Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning agent, in particular to an environment-friendly special cleaning agent for a stainless steel surface, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The addition of a certain amount of metallic chromium (generally greater than 11%) to ordinary iron gives the steel a shiny lustre and provides the steel with a high resistance to rusting and discoloration, so-called stainless steel. The surface of the stainless steel can be polished and polished to obtain a mirror-like surface, which is called bright surface polishing. The surface is very flat and almost free of defects. However, in many cases, the surface of stainless steel is polished to form lines, which is called a matte stainless steel surface, and the lines form a decorative effect.
At present, the matt stainless steel materials are commonly used as kitchen utensils in families, restaurants, public dining halls, supermarkets and the like; other industries, such as medical equipment, medical pharmacy, elevators, etc., also commonly use matt stainless steel materials. Because the matte stainless steel surface is different from the polished surface, the microscopic surface is uneven, the surface lines usually become the places for storing and holding dirt, and the dirt such as hand dirt, grease and the like stuck on the surface of the tool is firmly adsorbed and is difficult to clean by a common cleaning agent; in addition, the hand scale contains excrement such as sodium chloride, lactic acid, urea, etc., which are attached to the surface of stainless steel over time to cause corrosion of the stainless steel.
Some stainless steel surface cleaning agents on the existing market have obvious effect on cleaning and polishing surfaces, but have poor cleaning effect on matte surfaces; other detergents are either harmful to the human body or pollute the environment. Therefore, a novel environment-friendly stainless steel surface cleaning agent is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an environment-friendly special cleaning agent for the surface of stainless steel, a preparation method and application thereof. The cleaning process for the matte stainless steel surface is simple, and the cleaning effect is good; the raw materials are all from natural plants or food additives, so that the environment is not polluted.

the second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly stainless steel surface special cleaning agent, which comprises the steps of weighing limonene, tween 80, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, sodium carbonate, alcohol and benzylidene acetone according to a ratio, adding warm clean water, and stirring until all chemical reagents are dissolved to obtain the environment-friendly stainless steel surface special cleaning agent.
Preferably, the warm clean water is 20-40 deg.C clean water.
Further preferably, the warm clean water is 25 ℃.
The third aspect of the invention provides application of the environment-friendly special cleaning agent for the stainless steel surface, which is applied to cleaning of the matte stainless steel surface.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps:
(1) the cleaning agent is sprayed or smeared on the surface to be cleaned,
(2) wiping the surface to be cleaned: if the smudge is slight (such as hand dirt), the surface to be cleaned is wiped by a soft cloth; if heavy stains (such as oil stain of a range hood), heavily wiping with a sponge brush and then wiping with a soft cloth;
(3) and finally, cleaning with clear water.
Preferably, the relatively light stains include hand stains.
Preferably, the heavy stains comprise range hood grease.
The invention adopts substances extracted from natural plants or additives in food production as raw materials, thus having no toxicity and harm and causing no pollution to the environment. Based on a two-stage cleaning theory: (1) selecting a chemical substance capable of chemically reacting with the surface soil, for example, limonene, sodium carbonate, alcohol, etc., to remove the soil; (2) by using an active agent with hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, such as fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, after the surface of the stainless steel is covered by a cleaning agent solution, the hydrophilic head of the active agent stays in an aqueous solution, the hydrophobic tail penetrates into dirt, and the dirt is pulled out of the surface of the stainless steel by wiping with a wiper or a sponge, so that a clean and bright stainless steel surface is obtained.
Compared with the prior art, all the raw materials and formula components used in the invention are environment-friendly, and based on the two-stage cleaning theory, the cleaning agent can have a good cleaning effect on the surface of the matt stainless steel; because the cleaning agent contains both acidic components (such as limonene) and alkaline components (such as sodium carbonate and alcohol), the cleaning agent can remove acidic and alkaline dirt without adjusting the pH value, and particularly, the cleaning agent can simply and cleanly clean the surface of the matt stainless steel and has better effect.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
The environment-friendly special cleaning agent for the stainless steel surface comprises limonene, Tween 80, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, sodium carbonate, alcohol, benzalacetone and cleaning water, and comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
the cleaning agent is prepared by weighing limonene, tween 80, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, sodium carbonate, alcohol and benzylidene acetone according to a ratio, adding clean water at 25 ℃, and stirring until all chemical reagents are dissolved.
The above examples were cleaned simultaneously with commercially available detergent and a certain brand stainless steel cleaner, and compared. Stainless steel surfaces with the same stain (such as heavy stain on range hoods) are smeared or sprayed with commercially available detergent (white cat detergent) and certain brand of stainless steel detergent (cock head universal detergent) and the environment-friendly detergent of the invention, and then scrubbed with soft cloth or hard sponge, and the effect is summarized as table 1:

The above cleaning effect is based on whether a clean and beautiful stainless steel surface visible to the naked eye can be obtained. The little effect means that heavy dirt of the range hood still adheres to the surface of the stainless steel, and the surface of the stainless steel presents greasy feeling; the poor effect means that the greasy on the surface of the stainless steel can be eliminated after 2-3 times of wiping; the effect is good, namely, the heavy dirt of the range hood on the surface of the stainless steel is removed by only wiping for 1 time, and the clean and beautiful stainless steel surface is presented.

For the formulas except for the examples, if the mixture ratio is not proper, the related components cannot be well dissolved mutually, and precipitation occurs, so that the use effect is influenced.
