the received demand management submodule counts the total of purchasing types and the total of quantity sent by the purchaser, and can check all demand orders sent by the purchaser, each demand order comprises a purchasing commodity name, purchasing demand order time, required quantity, specification, production place and the like, and meanwhile, the module is connected with the sales module 102, a user confirms and selects the received demand orders, a new sales order can be directly created through the sales module 102, the created new sales order directly refers to relevant data of the demand order, and the situation of repeated filling is avoided. The created new sales order is sent to the buyer sending the demand order for the user; the in-library or out-of-library items may be selected to create a sale when creating the sales order.
The to-be-received sales money inquiry submodule counts the non-received money between the user and the buyer, the non-received money comprises the total non-received sales money and the to-be-confirmed received money, and can perform money urging and receiving operations, specifically, all sales order information of the buyer including sales order date, sales commodities, sales order amount, residual non-received money, to-be-received money and the like is displayed on a page, the money urging operation can be performed on the total non-received sales money through the money urging module, and the to-be-confirmed received money is input through a password to complete the receiving operation;
the returned goods and refund processing submodule counts the returned goods and refund application form sent by the buyer to the user, and the returned goods and refund application form can only apply for the returned goods or only apply for the refund or simultaneously apply for the returned goods and refund. The goods returning and refunding submodule is used for carrying out classification management according to the state of a goods returning and refunding application form, wherein the state comprises unprocessed, processed and system returned, unprocessed statistics is that the goods returning and refunding application form is sent to a user by a buyer and waits for the confirmation of the user, the goods returning and refunding application form comprises the date of the goods returning and refunding application form, the serial number of the application form, the name of goods to be refunded and/or the refunded amount, the user can refuse or approve the goods returning and refunded application form, if the goods returning and refunding application form relates to refund, the goods returning and refunded application form enters a payment page after approval, the payment amount is input, and the payment amount can be smaller than or equal to the refunded amount of the application form; the system return statistics is that after the buyer applies for a return application form, the user does not process the return application form within the specified time of the system, and the system automatically refutes the application form; the processed statistical user agrees or refuses to process the return payment application form, and the corresponding return amount is paid as if the return payment is agreed;
if the sales order is a non-system user, the total sales amount and the total amount not collected of all the non-system users are displayed at the moment, meanwhile, the system carries out classified statistical management on the sales order according to the state of the sale order and the state of the sale order, the classified statistical management comprises the date of the sales order, the sales goods, the sales amount and the amount not collected, the collection records can be checked for the sale order which is not collected and the sales order which is collected, and a user can conveniently know the collection condition at any time.
In some examples, the agricultural product sales system includes a financial management module 104, an inventory management module 105, a container management module 106. The financial management module 104 is used for receiving and managing all money. And the inventory management module 105 is used for counting and managing inventory agricultural products and performing overflow reporting, loss reporting and unit conversion on the agricultural products. And a container management module 106 for managing the agricultural product container borrowing and lending information.
More specifically, the financial management module 104 includes a financial statistics sub-module, a collection sub-module, a transfer sub-module, and a receipt and payment sub-module, wherein the financial statistics sub-module counts information of total annual income, total annual expense, outstanding amount, outstanding debt, and the like.
The money receiving submodule is used for counting all the non-received money including the total amount of non-received sales money and the total amount of non-received transfer money, distinguishing the non-received sales money and the non-received transfer money and carrying out money receiving processing. For example, the list of the un-received sales money shows the information of all the buyers of the un-received sales money, and the specific information of each un-received sales money, including the status of the sales slip, the serial number of the sales slip, the date of the sales slip, the sales goods, the amount of the sales slip, the remaining un-received amount and the amount of the current collection, can be seen by clicking a certain buyer, and the password is input after the confirmation to complete the collection of the un-received sales money. For another example, all buyers who do not receive transfers are displayed in the transfer list, and specific information of each account which does not receive transfers, including number, date, type and the like, can be seen by clicking a certain buyer, and the password is input to complete the collection of the account which does not receive transfers. It is noted that the outstanding sales statistics are the payment of the goods during the transaction, and the outstanding transfer statistics are the prepayment, the borrowing, the returning borrowing and the like outside the transaction.
The transfer sub-module is connected with a third-party platform, such as WeChat, Paibao, Internet banking and the like, and is used for transferring money for a user, specifically, the user can select a client listed on a page or input information such as a client name, a telephone, company keywords and the like in a search column to search, determine type information, input money and select a payment mode to finish transferring money, and the type information is transfer type information and comprises return prepayment, debit transfer, return debit or input other transfer reasons. Meanwhile, the transfer sub-module has a recording function, and the recording function is specific to cash payment, and specifically, if a user pays to a purchaser in a cash mode, the user selects a receiving user at the moment, determines payment purpose type information and input amount, and selects a payment mode as cash payment to complete the recording of the cash payment. More particularly, the transfer sub-module is adapted to transfer other than transactions, such as return advance payments, transfer of debits, return debits, and the like.
The income and expenditure detail sub-module is used for responding to the search content input by the user to feed back the income and expenditure details of the fund. For example, the user searches all the balance details for a specified time period (e.g., today, this week, this month, this year), the page displays all the specific balance details for the time period, including the income amount and the expense amount, and displays all the balance details with the customer for the specified time period on the page, each income detail includes the name of the buyer, the income type, the collection date, the collection amount, etc., and each expense detail includes the name of the buyer, the expense type, the payment amount, etc. The income/expense details sub-module may also search the name of the buyer directly, at which time all the income/expense information with the buyer will be displayed.
Through the financial management module 104, information such as all goods payment, borrowing and prepayment in the transaction process can be directly checked, and traditional account checking and the like are not needed, so that financial data in the transaction are clearer.
More specifically, the inventory management module 105 is configured to count and manage inventory agricultural products. More specifically, the inventory management module displays the inventory quantity of each current agricultural product, and comprises a commodity adding submodule, an inventory entering and exiting detail module, a conversion unit submodule, an overflow reporting submodule, a damage reporting submodule and an inventory checking submodule. It should be noted that the inventory management module 105 acquires sales information of the sales order, and if the agricultural products sold by the sales order are out-of-warehouse products, the inventory management module 105 automatically enters and leaves the warehouse according to the sales amount while acquiring the sales information of the sales order, and regards as out-of-warehouse sales of the agricultural products in the warehouse.
The added commodity submodule is used for responding to a search instruction and adding commodity warehousing information after a selected commodity is searched, the warehousing information comprises but is not limited to the production place, specification such as large, medium, small, exquisite and common, unit weight, basket, box, bag and the like, quantity, purchasing unit price and commodity source information such as supplier names and contact ways of warehoused products, and therefore warehousing of the agricultural products is completed. For example, the system page displays the existing agricultural products and corresponding stocks in the warehouse, the names of the agricultural products to be warehoused are input in the search bar or the warehousing agricultural products are selected after the agricultural products are classified and screened, and the warehousing of the agricultural products can be completed after information such as the production places, units, specifications, quantities, quantity units, purchasing unit prices, agricultural product sources, user telephones and the like of the agricultural products to be warehoused are input.
The conversion unit submodule is used for converting the stock quantity of selected stock agricultural products, the agricultural product wholesale transaction circulation generally adopts jin, baskets, boxes, bags, boxes and the like as transaction units to perform transaction according to the transaction characteristics of agricultural product wholesale, but the baskets, the boxes, the bags and the boxes are also disassembled for sale in many times, and after the baskets, the boxes, the bags and the boxes are disassembled for sale, the stock quantity statistics is inconvenient to perform. For example, the inventory management module displays all names of agricultural products and current inventory in the inventory, selects the agricultural products needing unit conversion by searching, and displays the remaining quantity of each batch according to the warehousing batch, for example, 8 bags of pakchoi are stocked, 10 jin of each bag of pakchoi, specifically, the 8 bags of pakchoi are input into the warehouse in two times, 2 bags of pakchoi in the first batch are left, and 6 bags of pakchoi in the second batch are left, at this time, when unit conversion is carried out, if the pakchoi needing conversion at this time is 2 bags, 2 bags of the first batch or 2 bags of the second batch can be selected, or 1 bag is selected in the first batch and 1 bag is selected in the second batch, and the units (jin, boxes, baskets, boxes, and the like) and the target quantity which can be converted are determined.
In the wholesale transaction of agricultural products, generally, jin is firstly taken as a transaction unit, then conversion is carried out to a basket as a transaction unit, at the moment, the jin number of conversion and the number of baskets to be converted are input through a conversion unit submodule, the jin number of each basket is calculated by a conversion module to complete conversion from jin to basket, then for transaction convenience, when the baskets need to be converted into bags again, at the moment, the jin number of conversion baskets and the number of bags to be converted need to be input through the conversion module, the jin number of each bag is calculated by the conversion module to complete conversion from basket to bag, so that any two transaction units can be converted one by one, and conversion of other units can be continued after conversion is completed. For another example, if the number of apples to be stocked with agricultural products is 500 jin, the number to be converted is 200 jin, the target unit is a basket, the target number is 10 baskets, the conversion of converting 200 jin into 10 baskets is automatically completed by the conversion unit submodule after the input is completed, and similarly, the conversion of the measurement unit is suitable for the conversion of any two or more of jin, basket, box, bag, basket and box.
The overflow reporting submodule confirms overflow reporting after inputting overflow reporting quantity and reasons for the selected agricultural products;
the damage reporting sub-module inputs the damage reporting quantity and reasons for the selected agricultural products and then confirms the damage reporting;
the warehouse entry and exit detail module is used for enabling a user, namely a seller, to check the details of agricultural products entering and exiting the warehouse, including the types and the quantity of the commodities, particularly counting sales orders, reporting overflows and reporting losses and applying for goods return information to the user for counting, and meanwhile, the warehouse entry and exit condition of a certain appointed agricultural product can be checked in response to a search instruction or all the agricultural products entering and exiting the warehouse within a certain specific time period can be checked.
The inventory checking submodule is configured to record checking information of each agricultural product, including names, quantities, and the like of the agricultural products, and send the recorded relevant information to the inventory management module 105, so as to update the inventory agricultural product information. Meanwhile, the inventory checking sub-module can check the inventory checking condition within a certain time period at any time, and is convenient to use.
In some examples, the agricultural product sales system further includes a container management module 106 for managing agricultural product container borrowing information. In particular, the receptacle management module is used to manage receptacles involved, including but not limited to baskets, bins, boxes, and the like. The containing piece management module 106 comprises an adding submodule, a lending submodule, a returning submodule, a lending and lending list management submodule, a returning list management submodule, a containing piece entering and exiting detail submodule and the like.
Specifically, the adding submodule is used for adding relevant information of the containing piece. For example, if the container is a basket, at least the name, number, weight, loan deposit, and specification (length, width, height) of the basket are added.
The statistics submodule is used for making statistics of the receiving part borrowing and lending information related to each customer, and the receiving part borrowing and lending information at least comprises the following steps: the total number of the storage pieces, the total inventory number, the number of the borrowed storage pieces, the paid deposit, the number of the borrowed storage pieces, the received deposit and the like are displayed through the display module.
The lending submodule is used for rapidly lending the existing containing parts, responding to the search content to search the containing parts, inputting lending information, wherein the lending information comprises but is not limited to the names of buyers, contact ways, the names of the containing parts, specifications, total amount, lending deposit and lending amount, and the lending submodule counts the total amount of the deposit, completes the lending list of the containing parts after determination and sends the lending list to a client.
The return sub-module is used for quickly returning the containing pieces, responding to the search content to search the containing pieces, inputting return information, lending information including but not limited to purchaser names, contact ways, containing piece names, specifications, return deposit, return quantity and the like, counting total deposit amount, finishing the return list of the containing pieces after determination, and sending the return list to the client.
And the borrowing and lending list management submodule is used for counting and managing the borrowing list and the borrowing list information. Wherein, the loan order information is divided into the deposit to be confirmed, the deposit to be collected and the loan according to the state; all the loan orders to be confirmed as waiting for the customer to confirm at least comprise serial numbers, customer names, loan time, loan quantity and deposit; the deposit to be collected is that the client confirms the loan order and pays the deposit, and the user inputs the password to collect the deposit; the loan order confirmed for the customer includes the container information included in the loan order and the sales order issued by the loan sub-module.
The borrowing bill information is divided into information to be confirmed and information to be confirmed according to states; when the information of the storage piece borrowed from other people by the user is confirmed, the user is required to pay the deposit at the moment; container information that confirms that the user has paid the deposit.
And the return receipt management submodule is used for counting and managing the sent return receipt and the received return receipt information. The sent return bill information at least comprises a client name, a name of a storage piece, specifications, a return deposit, a return quantity and the like, and is divided into information to be confirmed, information to be collected and information to be completed according to states; the return list is to be confirmed as the return list which is sent by the user and waits for the confirmation of the client; when the customer confirms the collection and returns the deposit, the user waits for the return order of the collection; the return ticket is completed for which the user has completed the return and collected the money.
The received return list information at least comprises a client name, a name of a storage piece, specifications, a return deposit, a return quantity and the like, and is divided into to-be-confirmed information and confirmed information according to states; when the user confirms the deposit receipt, the deposit receipt needs to be returned after the user confirms the deposit receipt; a return ticket that is confirmed as a user that has confirmed and returned the deposit.
The receiving piece entering and exiting detail submodule is used for managing the receiving piece detail information related to each receiving piece, and at least comprises: and the information such as the number of all the related clients, the number of the stored articles and the number of the taken articles out of the warehouse are displayed through the display module. The receiving piece detail management submodule also provides a search bar on a display interface, so that a user can check the specific details of the receiving piece after inputting information such as the name or the number of the receiving piece, and the specific details comprise borrowing information and/or lending information.
In some examples, the agricultural product sales system further includes a reporting module 107 and a to-do module 108.
The report module 107 is used for generating a report related to the agricultural product transaction, and the report at least comprises sales statistics, non-collected sales money statistics, collection and payment statistics, commodity profit statistics, operation profit statistics, customer transaction money statistics, storage member in and out warehouse statistics and agricultural product in and out warehouse statistics in the transaction process.
Further, the sales statistics is that the statistics includes details, total sales amount and total profit amount of all agricultural products sold by the user, and at the same time, a certain agricultural product can be searched in response to the search content, and the sales amount, profit amount and commodity information of the agricultural product can be viewed, wherein the commodity information includes, but is not limited to, the name of the agricultural product, the sales amount, the total sales amount and the total profit amount, and a certain time period can be specified, such as today, this week, this month, this year, and the like, and the sales amount, the profit amount and the commodity information in the specified time period can be viewed.
Further, the non-received sales amount statistics is that the detail of the payment of the goods waiting for the buyer to pay the user is counted, the detail comprises the total non-received amount and the number of the customers, the page displays that all the buyer information with the non-received sales amount exists, or a certain buyer is searched in response to the search content, the non-received sales amount condition of the buyer is displayed, the information at least comprises the number of the order waiting for receiving the payment, the name of the buyer, the amount of the debt and the like, and the relevant information of the sales order can be further checked, wherein the relevant information comprises the number of the sales order, the sales date, the sales commodity, the amount of the sales order, the amount of the waiting for receiving the payment and the remaining non-received amount.
Further, the balance statistics are the total income amount and the total expenditure amount in the transaction process and all the balance details, and are used for all the balance details of the search content feedback response input by the user. For example, the user searches all the details of the receipt and payment for a specified time period (e.g., today, this week, this month, this year), the page displays all the details of the receipt and payment for the time period, including the amount of the income and the amount of the expense, and the page displays all the details of the receipt and payment with the customer for the specified time period.
The method comprises the steps of counting profit details of all traded commodities, specifically counting all profits and details of sold commodities, inputting search contents by a user to search for a certain agricultural product, checking sales volume and profit of the agricultural product and a buyer purchasing the commodity, and displaying commodity information of the specified agricultural product, wherein the commodity information comprises but is not limited to agricultural product name, purchase price, sales volume and commodity profit. Meanwhile, a certain time period, such as today, the week, the month, the year and the like, can be appointed, and the sales volume, the profit amount, the profit detail and the like of the commodities in the appointed time period can be checked.
And (3) operating profit statistics, wherein sales in a specified time period, such as year, month and the like, are counted, and operating profit amount (net profit) is obtained based on difference between sales price, operating cost (such as house renting, personnel wage and the like) and production cost (such as land use fee, personnel wage, seeds, pesticide fee and the like) statistics.
And (4) carrying out statistics on the fund and the current money of the client, wherein the statistics is the balance and the details of the current money with the client, and the current money at least comprises paid and unpaid sales money, borrowed and returned borrowed money, pre-paid and returned pre-paid money, paid and unpaid deposit of the containing piece. For example, the user searches for the customer name, and the page displays the balance and details of all transactions with the customer.
And (4) counting the taking in and out of the storage piece, and counting and managing the borrowing and lending details of the storage piece in the transaction process. Specifically, the detailed information associated with each container is managed, including information such as the number of all clients, the number of warehoused containers, and the number of warehoused containers that are associated with the detailed information, and is displayed through the display module. The receiving piece detail management submodule also provides a search bar on a display interface, so that a user can check the specific details of the receiving piece after inputting information such as the name or the number of the receiving piece, and the specific details comprise borrowing information and/or lending information.
The agricultural product warehouse-in and warehouse-out statistics enables users to check the details of the agricultural product warehouse-in and warehouse-out, including commodity type types and commodity quantity, specifically including information such as agricultural product names, overflow reports, damage reports and the like for statistics, and meanwhile, the agricultural product warehouse-in and warehouse-out conditions of a certain appointed agricultural product or all agricultural product warehouse-in and warehouse-out conditions within a certain specific time period (such as today, the week, the month or the year) can be checked in response to a search instruction.
And the pending module is used for counting and managing all unfinished items in the transaction process, and at least comprises returned sales lists, sales to be received, returned and returned lists for processing received returned goods, accounts to be received and transferred, deposit of the receiving and receiving pieces, receiving pieces to be checked in, returned deposit of the receiving and receiving pieces and returning the receiving pieces to be received.
Specifically, the returned sales order displays all sales orders returned by the buyer, each sales order including information such as the name of the buyer, the number of the sales order, the merchandise of the sales order, the date of the sales order, the amount of the storage items, and the total amount of the order, and the user can withdraw or modify the returned sales order. And displaying the sales money to be received that all the purchasers pay, and requiring a user to perform collection operation, wherein each sales money to be received comprises information such as the name of the purchaser, the serial number of the sales slip, the date of the sales slip, the commodity of the sales slip, the amount of the storage piece, the amount of the payment and the like, and the collection operation is confirmed by inputting a password for the sales money to be received. The received returned bill is processed to display returned application of all purchasers, and the returned bill application confirmed by the user is waited, and includes the information of purchaser name, sales bill number, sales bill date, sales bill commodity, sales bill amount, returned bill amount application and the like. The pending transfers are transactions other than debits, prepaid charges, etc., and each transfer information includes, but is not limited to, a purchaser or user name, a transfer date, a transfer amount, etc., and the user may reject the payment or confirm the payment. The deposit of the to-be-collected storage piece shows that a client borrows the storage piece from a user, the user gives a loan order, the client confirms the loan order and pays the deposit, and at the moment, the user needs to perform collection operation; the containing piece to be checked shows that the customer sends a containing piece borrowing order to the user, and the user receives the borrowing order and needs to check; the condition that the to-be-received storage part returns the deposit is that the user returns the storage part to the client, and the client returns the deposit of the storage part at the same time, and the user performs the money receiving operation; the to-be-returned storage part shows that the customer sends a storage part returning order to the user, and the user needs to confirm the returning order operation.
It should be understood that the division of the modules of the above system is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the x module may be a processing element that is set up separately, or may be implemented by being integrated in a chip of the system, or may be stored in a memory of the system in the form of program code, and the function of the x module may be called and executed by a processing element of the system. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a method for selling agricultural products in an embodiment of the present invention is disclosed, which includes the following steps:
s201, adding a buyer and managing;
s202, a buyer is appointed to create a corresponding agricultural product sales order;
s203, counting and managing the sales order created by the sales module, and managing the demand information and the money received in the transaction process.
It should be noted that the agricultural product selling method provided in this embodiment is similar to the above embodiment of the agricultural product selling system, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted. It is understood that the executing subject of this step may be an agricultural product sale system, and may also be a terminal, a server, etc., and is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 3, the present disclosure also provides an agricultural product sales device comprising at least one processor 301 and at least one memory 302; the memory 302 is used to store computer programs; processor 301 is configured to execute a computer program stored in memory to cause the apparatus to perform the agricultural product marketing method described above.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present embodiment provides an agricultural produce selling apparatus that is not limiting and may include more or fewer components.
Based on the method shown in fig. 2, the embodiment further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the agricultural product selling method.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in a software product, where the software product is stored in a storage medium, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, and the like, and includes several instructions to enable a computer device to execute the method of each implementation scenario of the present application.
The storage medium may further include an operating system, which is a program for managing hardware and software resources of the above-described apparatus and supports the execution of information processing and other software or programs, and a communication module for implementing communication between each component inside the storage medium and with other hardware and software in the information processing device.
Through the description of the above embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present application can be implemented by software and a necessary general hardware platform, and can also be implemented by hardware.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the drawings are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the flows or blocks in the drawings are not necessarily required to practice the present application. 1. An agricultural product marketing system, comprising:
the client management module is used for adding and searching the buyers and counting and managing transaction information;
the sales module is used for appointing a buyer to create a corresponding agricultural product sales order;
and the sales management module is used for counting and managing the sales order created by the sales module and managing the demand information and the money received in the transaction process.
2. The agricultural product sales system of claim 1, wherein the customer management module comprises:
the customer adding submodule is used for adding a buyer by scanning a coded image or searching a unique ID;
and the customer management submodule is used for managing the added buyers and searching the selected buyers in response to the search instruction to create a sales order and managing the transaction information with the buyers.
3. The agricultural product sales system of claim 1, wherein the customer management sub-module comprises:
the credit module is used for setting credit limit and allowable arrears time in a specified time period for the added buyers;
and the reminding module is used for reminding the buyer of clearing the unpaid items in the transaction process in time.
4. The produce marketing system of claim 1, wherein the marketing module comprises:
the demand form module is used for appointing a buyer to check a purchasing demand form created by the buyer;
the sales creating module is used for designating a buyer to create a sales order or directly create the sales order according to the created purchase demand order;
and the historical sales module is used for viewing the sales order created for the specified buyer.
5. The produce marketing system of claim 1, further comprising:
the financial management module is used for receiving, paying and managing all money;
the inventory management module is used for counting and managing inventory agricultural products and carrying out overflow reporting, loss reporting and unit conversion on the agricultural products;
and the storage piece management module is used for managing borrowing and lending information of the agricultural product storage pieces.
6. The produce marketing system of claim 1, further comprising:
the report module is used for generating a transaction related report which at least comprises a sales statistical table, a non-collected sales money statistical table, a collection and payment statistical table, a commodity profit statistical table, an operation profit statistical table, customer transaction money statistics, a storage member in-out warehouse statistical table and an in-out warehouse detail table;

and counting and managing the sales order created by the sales module, and managing the demand information and the money received in the transaction process.
