The pencil board can be recycled by the scheme, the wood with the length not longer than the pencil board is made into a short pencil board, and then finger joint is carried out according to the length requirement of the rubber pen.
It should be noted that a rubber core, a black core or a color core of other colors can be glued in the center of the whole rubber rod, for example, one end of the rubber pen is the rubber core and the other end is the lead core (e.g. 8H, 6H, 4H, 2H, HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B, 10B, 12B …, etc.).
As shown in fig. 9, there is also provided a rubber pencil, which is characterized by comprising a rubber shaft 8, wherein the rubber shaft 8 comprises a plurality of joint sections 81, the plurality of joint sections 81 divide the rubber shaft 8 into a plurality of pencil sections 82, a rubber core is arranged in the center of each pencil section 82, and the surface color of each pencil section 82 is the same as the color of the rubber core arranged in the pencil section 82; wherein, the surface of the joint section 81 is provided with finger joint lines.

Claims (10)
1. A method for manufacturing a rubber pen is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, obtaining a plurality of pencil boards, and dyeing the plurality of pencil boards with different or same colors according to preset requirements;
s2, cutting the center of the top surface of the pencil plate by a first preset thickness to form an upper processing groove, and cutting the center of the bottom surface of the pencil plate by a second preset thickness to form a lower processing groove;
s3, uniformly forming a plurality of inclined conical grooves on the left side surface and the right side surface of the pencil board according to a preset distance and a preset depth, so that inclined conical finger-shaped tenons are formed at the left end and the right end of the pencil board, and a plurality of inclined conical finger-shaped tenons at the same end form a finger joint part;
s4, selecting any number of pencil boards as finger-jointed pencil boards, aligning the finger-jointed pencil boards from left to right on the same plane in sequence, so that finger-jointed parts of two adjacent finger-jointed pencil boards are opposite to each other, gluing the finger-jointed parts in sequence from left to right, approaching and jointing the adjacent finger-jointed parts in sequence, and forming the finger-jointed boards after the finger-jointed pencil boards are jointed in sequence through the finger-jointed parts, wherein a plurality of finger-jointed lines are formed on the surface of the finger-jointed board;
s5, forming upper projections between adjacent upper processing grooves on the top surface of the finger joint plate, forming lower projections between adjacent lower processing grooves on the bottom surface of the finger joint plate, cutting off a plurality of upper projections and a plurality of lower projections to enable the plurality of upper processing grooves to be communicated and enable the top surface of the finger joint plate to form a smooth surface, and simultaneously enabling the plurality of lower processing grooves to be communicated and enable the bottom surface of the finger joint plate to form a smooth surface;
s6, planing the finger-jointed board to uniformly form a plurality of core slots on the top surface of the finger-jointed board;
s7, aligning the top surfaces of the two finger joint plates to enable the core grooves on the two finger joint plates to be opposite one by one, gluing rubber cores in the core grooves, and pressing the two finger joint plates into a whole to form a forming plate;
and S8, planing the molding plate to form a plurality of rubber rods, wherein the rubber rods comprise a plurality of colors of the finger-jointed pencil plate and a plurality of finger-jointed lines.
2. The method for manufacturing a rubber-tipped pen according to claim 1, wherein the S7 comprises:
s71, aligning the top surfaces of the two finger joint plates to ensure that the core slots on the two finger joint plates are opposite to each other;
s72, gluing a single rubber core or a plurality of rubber cores inside the single core groove;
and S73, pressing the two finger joint plates into a whole to form the forming plate.
3. The method of manufacturing a rubber-tipped pen according to claim 2, wherein in the S72:
when a single rubber core is glued, the rubber cores are simultaneously glued in the core slots on a plurality of pencil boards which are finger-jointed, and the color of the rubber core is any color;
when a plurality of rubber cores are glued, the number of the rubber cores is equal to that of the pointed pencil plates, the plurality of rubber cores are respectively arranged in the core grooves of the plurality of pointed pencil plates, and the color of each rubber core glued on the pointed pencil plate is the same as that of the pointed pencil plate.
4. The method of making a rubber-tipped pen of claim 3, further comprising:
s9, judging whether the colors of the plurality of the pointed pencil boards are the same, and if so, spraying paint with any color on the surface of the rubber rod; otherwise, different color paints are sprayed on different color areas on the surface of the rubber rod.
5. The method for manufacturing a rubber pencil as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step S9, if the colors of the plurality of finger-jointed pencil boards are not the same, paint with the same color as the color of the surface to be painted is painted on the surface of the rubber shaft.
6. The method of making a rubber-tipped pen of claim 5, further comprising:
s10, the rubber is leaked out by cutting the two ends of the rubber rod into light or sharpening, so as to form flat end faces or sharpened faces at the two ends of the rubber rod.
7. The method of making a rubber-tipped pen according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
s11, collecting the processing residues, the processing wastes and the leftover materials in the S2, the S3, the S4, the S5, the S6 and the S8, pressing the processing residues, the processing wastes and the leftover materials to form a new pencil plate, and starting S1 again.
8. The method of making a rubber-tipped pen as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein in the S3, the top and bottom of the oblique tapered groove respectively penetrate through the top and bottom surfaces of the pencil board.

The eraser pen is characterized by comprising an eraser rod, wherein the eraser rod comprises a plurality of joint sections, the plurality of joint sections divide the eraser rod into a plurality of pencil sections, an eraser core penetrates through the center of each pencil section, and the color of the surface of each pencil section is the same as that of the eraser core penetrating through the pencil section; wherein,
the surface of the joint section is wound with finger joint grains.
10. The eraser pen according to claim 9, wherein a plurality of said pencil segments are different in surface color.
