When the cooling function is used, the cooling surface 152 of the semiconductor cold-hot panel 15 absorbs heat to lower the ambient temperature, and the cold surface is heated and radiated by the radiator fan 153. The cold and hot panel layer 14 can be used in cooperation with the first exhaust fan 2 to enhance air flow circulation and further increase the refrigeration effect.
The cold and hot panel layer 14 can be arranged between the airflow spacing layer 8 and the main body supporting seat 1; or the human body directly contacts the cold and hot panel layer 14, and the cold and hot panel layer 14 needs to be provided with spring support and flexible filler besides the semiconductor cold and hot panel 15.
