Technical Field
The invention relates to a detection box, in particular to a high-sealing liquid detection box.
Background
The shell of the existing excrement liquid detection box is made of transparent ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastics, the shell is generally not thick, and meanwhile, the ABS plastics have the water-permeable and air-permeable performance, so that external water vapor can enter the shell to react with a reagent to produce after a long time, and the shell is invalid.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present designer is actively making research and innovation to create a liquid detection box with a novel structure and high sealing performance, so that the liquid detection box has industrial application value.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a highly airtight liquid detection cartridge.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a high-sealing liquid detection cartridge, comprising:
the device comprises a shell (3), wherein the shell (3) comprises a mounting ring (302) and a bottom mounting cavity (303), which are vertically arranged on one side of a main body of the shell, and a liquid cavity is arranged at the lower part of the mounting cavity (303);
the mounting ring (302) and the mounting cavity (303) are used for mounting the sampling cartridge (2);
a push rod (1) is connected in the sampling cylinder (2);
reagent paper (5) is arranged in the back of the other side of the main body of the shell (3), and the reagent paper (5) is communicated with the liquid cavity;
the back of the other side of the main body of the shell (3) is connected with an observation plate (4).
Further, the sampling barrel (2) comprises a cylindrical main body and a cylindrical clamping barrel (201) which is slightly smaller at the lower part of the cylindrical main body, and the clamping barrel (201) is clamped and installed in the installation cavity (303).
Furthermore, the bottom of the clamping cylinder (201) is connected and sealed through an aluminum foil (202).
Furthermore, the inner wall of the upper part of the sampling cylinder (2) is also provided with a sealing ring (203).

By the scheme, the invention at least has the following advantages:
1. the sampling cylinder of the device is made of independent transparent plastic, the bottom of the sampling cylinder is sealed by an aluminum foil, and the upper part of the sampling cylinder is sealed by a sealing ring and a push rod rubber ring, so that the sealing of the sampling cylinder is realized;
2. the back of this device main part has realized the installation of reagent paper to the main part adopts non-transparent plastic to make, can prevent the invasion of steam completely, realizes sealed effect.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a liquid detection cartridge with high sealing performance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises a shell 3, wherein the shell 3 comprises a mounting ring 302 and a bottom mounting cavity 303 which are arranged on one side of a main body of the shell in an up-and-down mode, and a liquid cavity is arranged at the lower part of the mounting cavity 303;
the mounting ring 302 and the mounting cavity 303 are used for mounting the sampling cylinder 2;
a push rod 1 is connected in the sampling cylinder 2;
reagent paper 5 is arranged in the back of the other side of the main body of the shell 3, and the reagent paper 5 is communicated with the liquid cavity;
the back of the other side of the main body of the shell 3 is connected with an observation plate 4.
The cartridge 2 comprises a cylindrical body and a cylindrical snap-on cartridge 201 slightly smaller at the lower part of the cylindrical body, the snap-on cartridge 201 being snap-fitted into the mounting cavity 303.
The bottom of the snap cylinder 201 is sealed by means of an aluminum foil 202, and the aluminum foil 202 may be connected by means of hot melting, glue or ultrasonic welding.
The upper inner wall of the cartridge 2 is further provided with a sealing ring 203.
The cartridge 2 is made of transparent plastic, for easy viewing.
The push rod 1 comprises a push rod head 101, a push rod rubber ring 102, a push rod body 103 and a bottom rod 104 which are connected in sequence, the push rod 1 is of a common structure, and the push rod rubber ring 102 on the upper part of the push rod 1 is used for realizing sealing with a sealing ring 203.
The bottom of the bottom bar 104 is pointed to facilitate the tearing of the aluminum foil.
The observation plate 4 is further provided with a sealing frame 401, the main body of the housing 3 is provided with a corresponding groove, and the observation plate 4 is connected to the groove through the sealing frame 401, and when the observation plate is specifically connected, the observation plate can be connected through a hot melting mode, a glue connection mode or an ultrasonic welding mode.
The viewing plate 4 is made of transparent plastic, which is convenient for viewing.
At least part of the viewing plate 4 is made of transparent plastic, and only the changed part of the reagent paper 5 needs to be made of transparent plastic.
By the scheme, the invention at least has the following advantages:

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
after sampling barrel 2 gathered liquid, push rod 1 pushed inside sampling barrel 2 for bottom pole 104 of bottom punctures aluminium foil 202, and liquid gets into bottom installation cavity 303, and liquid further contacts with reagent paper 5, and reagent paper 5 realizes the detection to liquid, realizes the observation to reagent paper 5 through the transparent part on observing plate 4, and the change of observing reagent paper 5 obtains the testing result.
