One end of the bidirectional guide rod 9, which is far away from the base 1, is transversely provided with an adjusting rotary rod 11 which can drive the two wire chucks to move oppositely or back to back so as to finish the clamping or loosening action of the clamping part 3 on the high-voltage wire; and the opposite surfaces of the upper wire chuck 7 and the lower wire chuck 8 are provided with wire clamping areas 12 which are inwards sunken relative to the wire chuck on the corresponding side respectively, the wire clamping areas are in V-shaped structures, and the positions of the upper wire chuck 7 and the lower wire chuck 8 corresponding to the wire clamping areas 12 are respectively provided with friction cross grains for increasing the friction force between the upper wire chuck and the high-voltage wire. The head of the lower wire clamp 8 is provided with a cutter groove 13, and the cutter 4 is obliquely arranged in the lower wire clamp 8 at an acute angle relative to the left side wall and the right side wall of the cutter groove 13.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the cutting edge of the cutter 4 is in an arc shape, the cutter 4 is disposed in the cutter groove 13 of the lower wire chuck 8 through a cutter seat 14, and one side of the cutter seat 14 away from the cutter 4 is in threaded connection with the blade adjusting portion 5 through internal threads formed on the cutter seat 14. Rotating the wire stripper, wherein the feeding direction is from right to left, and slightly applying thrust to the left at the beginning to enable the wire stripper to slightly incline to the left; when the wire is cut to a preset length, the left thrust is cancelled, so that the equipment is cut in situ, the left end of the wire stripper is blocked by hand to prevent the wire stripper from continuously moving left to cut the wire, and at the moment, the insulating layer automatically falls off; clockwise and anticlockwise rotating the blade adjusting part (feed knob) to withdraw the cutter, then unscrewing the adjusting rotary rod to open the upper and lower wire clamping heads, taking out the wire stripper and finishing stripping.
Use and maintenance precautions: 1. if the 20KV insulated wire with a thicker insulated layer is stripped, the fixed rotary rod can be screwed and the insulated handle can be pushed to cut gradually in the cutting process; 2. in the stripping process, the tail wire stripped by the insulating layer is not wound on the conducting wire and is separated in time; in the stripping process, in order to prevent the aluminum wire core from being twisted or getting up the lantern, a tool is used for fixing the aluminum wire core on the left side of the feeding direction; if the insulation layer can not be cut off in time, the wire can be held tightly by a tool or a glove on the left side in the feeding direction to prevent the wire stripper from advancing and to carry out in-situ rotary cutting to strip the insulation; the maintenance is noticed to be clean, and the bidirectional guide rod is lubricated by oil if necessary.
