the eye cream packaging material comprises an outer bottle, wherein a material containing assembly for containing fluid materials to be dispensed is arranged in the outer bottle, and a material distributing assembly for pressing and taking out the fluid materials in the material containing assembly is connected to a bottle neck of the outer bottle;
the material containing assembly comprises an inner container and a soft material bag arranged in the inner container, the edge of the upper end of the inner container is connected to the top of the bottleneck of the outer bottle, the edge of the upper end of the soft material bag is sleeved outside the outer edge of the upper end of the inner container, the soft material bag is flexible and deformable, and the inner container is provided with a plurality of through openings;
the material distribution assembly comprises a middle seat, a middle seat inner cover and a flexible hand press cover, wherein the middle seat is of an upper and lower through hole structure, the middle seat inner cover is arranged in the middle seat and connected to the outer part of the bottleneck of the outer bottle, and a one-way valve plug opened under negative pressure is arranged in the middle seat inner cover;
the flexible hand press cover is arranged at the top of the inner cover of the middle seat in an airtight mode, the middle of the flexible hand press cover is provided with a pressing area and a discharging area which are adjacent and in a convex shape, a discharging notch is formed in the discharging area, cavities are formed in the pressing area and the discharging area, the pressing area is located on the upper side of the one-way valve plug, and the pressing area and the one-way valve plug are approximately in the same straight line;
when the pressing area is pressed and deformed, negative pressure is formed inside the pressing area, the one-way valve plug can suck up fluid materials in the soft material bag in the pressing area from a negative pressure state to a recovery process, and the soft material bag is driven to shrink and the discharging notch is opened.

Due to the adoption of the technology, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects:
after the eye cream packaging material applies pressure to the pressing area, the pressing area deforms and contracts downwards, negative pressure is formed inside the pressing area, pressure difference is formed on two sides of the one-way valve plug, the one-way valve plug sucks fluid materials in the soft material bag into a cavity in the pressing area in the process of removing the limitation of the pressing area and recovering the original shape, after the pressing area is applied, the fluid materials in the pressing area flow into the discharging area and can be discharged from the discharging cut, and the one-way valve plug can isolate the inside of the soft material bag from external air and foreign matters, so that the quality of the fluid materials is guaranteed.

When the pressing area 331 is pressed and deformed, a negative pressure is formed inside the pressing area 331, and after the pressing area 331 releases the pressing restriction, the pressing area 331 can be restored by its own elasticity, the one-way valve plug 34 can suck the fluid material 5 in the flexible bag 22 upwards in the process from the negative pressure state to the restoration state in the pressing area 331, drive the flexible bag 22 to deform and contract and open the discharging notch 3321, but no air is sucked in the flexible bag 22, when the pressing area 331 is pressed, a certain dosage of the fluid material 5 in the pressing area 331 flows into the discharging area 332 and is discharged from the discharging notch 3321, and when the pressing area 331 is not pressed, the discharging notch 3321 is closed.

When the container is not used, the one-way valve plug 34 blocks the through hole 323, the soft material bag 22 is isolated from the outside, and the flip cover 4 is closed, so that the fluid material 5 in the soft material bag 22 can be safely preserved for a long time.
