 adopts a hole column, and the circuit board 6 can be locked and positioned at the end of the convex column 16 in a screw mode.
The connecting assembly 8 at least comprises two first connectors 81 which can be matched with different standard wireless communication modules 7 respectively for conducting insertion, the different standard wireless communication modules 7 are connected with the corresponding types of the first connectors 81 when being installed in the installation groove 12, the adaptability to the different standard wireless communication modules 7 is improved, the installation groove 12 adopting the structure has larger capacity, and the connecting assembly can be used for accommodating the wireless communication modules 7 with different sizes.
The connecting component 8 can be detachably arranged in the mounting groove 12, and the connecting component 8 also comprises a second connector 82, the inner side of the mounting groove 12 is provided with a third connector 61 which is matched with the second connector 82 for conducting insertion, so that the connecting component 8 is convenient to assemble and disassemble and electrically connect with the inner side element of the shell 1, and besides the connecting component 8 can play a role in establishing the electric connection between the wireless communication module 7 and the data sampling module such as current and voltage on the inner side of the shell 1, the adapter can also play a role in improving the adaptability of the wireless communication module 7 with different standards.
The connecting assembly 8 comprises a PCB 83 and a base 84 which are connected with each other, the PCB 83 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the base 84, and the first connector 81 and the second connector 82 are fixedly welded on the PCB 83 and are connected through an integrated circuit on the PCB 83.
The mounting groove 12 has the side slot 121 that can supply coupling assembling 8 to insert corresponding shell 1's one end, be provided with two respectively with the through-hole 122 that two circuit board installation chambeies 11 are linked together on the corresponding inside wall of side slot 121 of mounting groove 12, third connector 61 is welded and is fixed on the circuit board 6 of holding in circuit board installation chambeies 11 and follows the through-hole 122 wears to establish in through-hole 122, can insert third connector 61 in through-hole 122 when installing locating circuit board 6, the electrically conductive grafting direction of second connector 82 and third connector 61 is unanimous with coupling assembling 8's along the direction of inserting of side slot 121, can realize the electrically conductive grafting of second connector 82 and third connector 61 when inserting coupling assembling 8 along side slot 121 in mounting groove 12, convenient dismouting.
The mounting groove 12 is located the top of binding post 5, and binding post 5 can be with wireless communication module 7 and coupling assembling 8 demolish from mounting groove 12 earlier when the wiring installation, makes things convenient for the wiring installation of binding post 5 department wire, is difficult to produce and interferes.
The bottom inner wall of mounting groove 12 is provided with wears to establish to the first locating hole 123 of shell 1 bottom, be provided with on the coupling assembling 8 with the second locating hole 85 of first locating hole 123 alignment, the screw can be simultaneously to between shell 1 and coupling assembling 8 and to the holistic installation location of moulded case circuit breaker when wearing to locate in first locating hole 123, the second locating hole 85, with first locating hole 123 and second locating hole 85 setting in this department and the screw location of the cooperation shell 1 other end can improve the holistic installation location's of moulded case circuit breaker stability.
The mounting groove 12 is further provided with an upper notch 124, a cover plate 17 is rotatably arranged at the upper notch 124, and the cover plate 17 can cover the wireless communication module 7 accommodated in the mounting groove 12, so that the stability of the wireless communication module during operation is improved.
The cover plate 17 is provided with a third positioning hole 171, the connecting component 8 comprises a fourth positioning hole 841 matched with the third positioning hole 171 in a matched connection manner, and the connecting component 8 and the cover plate 17 can be connected and positioned by penetrating the third positioning hole 171 and the fourth positioning hole 841 through screws.
