Abstract
一种抗菌除臭袜是由消臭棉纱、抗菌棉纱、锦纶及氨纶混纺编织而成;消臭棉纱是由铜改性聚丙烯腈与主纤维共混纺制得,主纤维包括有棉纤维、粘胶纤维或莫代尔纤维;抗菌棉纱是由棉纤维及包裹在棉纤维中心部位的壳聚糖,即壳聚糖是织入在棉纤维中心部位上,从而抑制纤维上的微生物增殖;本发明通过将消臭棉纱及抗菌棉纱经过酸化处理后再编入袜子的底部,采用酸碱中和原理将袜子本身带有的酸性与人体汗液的尿素和乳酸分解所产生的氨臭(碱性)酸碱中和从而起到瞬间除臭功效;该产品具有优异的耐洗涤性,无论怎么洗均可保持优异的抗菌除臭功能。

技术领域
本发明属于袜子制作技术领域,具体涉及的是一种具有瞬间除臭效好的抗菌除臭袜的加工方法。
背景技术
袜子是人们的必备品,对于长期穿着运动的人来说,剧烈的运动使脚部大量出汗,湿透袜子导致袜子产生大量的细菌,奇臭难闻,非常尴尬;由于目前市场上多数出现的编织袜采用银离子或铜离子抗菌技术做到抑菌防臭效果,在实际使用过程中,如果没有及时瞬间除臭的话,大量出汗滋生的细菌是没有办法达到防臭的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上技术的不足,提供一种有别于传统防臭技术的处理,完全可达到瞬间除臭功效的抗菌除臭袜的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种抗菌除臭袜,其特征在于:是由消臭棉纱、抗菌棉纱、锦纶及氨纶混纺编织而成;所述的消臭棉纱是由铜改性聚丙烯腈与主纤维共混纺制得,该主纤维包括有棉纤维、棉纤维、粘胶纤维或莫代尔纤维;所述的抗菌棉纱是由棉纤维及包裹在棉纤维中心部位的壳聚糖,即壳聚糖是织入在棉纤维中心部位上,从而抑制纤维上的微生物增殖,防止其分泌物产生令人不适的气味。
所述的消臭棉纱可以达到瞬间消臭功效,其消臭率可达100%;抗菌棉纱起到抗菌除臭功效及吸湿排汗,其抗菌除臭率达到99%;而锦纶及氨纶主要是增强袜子的弹性及顶破力。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种抗菌除臭袜的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
第一步,消臭棉纱的制作,将铜改性聚丙烯腈纤维进行抗静电处理,铜改性聚丙烯腈与主纤维共同放入棉箱平台,经过均匀抓取后,通过风管送入后序棉箱进行混合最终形成棉卷;由该棉卷通过罗拉送入盖板梳理机,经梳理后生条喂入并条机牵伸装置,经多次喂入牵伸后,形成消臭棉纱。
第二步,抗菌棉纱的制作,以原子能辐射技术将壳聚糖织入到每根棉纤维的中心部位上,形成包裹状态制成抗菌棉纱,从抑制棉纤维上的微生物增殖。
第三步,纤维酸化处理,将消臭棉纱和抗菌棉纱分别经过酸化机内进行酸化处理。
第四步,编织成品,分别将消臭棉纱、抗菌棉纱、锦纶及氨纶送入全自动电脑织袜机内进行编织,针数范围168,袜底部分采用消臭棉纱、抗菌棉纱混编而成,而袜筒及袜背部分采用锦纶及氨纶混编而成。
所述的铜改性聚丙烯腈与主纤维的重量比为5~30:95~70。
本发明的有益效果体现在于,与现有技术相比,本发明通过将消臭棉纱及抗菌棉纱经过酸化处理后再编入袜子的底部,采用酸碱中和原理将袜子本身带有的酸性与人体汗液的尿素和乳酸分解所产生的氨臭(碱性)酸碱中和从而起到瞬间除臭功效;该产品具有优异的耐洗涤性,无论怎么洗均可保持优异的抗菌除臭功能。

具体实施方式
一种抗菌除臭袜的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,消臭棉纱的制作,将铜改性聚丙烯腈纤维进行抗静电处理,铜改性聚丙烯腈与主纤维以重量比25:80共同放入棉箱平台,经过均匀抓取后,通过风管送入后序棉箱进行混合最终形成棉卷;由该棉卷通过罗拉送入盖板梳理机,经梳理后生条喂入并条机牵伸装置,经多次喂入牵伸后,形成消臭棉纱。
第二步,抗菌棉纱的制作,以原子能辐射技术将壳聚糖织入到每根棉纤维的中心部位上,形成包裹状态制成抗菌棉纱,从抑制棉纤维上的微生物增殖,防止其分泌物产生令人不适的气味。
第三步,纤维酸化处理,将消臭棉纱和抗菌棉纱分别经过酸化机内进行酸化处理。
第四步,编织成品,需要染色时,可以分别将不同的纱线各自进行染色后再进行编织,染制后的纱线分别将消臭棉纱、抗菌棉纱、锦纶及氨纶送入全自动电脑织袜机内进行编织,针数范围168,袜底部分采用消臭棉纱、抗菌棉纱混编而成,而袜筒及袜背部分采用锦纶及氨纶混编而成。
本发明有除臭袜,具有瞬间快速除臭的功效,并且除臭时间长久,不存在洗涤30次后效果减弱的现象,其消臭率达到100%,抗菌率达到99%。
下面为抗菌除臭袜的检测报告:测试方法是:GB/T33610.2-2017,检测结果为氨气100%,可完全达到除臭的目的。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗菌除臭袜,其特征在于:是由消臭棉纱、抗菌棉纱、锦纶及氨纶混纺编织而成;所述的消臭棉纱是由铜改性聚丙烯腈与主纤维共混纺制得,该主纤维包括有棉纤维、粘胶纤维或莫代尔纤维;所述的抗菌棉纱是由棉纤维及包裹在棉纤维中心部位的壳聚糖,即壳聚糖是织入在棉纤维中心部位上,从而抑制纤维上的微生物增殖,防止其分泌物产生令人不适的气味。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌除臭袜的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
