then the waste gas is irradiated by ultraviolet rays through the ultraviolet lamp 6 to the filtered waste gas, so as to achieve the effect of rapid sterilization, and simultaneously has strong capability of oxidizing and decomposing organic molecules including malodor, then the waste gas uniformly enters the purifying barrel 17 through the connecting pipe 35 and the annular pipe 36, the water pump 37 pumps water through the water pumping pipe 38, and finally sends the water to the spray nozzle 42 through the water supply pipe 40 and the spray rack 41 to spray the water, the filter cover 39 can prevent the water pumping pipe 38 from being blocked, so that dust and solid pollutants in the waste gas and water vapor are combined and fall into cold water, meanwhile, the servo motor 21 drives the second driven wheel 20, the stirring shaft 18 and the stirring rod 19 to rotate mixed liquid through the driving wheel 22 and the synchronous belt 23, so that the stirring flocculation is more sufficient, the waste gas is conveniently recycled after being discharged through the liquid discharge pipe 44, and the residual gas is discharged after being filtered through the air-permeable hydrophobic membrane 47, so as to achieve the environmental protection standard, also can take out from slide 46 direct emission through pull ring 48 during the weather is dry, increase air humidity, battery powered avoids the circuit in a jumble, and this device small in size removes to overhaul conveniently, need not to occupy great place, construction low cost.

The industrial waste gas treatment and purification device is characterized by comprising a base (1), a filter box (4) and a purification barrel (17); the base (1) is of a hollow structure, the left side of the upper end of the base (1) is provided with a filter box (4), the upper end of the filter box (4) is in threaded connection with an access cover (5), the middle part of the lower end of the access cover (5) is provided with an ultraviolet lamp (6), the bottom inside the filter box (4) is rotatably connected with a cleaning shaft (7), the lower end of the cleaning shaft (7) penetrates through the filter box (4) and the base (1) and is connected with a first driven wheel (8), the upper end of the cleaning shaft (7) is provided with a cleaning cross rod (9), the upper end of the cleaning cross rod (9) is provided with a brush (10), the lower side inside the filter box (4) is provided with a filter screen plate (11), the upper side inside the filter box (4) is provided with an active carbon filter layer (12) and a zeolite filter layer (13), the active carbon filter layer (12) is positioned on the lower side of the zeolite filter layer (13), the right side of the upper end of the base (1) is provided with a purification barrel (17), the bottom end in the purification barrel (17) is rotatably connected with a stirring shaft (18), a plurality of stirring rods (19) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the stirring shaft (18), the lower end of the stirring shaft (18) penetrates through the purification barrel (17) and the base (1) is connected with a second driven wheel (20), a rotary power module is arranged in the base (1), a coiled pipe (24) is arranged on the lower side in the purification barrel (17), the left end of the coiled pipe (24) penetrates through the purification barrel (17) and extends into the filter box (4), the right end of the coiled pipe (24) penetrates through the purification barrel (17) and is connected with a hose, and the other end of the hose is connected with a quick connector module;
the quick joint module comprises a flange (25), a connector (26), an expansion link (27), a cone (28), a pressure rod (29), a ball body (30), a spring (31), a pressure plate (32), an annular air bag (33) and an inflation tube (34), wherein the right end of the flange (25) is connected with the connector (26), the left side inside the connector (26) is connected with the expansion link (27) through a support frame, the right end of the expansion link (27) is connected with the cone body (28), the upper side and the lower side of the peripheral surface of the connector (26) are both connected with the pressure rod (29) in a sliding manner, one ends of the pressure rods (29) which are separated from each other are both connected with the pressure plate (32) through the connector (26), the pressure plate (32) is made of a rubber plate, the ball body (30) is arranged at one opposite end of the pressure rod (29), the spring (31) is sleeved at one side of the pressure rod (29) close to the ball body (30), a connecting tube (35) is arranged at the upper side of the right end of the filter box (4), the other end of the connecting pipe (35) penetrates through the purification barrel (17) to be connected with an annular pipe (36), a plurality of blowing pipes are arranged on the upper side of the peripheral surface of the annular pipe (36) at equal intervals, a water pump (37) is arranged on the right side inside the base (1), the upper part of the water pump (37) is connected with the purification barrel (17) through a water pumping pipe (38), a water supply pipe (40) is connected to the right part of the water pump (37), the other end of the water supply pipe (40) penetrates through the purification barrel (17) to be connected with a spraying frame (41), the upper side inside the purification barrel (17) is connected with a sliding plate (46) in a sliding mode through a guide sleeve (45), a breathable hydrophobic membrane (47) is embedded in the middle of the sliding plate (46), and a pull ring (48) is arranged in the middle of the right end of the sliding plate (46);
a feeding observation window (43) is arranged in the middle of the right end of the purification barrel (17), a liquid discharge pipe (44) is arranged on the lower side of the right end of the purification barrel (17), and an exhaust port (49) is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the purification barrel (17).
2. The industrial waste gas treatment and purification device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left side and the right side of the lower end of the base (1) are provided with a plurality of movable wheels (2), and the left side inside the base (1) is provided with a battery (3).

The industrial waste gas treatment and purification device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a material guiding inclined plate (14) is arranged at the lower side of the right end in the filtering box (4), a garbage collecting box (15) is arranged at the left side of the lower end of the filtering box (4), the left end of the garbage collecting box (15) penetrates through the filtering box (4), and a handle (16) is arranged in the middle of the left end of the garbage collecting box (15).

The industrial waste gas treatment and purification device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotary power module comprises a servo motor (21), a driving wheel (22) and a synchronous belt (23), the driving wheel (22) is connected to the upper end of the servo motor (21) through a motor shaft, and the driving wheel (22) is connected to the first driven wheel (8) and the second driven wheel (20) through the synchronous belt (23).

The industrial waste gas treatment and purification device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the right end of the connector (26) is provided with an annular air bag (33), the upper side of the left part of the annular air bag (33) is connected with an inflation tube (34), and the other end of the inflation tube (34) penetrates through the connector (26).

The industrial waste gas treatment and purification device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water pumping pipe (38) is provided with a filter cover (39) at one end inside the purification barrel (17), the spray rack (41) comprises a plurality of concentric circular pipes which are connected with each other through water pipes, and a plurality of nozzles (42) are arranged at equal angles on the lower side of the circumferential surface of the circular pipes.
7. The working method of the industrial waste gas treatment and purification device according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
step one, the connector (26) is sent into an exhaust port of the industrial equipment, then the telescopic rod (27) is controlled to move right, so that the two spheres (30) and the pressure lever (29) are driven to move away from each other, the pressure lever (29) drives the pressure plate (32) to tightly extrude and abut against the inner wall of the exhaust port of the industrial equipment, and the fixation is very quick and firm;
step two, the annular air bag (33) is inflated through the inflation tube (34), so that the annular air bag (33) is tightly attached to the inner wall of an exhaust port of the industrial equipment after being expanded, excellent sealing performance is obtained, and waste gas leakage at the interface is avoided;
step three, cold water flocculant can be added into the purification barrel (17) through the feeding observation window (43), hot waste gas enters the filter box (4) through the coiled pipe (24), and the coiled pipe (24) is in full contact with cold water to play a good cooling role;
step four, filtering and adsorbing the waste gas by three layers through a filter screen plate (11), an active carbon filter layer (12) and a zeolite filter layer (13), and then irradiating the filtered waste gas by ultraviolet rays through an ultraviolet lamp (6) to achieve the effect of rapid sterilization, and meanwhile, the filter screen plate has strong capability of oxidizing and decomposing organic molecules including stink;
and step five, the waste gas enters a purification barrel (17), water is pumped by a water pump (37) to spray the waste gas, dust and solid pollutants in the waste gas are combined with water vapor and fall into cold water, and the residual gas is filtered by a breathable hydrophobic membrane (47) and then discharged to reach the environmental protection standard.
