The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the oxygen supply and sputum suction tube of the present embodiment includes a catheter 1, the catheter 1 is provided with a sputum suction channel 11 and an oxygen supply channel 12 along the length direction thereof, the sputum suction channel 11 is provided with a sputum suction port at one end thereof and a sputum suction connector 13 at the other end thereof for connecting a sputum aspirator, the oxygen supply channel 12 is provided with an oxygen outlet at one end thereof and an oxygen inlet connector 14 at the other end thereof.
When the device is used, one end of the catheter 1, which is provided with the oxygen outlet, is inserted into the main respiratory tract from the mouth or nasal cavity of a patient, and the sputum suction connector 13 and the oxygen inlet connector 14 are respectively connected with the sputum suction equipment and the oxygen supply equipment, so that the oxygen supply and sputum suction operation for the patient are realized.
In a preferred embodiment, the catheter 1 includes a sputum aspirator tube and an oxygen supply tube, the side ends of the sputum aspirator tube and the oxygen supply tube are bonded and fixed to each other in the longitudinal direction, the sputum aspirator tube and the oxygen supply tube have inner cavities respectively constituting the sputum aspirator passage 11 and the oxygen supply passage 12, the sputum aspirator ports are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction at positions of the side wall of one end of the sputum aspirator tube away from the oxygen supply tube, and the oxygen outlet is provided at the end of one end of the oxygen supply tube.
In this embodiment, the catheter 1 is composed of two sub-pipelines, and has the advantages of simple structural design, low cost and convenient use.
The structure of the catheter 1 includes at least the following two structures:
1) as shown in figures 1 and 2, the sections of the sputum suction tube and the oxygen supply tube are semicircular, and the outer contours of the sputum suction tube and the oxygen supply tube form a circular ring shape together.
In the scheme, the sputum suction pipe and the oxygen supply pipe are round pipes in appearance, so that the actual size cannot be increased, and the use is more convenient.
2) As shown in fig. 3, the catheter 1 includes a sputum suction tube and an oxygen supply tube, the oxygen supply tube is disposed in the sputum suction tube, inner chambers of the sputum suction tube and the oxygen supply tube respectively form the sputum suction channel 11 and the oxygen supply channel 12, one end of the sputum suction tube is closed, the sputum suction port is disposed on a side wall of the sputum suction tube along a length direction of the sputum suction tube, one end of the oxygen supply tube penetrates through an end portion of the sputum suction tube, and a nozzle of the end portion of the oxygen supply tube forms the oxygen outlet.
In the scheme, the sputum suction tube and the oxygen supply tube adopt the structure of mutual insertion sleeves, the oxygen supply tube extends out of the front end of the sputum suction tube, the sputum suction tube is not influenced mutually, and the use is more convenient.
Preferably, the other end of the sputum aspirator tube is provided with the sputum aspirator 13, and the other end of the oxygen supply tube passes through the other end of the sputum aspirator tube and is connected to the oxygen inlet 14.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the rhythmic oxygen supply and sputum suction system of the present embodiment includes an oxygen supply device 20, a sputum suction device 30, a controller 40, an elastic bandage, and an oxygen supply and sputum suction tube according to the first embodiment, wherein the sputum suction connector 13 and the oxygen inlet connector 14 are respectively provided with an electronic control valve 60, the sputum suction connector 13 and the oxygen inlet connector 14 are respectively and correspondingly connected with the oxygen supply device 20 and the sputum suction device 30, the elastic bandage is used for being bound on the chest of a patient, a pressure sensor is arranged inside the elastic bandage, and the controller 40 is respectively and electrically connected with the two electronic control valves 60 and the pressure sensor.
In this embodiment, when in use, the elastic bandage is attached to the chest of the patient, the pressure sensor is tightly attached to the chest of the patient, the respiration of the patient expands and contracts the thorax, so that the pressure of the pressure sensor increases in the inspiration phase and decreases in the expiration phase, and the feedback is implemented to the controller 40, the controller 40 controls the operation of the two electric control valves 60 according to the pressure change, specifically, when the pressure decreases in the expiration phase, the pressure sensor detects the pressure decrease, when the pressure decreases to the lowest threshold value, the end of expiration is indicated to be reached, the controller 40 controls the electric control valve at the sputum suction connector 13 to close, stops the sputum suction, controls the electric control valve at the oxygen inlet connector 14 to open, and starts to supply oxygen to the main respiratory tract of the patient through the oxygen supply channel 12 of the catheter 1; when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure is increased during inspiration, when the pressure is increased to the maximum threshold value, the controller 40 prompts that the end section of inspiration is reached, the electric control valve at the sputum suction joint 13 is controlled to be opened, the electric control valve at the oxygen inlet oil receiving 14 is controlled to be closed, oxygen supply is stopped, and oxygen supply is stopped
The sputum suction is started, namely, the whole system can realize that the patient inhales oxygen through the oxygen supply channel 12 and breathes sputum through the sputum suction channel 11 during the exhalation of the patient, and the whole design can realize the following advantages:
1) sputum is sucked in the expiration time period of the patient, oxygen is supplied during inspiration by matching with the breathing rhythm of the patient, and rhythmic oxygen supply and sputum suction are realized; 2) when the patient exhales, the negative pressure of sputum suction can be reduced, and the damage to the respiratory tract of the patient is relieved; 3) in the process of trachea intubation, even if the respiratory tract of a patient is blocked, the front end of sputum suction can keep supplying oxygen; 4) can be used as an indwelling sputum suction tube, reduces the operation and replacement times, relieves the pain of patients and reduces the treatment cost of patients.
Preferably, the pressure sensor is a patch pressure sensor.
Of course, the elastic bandage and the pressure sensor can be equally replaced by other detection units for monitoring the change of the thorax of the patient, so that the sputum suction state and the oxygen supply state can be accurately switched according to the breathing state of the patient.
In this embodiment, the controller is a controller in the prior art, and may be a PLC, and the electric control valve is a conventional electromagnetic valve, and the specific model and the use thereof are not described herein.
