本发明提供了一种抗病促长的中药复方及其制备和应用。该中药复方中,马齿苋、苦参、马尾连、伏龙肝、广藿香的质量比为0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2,诸药相和,共奏抗菌消炎、清热燥湿、凉血解毒、止痢止泻、养阴生津、增强免疫力功效,可有效促进养殖动物的生长,同时该中药复方成本低廉、安全无耐药性、环保无残留、不含抗生素,整体上优于促生长抗生素,为无抗、绿色健康的养殖模式提供新的思路;此外,该中药复方的制备简单,不需要其他佐剂,能满足养殖业中大规模使用的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及兽药技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种抗病促长的中药复方及其制备和应用。
背景技术
养殖业中长期在饲料里添加使用促生长抗生素,一方面会扩大耐药性传播的机会,并使大量畜禽甚至人类暴露于耐药菌株引起的感染危险中,另一方面也给食品安全带来了巨大的隐患。为此,中国农业农村部第194号公告规定:自2020年7月1日起,所有的促生长抗生素将被禁止在饲料中添加使用,不允许饲料企业给养殖企业代加工饲料中添加兽医处方药物(中药类除外)。
对此,中药在防治养殖动物疾病和促进生长用的饲料或其添加剂中的应用也越来越广泛,无抗、绿色健康的养殖模式有着广阔的发展前景。中药含有蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、多糖等多种营养成分,可有效改善动物生长性能,增强消化吸收功能;同时含有多种有效免疫活性成分,促进巨噬细胞吞噬功能和淋巴细胞的转化率,有利于抑制细菌,对机体的细胞免疫、体液免疫具有明显的增强作用。虽然天然植物开发的中药产品抗病效果很难比抗生素和化学合成药好,但中药极大地降低了耐药性风险,避免了超级细菌的产生,且我国中药还具有资源丰富、价格低廉、毒副作用小、无耐药性、不易残留等优势。如专利CN104026386A,提供了一种提高蛋鸡生长的中草药饲料及其制备方法,包括松针、泡桐叶、党参叶、艾叶、黄芪、酸枣仁、远志、昆布、白术、柴胡、马齿苋、黄板、雄黄、渭石、藿香、黄柏、连翘、白头翁、苦参,但其使用的中药种类高达19种,用量高达饲料的3%,成本相对较高,不适于大规模使用。
因此,开发出一种低价高效、安全无耐药性、环保无残留、不含抗生素的抗病促长的新型中药复方,在动物养殖业中具有重要的应用价值。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中饲料及其添加剂的不足,旨在提供一种抗病促长的中药复方及其制备和应用。该中药复方中,马齿苋、苦参、马尾连、伏龙肝、广藿香的质量比为0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2,诸药相和,共奏抗菌消炎、清热燥湿、凉血解毒、止痢止泻、养阴生津、增强免疫力功效,对养殖动物生长具有促进的功效,同时其还具备成本低廉、安全无耐药性、环保无残留、不含抗生素的优点。
本发明的首要目的是提供一种抗病促长的中药复方。
本发明的另一目的是提供所述中药复方的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的是提供所述中药复方在制备饲料及其添加剂的应用。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明提供一种抗病促长的中药复方,包括马齿苋、苦参、马尾连、伏龙肝、广藿香,质量比为0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2。
其中,马齿苋有清热解毒、消痈利尿之功,适用于湿热或热毒所致的痢疾、痈肿和淋症等,还具有抗菌作用,对志贺氏、费氏痢疾杆菌有抑制作用,对伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌也有一定的抑制作用;苦参味苦性寒,走心、脾、大肠与肾经,功能清热燥湿,祛风杀虫,其性沉降下行,能通利小便,多用于治疗湿热痢疾,常与马齿苋、马尾连等同用;马尾连具有清热燥湿,解毒之功,主要治疗痢疾、肠炎、传染性肝炎、感冒、麻疹、痈肿疮疖、结膜炎等,其根和茎为云南白族民间常用的中药材,用于肠炎、痢疾、黄疸、目赤肿痛等疾病;伏龙肝性辛、微温、归脾、胃经,有温中和胃、止泻、止血之功效,用于胃寒呕吐、腹痛泄泻、妊娠恶阻、吐血便血、月经过多等症,其含有的多种氧化物和离子,能收敛止血、温中止呕、止泻,达到调节肠道微生态结构与组成作用,进一步维持免疫平衡,进而预防与治疗疾病的作用;广藿香味辛,性微温,脾、胃、肺经,具有芳香化浊,和中止呕,发表解暑的功效,用于湿浊中阻,脘痞呕吐,暑湿表证,湿温初起,发热倦怠,胸闷不舒,寒湿闭暑,腹痛吐泻,鼻渊头痛等症,其含有挥发油约1.5%,油中主要化学成分为广藿香醇,另含有倍半萜,主要具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、解热镇痛和促进胃液分泌的作用。
该中药复方中,诸药相和,共奏抗菌消炎、清热燥湿、凉血解毒、止痢止泻、养阴生津、增强免疫力功效,对养殖动物生长具有促进的功效,同时其还具备成本低廉、安全无耐药性、环保无残留、不含抗生素的优点。
经反复试验,作为一种最优选的方案,马齿苋、苦参、马尾连、伏龙肝、广藿香的质量比为1:1:1:1:1。
使用上述中药复方对黄羽肉鸡进行实验,结果显示,食用添加了该中药复方的饲料的肉鸡实验组在平均日增重、全期增重、饲料转化率、小肠绒毛密度和隐窝深度的比值、脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、胸腺指数等方面的表现均优于或等同于食用添加了抗生素的饲料的肉鸡对照组,且该中药复方不添加抗生素,不会导致耐药性,不会使大量畜禽甚至人类暴露于耐药菌株引起的感染危险中,更不会给食品安全带来隐患,因此,该中药复方整体上优于促生长抗生素,能够为无抗、绿色健康的养殖模式提供新的思路。
优选地,所述中药复方的剂型为散剂、粉剂、片剂、胶囊剂、煎剂等动物用药的可用剂型。
养殖动物用药适用剂型很多,但在养殖业中,常将药物作为散剂,加入饲料或饲料添加剂中,供动物直接食用,主要原因是散剂的制法简单、在体内易分散、奏效快、适于服用。
当所述中药复方为散剂时,其制备方法为称取各重量份的中药原料,粉碎烘干后,混匀制得。
上述散剂制备工艺简单,所需原料成本低廉,不含激素与抗生素,符合行业未来减抗替抗与环保的趋势,对绿色健康的养殖模式具有重大的现实意义。
优选地,所述中药原料粉碎后,过80~150目筛。
优选地,所述烘干为在60℃下烘干。
本发明还请求保护上述中药复方在制备饲料或饲料添加剂中的应用。
优选地,所述中药复方的添加量为饲料重量的0.1%~0.3%。
最优选地,所述中药复方的添加量为饲料重量的0.1%。
当上述中药复方添加量为饲料用量的0.1%~0.3%,尤其是0.1%时,养殖动物增重最多,饲料转化率也达到最优,同时具有最优的抗病促长效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该中药复方中,诸药相和,共奏抗菌消炎、清热燥湿、凉血解毒、止痢止泻、养阴生津、增强免疫力功效,对养殖动物生长具有促进的功效,同时其还具备成本低廉、安全无耐药性、环保无残留、不含抗生素的优点,整体上优于促生长抗生素,为无抗、绿色健康的养殖模式提供新的思路。此外,该中药复方的制备简单,不需要其他佐剂,能满足养殖业中大规模使用的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。除非另有说明,本发明实施例采用的原料为常规购买的原料。
实施例1
1、实验材料
中药复方组:按照质量比1:1:1:1:1的马齿苋、苦参、马尾连、伏龙肝、广藿香称取各原料,粉碎后于60℃热风干燥箱中烘干,过80目筛,混匀制得中药复方,再分为两组,分别与饲料混合均匀,使中药复方在饲料中的添加量为1g/kg(中药复方/饲料)和3g/kg(中药复方/饲料)。
抗生素组(金霉素250mg/kg):将金霉素与饲料混合均匀,使其质量比为250mg/kg(金霉素/饲料)。
2、实验方法
选取100只1日龄黄羽肉鸡,分为四组,分别为空白组(仅饲料)、抗生素组(金霉素250mg/kg)、中药复方组1(1g/kg)、中药复方组2(3g/kg),称重,计算每组平均空腹体重,分别饲养42天,期间自由饮水,保证通风良好、温度适宜。饲养42天后,记录采食量,空腹称重,计算每组试验肉鸡的平均日增重(ADG)、全期增重、料重比(F/G);迅速取空肠中段2~3mm,浸入现配的生理盐水涮洗掉内容物后,加入20mL 4%多聚甲醛磷酸缓冲液,固定48h(保持pH=7.4),再用常规石蜡包埋,制备成连续横断切片10张(厚5μm),经常规苏木精-伊红(H.E.)染色后,测量小肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度,并计算其比值;采集脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊,剥离周围脂肪并用滤纸吸干水分后,称重并记录,计算免疫器官指数【免疫器官指数(g/kg)=免疫器官鲜重(g)/活重(kg)】。
3、实验结果
实验结果如1~5所示
表1肉鸡平均日增重结果(n=25)
由表1可知,与空白组相比,抗生素组(金霉素250mg/kg)、中药复方组1(1g/kg)和中药复方组2(3g/kg)对肉鸡日增重均有一定的效果,其中,中药复方组1(1g/kg)对肉鸡日增重效果更明显,更能够提高肉鸡的平均日增重。

由表2可知,与空白组相比,抗生素组(金霉素250mg/kg)、中药复方组1(1g/kg)和中药复方组2(3g/kg)对肉鸡全期增重均有一定的效果,其中,中药复方组1(1g/kg)对促进肉鸡全期生长的增重效果更加明显,而且差异显著(P<0.05)。

由表3可知,与空白组相比,抗生素组(金霉素250mg/kg)、中药复方组1(1g/kg)和中药复方组2(3g/kg)料重比明显降低,饲料转化率高。其中,中药复方组1(1g/kg)对促进肉鸡的饲料转化效果更加明显(P<0.05)。
表4肉鸡小肠消化吸收功能的指标值
肠道黏膜结构的好坏会直接影响动物对营养物质的吸收与利用,小肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度比值是衡量小肠消化吸收功能的重要指标。观察图1和分析表4的数据可知,与抗生素组(金霉素250mg/kg)相比,中药复方组1(1g/kg)和中药复方组2(3g/kg)的肉鸡小肠隐窝深度有所下降,绒毛高度和V/C值(小肠绒毛高度/小肠隐窝深度)均有一定的提高,即其均能够改善肠道黏膜结构,增大小肠微绒毛密度,提高小肠绒毛高度,使得小肠吸收面积增大,其对维持肠道健康发育和肠道黏膜上皮细胞功能有促进作用,有利于营养物质的吸收和利用,从而促进动物的生长。其中,中药复方组1(1g/kg)的促消化吸收作用效果最佳,小肠隐窝深度有所下降,绒毛高度和V/C值均明显提高(P<0.05)。
综合表1~4可知,食用了添加有中药复方的饲料后,肉鸡的体重增长、饲料转化率和消化吸收功能都得到显著提高,其中当中药复方添加量为饲料用量的0.1%时,效果最佳,可显著促进肉鸡的增长。
表5肉鸡免疫器官指数结果
脾脏、胸腺和法氏囊是禽类机体发挥免疫效应的器官,检测这些器官的免疫指数可以初步衡量机体的免疫状态及免疫系统的发育情况。由表5可知,抗生素组(金霉素250mg/kg)、中药复方组1(1g/kg)和中药复方组2(3g/kg)的脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数都有一定的提高,其属于在正常范围内的增加,在一定程度上反映了动物免疫机能的增强,有利于促进机体产生免疫细胞和提高疫苗抗体水平。其中,中药复方组1(1g/kg)的脾脏指数、胸腺指数显著增高,中药复方组2(3g/kg)的法氏囊指数显著增高(P<0.05),表明添加了本发明中药复方的饲料均具有显著提高肉鸡细胞免疫和体液免疫的效果。
综上,食用添加了该中药复方的饲料的肉鸡实验组在平均日增重、全期增重、饲料转化率、小肠绒毛密度和隐窝深度的比值、脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、胸腺指数等方面的表现均优于或等同于食用添加了抗生素的饲料的肉鸡对照组,且该中药复方不添加抗生素,不会导致耐药性,不会使大量畜禽甚至人类暴露于耐药菌株引起的感染危险中,更不会给食品安全带来隐患,因此,该中药复方整体上优于促生长抗生素,能够为无抗、绿色健康的养殖模式提供新的思路。
此外,经发明人多次实验,发现当马齿苋、苦参、马尾连、伏龙肝、广藿香的质量比为0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2时,在复方总用量相同的情况下,不同的比例对实验结果影响甚小,故本发明实施例详细记载当质量比为1:1:1:1:1时的实验结果。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种中药复方在制备促进肉鸡生长的饲料或饲料添加剂中的应用,其特征在于,所述中药复方由马齿苋、苦参、马尾连、伏龙肝、广藿香组成,其质量比为1:1:1:1:1;所述中药复方的添加量为饲料重量的0.1~0.3%。
2.一种中药复方在制备促肉鸡消化吸收的饲料或饲料添加剂中的应用,其特征在于,所述中药复方由马齿苋、苦参、马尾连、伏龙肝、广藿香组成,其质量比为1:1:1:1:1;所述中药复方的添加量为饲料重量的0.1~0.3%。
3.根据权利要求2所述应用,其特征在于,所述促肉鸡消化吸收为提高肉鸡小肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度的比值。
4.一种中药复方在制备提高肉鸡免疫力的饲料或饲料添加剂中的应用,其特征在于,所述中药复方由马齿苋、苦参、马尾连、伏龙肝、广藿香组成,其质量比为1:1:1:1:1;所述中药复方的添加量为饲料重量的0.1~0.3%;
所述提高肉鸡免疫力为提高肉鸡细胞免疫功能和/或提高肉鸡体液免疫功能。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述应用,其特征在于,所述中药复方的制备方法为:称取各重量份的中药原料,粉碎烘干后,混匀制得。
6.根据权利要求5所述应用,其特征在于,所述中药原料粉碎后,过80~150目筛。
7.根据权利要求5所述应用,其特征在于,所述烘干为在60℃下烘干。
8.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述应用,其特征在于,所述中药复方的添加量为饲料重量的0.1%。
