Background
Pyridiniconazole (also called Pyridiniconazole) also called SYP-Z048 has strong bactericidal activity against plant pathogenic bacteria. The pyrisoxazole belongs to sterol synthesis inhibitor bactericides, has a unique action mechanism and broad-spectrum bactericidal activity, has protection and treatment effects, has good systemic property, can be absorbed by roots and leaves and stems, and can effectively control the occurrence and harm of diseases. The pyrisoxazole has broad-spectrum bactericidal activity and has outstanding prevention effect on diseases such as gray mold, powdery mildew and the like.
Currently, the technology of pyrisoxazole used as a seed treatment agent in the prior art is still in the blank stage. The compound is used as a domestic creative compound, and the pyrisoxazole per se has certain toxicity on seed coating, and particularly under the adverse low-temperature condition when the compound is compounded with triazole compounds, the germination rate of the coated seeds is the biggest problem at present.
Meanwhile, the safety research of the coated seeds is more in the industry, and because of the special use technology of the seed treatment agent, under the condition that the seeds are wrapped with high-concentration chemical pesticides in the germination stage, how to protect the seeds from being influenced and the seeds can germinate and grow is a key research problem in the seed treatment technology. The technical scheme adopted by the invention solves the safety problem of the coated seeds, and the known technical report is not found.

Seed safety test
The seed treatment agent in the above examples was coated on corn seeds, and the following properties were measured after coating.
For the safety of obtaining two kinds of seed treatment agents, the invention adopts GB/T3543.4-1995 crop seed test regulation-germination test to complete. Wherein, the germination means that the seedlings appear and grow to a certain stage in a laboratory, and the main structure of the seedlings shows whether the seedlings can grow further to be normal plants under the appropriate conditions in the field. The germination vigor is the tendency of germination, observed on day 4 according to the relevant standards, and the germination rate is the percentage of the number of normal seedlings grown under the specified conditions and time to the number of seeds to be tested.
The experiment used sand as the germinating bed. The sand grains have uniform size, the diameter of 0.05-0.80mm, and the seeds are nontoxic and sterile. Washing and high-temperature sterilization are carried out before use. The sand bed adopts a sand-in-sand mode, namely seeds are sown on a layer of flat wet sand, and loose sand with the thickness of 10-20mm is covered according to the size of the seeds.
The germination apparatus is a germination box: under illumination, controlling the temperature within the range of 10-40 ℃;
germination vigor and germination rate were measured at 20 ℃ low temperature, day and night, according to the germination conditions specified in the standard.
The germination vigor is the percentage of the number of seedlings in the total number after 4 days of planting;
the germination rate is the percentage of the number of seedlings in the total number 7 days after planting.
TABLE 1 safety data for examples and comparative examples
It is also a well-known technical problem in the art that when the pyrisoxazole is compounded with the triazole compound in the above examples 4-1, 5-1 and 6-1, the germination potential and germination rate of the coated seeds are obviously inhibited under adverse environment, especially under low temperature conditions, i.e. the triazole compound inhibits the germination of the seeds under low temperature conditions. From the above data, it can be seen that, especially in the case of the problem of low-temperature germination rate of triazole compounds, the addition of beeswax has a more remarkable unexpected effect, and the germination vigor and germination rate of the coated seeds are remarkably improved.
As can be seen from Table 1, the seed treatment agent added with beeswax substance has outstanding and unobvious effects on the coating germination potential and germination rate.
