Technical Field

Background
At present, the sea navigation company is provided with maintenance bases in the areas of Hainan, northwest, southwest, fuzhou and the like, and maintenance personnel of each maintenance base need to carry a plastic tool box when maintaining the passenger plane, and maintenance tools commonly used in the maintenance process are accommodated in the tool box. Maintenance works on a maintenance machine often require disassembly and assembly work involving a cabin roof area that is not too high but is not enough for ordinary people to stand, and maintenance flow standards for sea navigation specify that equipment on the pedaling machine is not allowed to be padded, so maintenance personnel sometimes need to climb up by means of existing toolboxes, herringbone ladders, and the like. However, the existing plastic tool box has the defects that the structural strength of the existing plastic tool box is not allowed to serve as a low-height working platform, the number of maintenance tools in the tool box is too large, the carrying and the carrying are time and labor consuming, and the carrying are very inconvenient. If the portable herringbone ladder among tools is used for maintenance work, the problems that (1) the herringbone ladder is inconvenient to carry, (2) the number of the portable herringbone ladles among tools is insufficient, the working requirements are difficult to meet, and (3) the working platform of the herringbone ladder is inconvenient to use, and personnel injury and tool damage are easy to cause are also caused. Moreover, if the plastic tool boxes of all maintenance bases are replaced or subjected to strength upgrade treatment, the operation cost is greatly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art and provide a tool frame support for passenger plane maintenance, which has the advantages of simple and stable structure, simple manufacturing process, low manufacturing cost, adjustable length and width of a base assembly, suitability for placing maintenance tool frames of different models and sizes, and strong applicability.
In order to achieve the purpose, the scheme is realized through the following technical scheme:
A tool frame support for passenger plane maintenance comprises a base component, a rail component capable of being stacked on the base component in multiple layers, a pedal capable of being mounted on the rail component at the topmost layer in a superposition mode, and a push-pull rod mounted on one side of the base component. The base assembly comprises four detachable corner seats arranged at four corners of the base assembly, the four corner seats are a first corner seat, a second corner seat, a third corner seat and a fourth corner seat, a bottom layer sleeve is fixedly arranged at the outer edge of each corner seat, the four bottom layer sleeves are symmetrically arranged at four corners of the base assembly and two adjacent outer edges of each corner seat are protruding, and a fence loop bar matched with the bottom layer sleeve is arranged on the fence assembly.
Further, a first dovetail groove facing the second corner seat is formed in the first corner seat, a plurality of first pin holes penetrating through the bottom of the first dovetail groove are uniformly formed in the first dovetail groove, a first sliding rod extending towards the third corner seat is arranged on the side face, facing the third corner seat, of the first corner seat, and an outwards protruding elastic buckle is arranged on the first sliding rod.
Further, a second dovetail connecting rod extending towards the first corner seat is integrally arranged on the second corner seat, the second dovetail connecting rod is matched with the first dovetail groove, a plurality of second pin holes are uniformly formed in the second dovetail connecting rod and correspond to the first pin holes at the bottom of the first dovetail groove, a second sliding rod extending towards the fourth corner seat is arranged on the side face, facing towards the fourth corner seat, of the second corner seat, an outwards-protruding elastic buckle is arranged on the second sliding rod, and the second dovetail connecting rod can be inserted into the first dovetail groove and slide in the first dovetail groove.
Further, a third dovetail groove facing the fourth corner seat is formed in the third corner seat, a plurality of third pin holes penetrating through the bottom of the third dovetail groove are uniformly formed in the third dovetail groove, a third sliding cylinder extending out of the first corner seat is arranged on the side face, facing the first corner seat, of the third corner seat, a plurality of third clamping holes are uniformly formed in the third sliding cylinder and matched with elastic buckles protruding outwards on the first sliding rod, and the first sliding rod can be inserted into the third sliding cylinder and slide in the third sliding cylinder.

Further, the fence assembly comprises four fence loop bars matched with the four bottom layer sleeves, the lower ends of the fence loop bars can be inserted into the bottom layer sleeves, the top end of each fence loop bar is fixedly provided with one fence sleeve, and the waist parts of the four fence loop bars are transversely connected with a plurality of rings of cross braces at intervals.
Further, four pedal loop bars are fixedly arranged at four corners of the bottom surface of the pedal, and the pedal loop bars are matched with the fence sleeve at the top of the fence assembly.
Preferably, the push-pull rod is rotatably arranged on one side of the base assembly, the push-pull rod is a telescopic push-pull rod, and an adjusting button is arranged at the handle position of the push-pull rod.
Preferably, the bottoms of the first corner seat, the second corner seat, the third corner seat and the fourth corner seat are respectively provided with a universal wheel with a locking function.
Preferably, the bottom sleeve and the fence sleeve are both closed by a cylinder bottom and the cylinder mouth is upward.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) The four corner bases of the base component are matched with the dovetail connecting rod through the dovetail grooves, the sliding barrel and the sliding rod, the pin holes and the bolts, and the clamping holes are matched, so that the distance between the four corner bases is adjustable, the length and the width of the base component are adjustable, the base component is suitable for placing existing tool frames with different models and different sizes of maintenance bases, the matched tool frames are not required to be customized again, the applicability is high, after the length and the width of the base component are adjusted, only the matched rail component and pedal are required to be configured, the base component is not required to be manufactured again, and the cost can be saved;
2) The base component is formed by combining four separated corner seats, the four corner seats can be manufactured independently, the whole block of large materials are not required to be purchased specially to manufacture the base component, the corner seats can be manufactured by utilizing the existing corner wastes, then the base component is assembled, the existing resources can be fully utilized, and the operation cost of a maintenance base is effectively saved;
3) The telescopic push-pull rod is arranged, so that when the tool frame support for the passenger plane maintenance is pushed and pulled through the push-pull rod, the inclination angle is adjustable, the telescopic length is adjustable, and the use is convenient;
4) The universal wheels with the locking function are arranged, and before a maintainer climbs up to a pedal for operation, the universal wheels can be locked first, so that the stability of the support is enhanced, and safety accidents caused by sliding of the universal wheels in the climbing operation process of the maintainer are avoided;
5) The tool frame support for the passenger plane maintenance is simple and stable in structure, simple in manufacturing process and low in manufacturing cost.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a tool frame support for repairing a passenger aircraft includes a base assembly a, a rail assembly b capable of being stacked in multiple layers on the base assembly a, a pedal c capable of being stacked on a topmost rail assembly b, and a push-pull rod d mounted on one side of the base assembly a, wherein the base assembly a can be used for placing a tool frame 9 carried in daily maintenance of an inspector of a maintenance base of the passenger aircraft.
The base component a comprises four corner seats arranged at four corners of the base component a, a bottom sleeve 13 is fixedly arranged at the outer edge of each corner seat, the bottom of each bottom sleeve 13 is closed, the opening of each bottom sleeve is upward, the four bottom sleeves 13 are symmetrically arranged at the four corners of the base component a, two adjacent outer edges of each corner seat are raised, a groove is formed in the base component a, and a tool frame 9 for maintaining a passenger plane can be placed in the groove. The four corner seats are a first corner seat 1, a second corner seat 2, a third corner seat 3 and a fourth corner seat 4.
The first corner seat 1 is provided with a first dovetail groove 11 facing the second corner seat 2, a plurality of first pin holes penetrating through the bottom of the first dovetail groove 11 are uniformly formed in the first dovetail groove 11, the side face, facing the third corner seat 3, of the first corner seat 1 is provided with a first sliding rod 12 extending towards the third corner seat 3, and the first sliding rod 12 is provided with an outwards convex elastic buckle.
The second corner seat 2 is integrally provided with a second dovetail connecting rod 21 extending towards the first corner seat 1, the second dovetail connecting rod 21 is matched with the first dovetail groove 11, a plurality of second pin holes are uniformly formed in the second dovetail connecting rod 21 and correspond to the first pin holes at the bottom of the first dovetail groove 11, the side face, facing the fourth corner seat 4, of the second corner seat is provided with a second sliding rod 22 extending towards the fourth corner seat 4, and the second sliding rod 22 is provided with an outwards protruding elastic buckle. The second dovetail connecting rod 21 can be inserted into the first dovetail groove 11 and slide in the first dovetail groove 11, so that the distance between the first corner seat 1 and the second corner seat 2 can be adjusted, and the distance between the first corner seat 1 and the second corner seat 2 can be locked only by inserting a positioning pin into the corresponding first pin hole and second pin hole.
The third corner seat 3 is provided with a third dovetail groove 31 facing the fourth corner seat 4, a plurality of third pin holes penetrating through the bottom of the third dovetail groove 31 are uniformly formed in the third dovetail groove 31, the side face, facing the first corner seat 1, of the third corner seat 3 is provided with a third sliding cylinder 32 extending towards the first corner seat 1, the third sliding cylinder 32 is uniformly provided with a plurality of third clamping holes, and the third clamping holes are matched with the elastic clamping buckles protruding outwards on the first sliding rod 12. The first sliding rod 12 may be inserted into the third sliding cylinder 32 and slide in the third sliding cylinder 32, so that the space between the first corner seat 1 and the third corner seat 3 may be adjusted, and the elastic buckle on the first sliding rod 12 may pop out from a certain third clamping hole on the third sliding cylinder 32, so as to lock the space between the first corner seat 1 and the third corner seat 3.
The fourth corner seat 4 is integrally provided with a fourth dovetail connecting rod 41 extending towards the third corner seat 3, the fourth dovetail connecting rod 41 is matched with the third dovetail groove 31, a plurality of fourth pin holes are uniformly formed in the fourth dovetail connecting rod 41 and correspond to the third pin holes at the bottom of the third dovetail groove 31, the side face, facing the second corner seat 2, of the fourth corner seat 4 is provided with a fourth sliding cylinder 42 extending towards the second corner seat 2, and a plurality of fourth clamping holes are uniformly formed in the fourth sliding cylinder 42 and are matched with the elastic clamping buckles protruding outwards on the second sliding rod 22. The second slide bar 22 may be inserted into the fourth slide tube 42 and slide in the fourth slide tube 42, so that the distance between the second corner seat 2 and the fourth corner seat 4 may be adjusted, and the elastic buckle on the second slide bar 22 may be ejected from a fourth card hole on the fourth slide tube 42, so as to lock the distance between the second corner seat 2 and the fourth corner seat 4.
Further, the fence assembly b includes four fence sleeves 51 matching with the four bottom sleeves 13, the lower ends of the fence sleeves 51 can be inserted into the bottom sleeves 13, a fence sleeve 52 is fixedly arranged at the top end of each fence sleeve 51, the bottom of each fence sleeve 52 is closed, the opening of each fence sleeve is upward, and a plurality of rings of transverse braces 53 are transversely connected to the waist parts of the four fence sleeves 51 at intervals to enhance the structural strength of the fence assembly b. In practice, the rail rod 51 of the first layer rail assembly b is inserted into the bottom layer sleeve 13 of the base assembly a so that the first layer rail assembly b can be stacked on the base assembly a, and the rail rod 51 of the second layer rail assembly b is inserted into the rail sleeve 52 of the first layer rail assembly b so that the second layer rail assembly b can be stacked on the first layer rail assembly b.
Further, four pedal sleeves 61 are fixedly arranged at four corners of the bottom surface of the pedal c and are matched with the four rail sleeves 52 at the top of the rail assembly b, and the pedal sleeves 61 can be inserted into the rail sleeves 52, so that the pedal c can be mounted on the rail assembly b at the topmost layer in a superposition manner. The pedal c is used for stepping on the climbing for maintenance personnel, and because the fence component b can be stacked, the installation height of the pedal c can be adjusted, and the maintenance personnel can reach different heights in actual work, so that the applicability is strong. In the actual working condition, maintenance personnel can combine the tool frame supports for the passenger plane maintenance of the scheme with different heights side by side, so that a step shape can be formed, and the tool frame supports are more convenient to climb in maintenance work.
Further, the push-pull rod d is rotatably arranged on one side of the base assembly a through the cooperation of the sleeve lug and the rotating shaft, the push-pull rod d is a telescopic push-pull rod, and an adjusting button is arranged at the handle position of the push-pull rod d and used for adjusting the telescopic length of the push-pull rod d.
Furthermore, in order to enhance the mobility of the tool frame support for the passenger plane maintenance, the four corners of the bottom surface of the base assembly a are further provided with universal wheels e with locking functions, and specifically, the bottoms of the first corner seat 1, the second corner seat 2, the third corner seat 3 and the fourth corner seat 4 are respectively provided with a universal wheel e with locking functions.
Compared with the prior art, the universal wheel support has the beneficial effects that the four corner seats of the base assembly a are matched with the dovetail connecting rod through the dovetail grooves, the sliding drums and the sliding rods, the pin holes and the clamping holes, so that the distance between the four corner seats is adjustable, the length and the width of the base assembly a are adjustable, the base assembly a is suitable for placing the existing tool frames with different models and different sizes of maintenance bases, the tool frames matched with the tool frames are not required to be customized again, the applicability is high, the base assembly a is formed by combining the four separated corner seats, the four corner seats can be manufactured independently, the whole corner seats are not required to be manufactured by specially purchasing large materials, the existing corner wastes are utilized to manufacture the corner seats, then the base assembly a is assembled, the existing resources are fully utilized, the operation cost of the maintenance base is effectively saved, the telescopic rod d is arranged, the inclination angle is adjustable, the length is adjustable when the tool frames for pushing and pulling the tool frames are used for pulling the passenger plane are arranged, the universal wheel support is convenient to lock the universal wheel support, and the universal wheel support is convenient to use, and the universal wheel support can be locked by a universal wheel is locked by a user, and can be locked by a safety step, and a safety accident is avoided by a user, and a safety step is used.
