Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, one aspect of an embodiment of the present invention relates to a separator 10, including: a housing 12 including a first partition 14, and a second partition 16 intersecting the first partition 14; and insulation 18 within the housing 12.
The partitioning member 10 is applicable to various cases, such as a refrigerator, and can contribute to a simple and flexible partitioning of the inner space of various cases.
The first and second divider panels 14, 16 may intersect in various suitable ways. In some embodiments, the first separator plate 14 and the second separator plate 16 are perpendicular to each other. In this way, the separator 10 can be easily manufactured and has a strong structure.
In some embodiments, the first separator plate 14 intersects the second separator plate 16 in a cruciform cross-section. In this way, the partition 10 can be facilitated to divide the corresponding space into four pieces.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the partition 10 is T-shaped in a front view, that is, the cross section of the first partition plate 14 intersecting the second partition plate 16 is T-shaped. In this way, the partition 10 can be facilitated to partition the corresponding space into three pieces.
The partitioning member 10 may be integrally formed or may be assembled. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the housing 12 includes a first assembly portion 20 and a second assembly portion 22 cooperating with the first assembly portion 20. The cooperation of the first combination portion 20 and the second combination portion 22 may assemble separable portions 23,25 of the housing 12 that are separable from each other. The first combination portion 20 and the second combination portion 22 can be engaged by a protrusion, a groove, or other suitable means.
The separable portions 23,25 may be the upper half 23 and the lower half 25 in fig. 4, or may be left and right halves, not shown, or asymmetric two or more parts, not shown. Accordingly, the first combination 20 and the second combination 22 may be located at various suitable locations of the housing 12. In some embodiments, the first separator plate 14 includes a first combination 20 and a second combination 22. The separable parts 23,25 may each include a portion of the first separation plate 14 and/or the second separation plate 16, and the first separation plate 14 and/or the second separation plate 16 may be assembled from the separable parts 23,25 by the cooperation of the first combining part 20 and the second combining part 22.
The insulating material 18 may be located at any suitable location within the housing 12. In some embodiments, the insulating material 18 is located within the first separator plate 14 and/or the second separator plate 16. The insulating material 18 may help insulate the first divider panel 14 and/or the second divider panel 16 of the divider 10 while dividing the space.
The insulating material 18 may enter the housing 12 in any suitable manner. In some embodiments, the housing 12 includes an injection port 24 for injecting a blowing agent that forms the insulating material 18. The foaming agent may be injected into the shell 12 through the injection hole 24 and then foamed to form the insulation 18.
Referring to fig. 5, another aspect of the present invention relates to a refrigerator 50 including a cabinet 52, the cabinet 52 including an inner cabinet 54, the inner cabinet 54 defining a compartment 56, the cabinet 52 including the partition 10 as described above for partitioning the compartment 56. The compartment 56 can be simply and flexibly divided by the partition 10 into a plurality of mutually insulated storage compartments 60. These storage compartments 60 may be closed by different doors 57, or some or all of the storage compartments 60 may be closed by the same door. In fig. 5, the upper door 57 is opened, and the lower door 57 is closed. The door in the middle of the refrigerator 50 in fig. 5 is omitted for better illustration of the partition 10.
The partitions 10 may be positioned in any suitable manner within the refrigerator 50 such that the first and second partitions 14, 16 may extend in respective directions. In some embodiments, the first divider panel 14 extends in a horizontal direction H and/or the second divider panel 16 extends in a vertical direction V. In this manner, it may be helpful to partition the compartment 56 in the horizontal direction H and/or the vertical direction V.
In some embodiments, compartment 56 is divided into three or four storage compartments 60 by dividers 10, which may facilitate the division of compartment 56 to facilitate storage of items (not shown) within compartment 56. The storage chamber 60 may be a refrigerating chamber or a freezing chamber. In some embodiments, not shown, the surface of the partition 10 may be equipped with rails (plastic or metal rails), carrying the pull-out and access of drawers (not shown) or the like.
In some embodiments, the first separation plate 14 includes first coupling portions 26 at both ends thereof, and the case 52 includes second coupling portions 62 at both sides thereof and coupled to the first coupling portions 26. The combination of the first joining portion 26 and the second joining portion 62 may facilitate the mating of the first partition wall 14 and the case 52.
The first coupling portion 26 may be coupled to the second coupling portion 62 in any suitable manner. In some embodiments, one of the first and second coupling portions 26 and 62 includes a protrusion 28, and the other of the first and second coupling portions 26 and 62 includes a receiving groove 64 that receives the protrusion 28. The engagement of the protrusion 28 and the receiving groove 64 may facilitate easy coupling of the first coupling portion 26 and the second coupling portion 62.
In some embodiments, second coupling 62 is mounted to case 52. In this way, the partitioning member 10 can be attached to the box body 52 by the second joining portion 62 independent of the box body 52, so that the partitioning member 10 can be flexibly attached to any suitable place in the box body 52 as required.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the second coupling portion 62 includes a coupling member 65 having a receiving groove 64, a reinforcing member 67 corresponding to the coupling member 65, and a fixing member 69 fixing the coupling member 65 and the reinforcing member 67. The coupler 65 may be located on a side of the inner case 54 adjacent to the compartment 56, and the reinforcement 67 may be located on a side of the inner case 54 remote from the compartment 56. The fixing member 69 may fix the coupling member 65 and the reinforcement 67 to the inner case 54. The fixing member 69 may be a screw, and the coupling member 65, the reinforcement 67 and the inner case 54 may have a hole 71 through which the screw 69 passes. The coupling member 65, the reinforcement 67 and the fixing member 69 may help the coupling portion 62 and the partitioning member 10 to be securely mounted to the box body 52.
In some embodiments, please refer to fig. 7 and 8, wherein other structures and elements of the box 52 are omitted for better illustration of the embodiments of the present invention. The second coupling portion 62 includes ribs 73 protruding from each other, and the receiving groove 64 is formed between the ribs 73. The ribs 73 may be integrally formed with the inner case 54. In this manner, the fitting operation of the first partition wall 14 and the case 52 is relatively simple.
In some embodiments, the second separator plate 16 includes an end 30 and the case 52 includes a groove 66 that receives the end 30. Thus, the fitting operation of the second partition plate 16 and the case 52 is relatively simple.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are illustrative of the invention and are not exhaustive of the invention. Any modification of the present invention by a person of ordinary skill in the related art within the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
