Abstract
本发明涉及一种包含支化的阴离子表面活性剂的液体洗涤剂组合物。本发明的组合物是低泡的并具有改进的去除疏水性油脂污垢的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及低泡液体洗涤剂组合物。
发明背景
阴离子表面活性剂组合物在本技术领域中是众所周知的,由于这类组合物具有良好的清洗性能,特别是具有去除疏水性油脂污垢的性能,因而是液体洗涤剂中所希望含有的组分。然而,在常用的洗涤剂组合物中掺入阴离子表面活性剂会导致高泡配方。
为了抑制表面活性剂的起泡性,在本技术领域中已介绍了许多用于洗涤剂组合物的体系。这类抑泡体系包括消泡剂,例如硅氧烷。然而,与消泡剂有关的问题是例如难以使其以分散体的形式保持在液体组合物中。此外,硅氧烷消泡剂难以加工且价格昂贵。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种包含阴离子表面活性剂的液体洗涤剂组合物,所述组合物具有控泡特性,所述组合物只需要最少量的常规抑泡剂。
现已发现,通过配制包含与支化的阴离子表面活性剂结合的常规阴离子表面活性剂的液体洗涤剂组合物,可以实现上述目的。
已出乎意料地发现,这种表面活性剂组合物不仅可以控泡,同时还可以改进所述组合物对疏水性油脂污垢的去除性能。
本发明的另一个优点是通过将直链阴离子表面活性剂与其支化的对应物即Guerbet阴离子表面活性剂配合可以减少起泡,这样,就只需要最少量的其它抑泡剂。
本发明的另一个优点是由于提高了表面活性剂的溶解度,所述表面活性剂易于配制。此外,所述组合物易于形成"浓缩的"组合物,因为几乎将常规的抑泡剂全部省去。此外,配制所述组合物的价格便宜。
本发明组合物的另一个优点是所述组合物是相稳定的。
本文中所用的术语"Guerbet"表面活性剂指的是由2-烷基链烷醇衍生的支化的表面活性剂。
Guerbet表面活性剂在本技术领域中是已知的。DE4111335中公开了一种包含烷基苷、直链和支链仲二烷基醚硫酸盐以及硫酸盐和磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂的低泡三元表面活性剂混合物。在该专利中未具体提及Guerbet阴离子表面活性剂。
WO91/16409中公开了一种包含支链伯烷基硫酸盐的液体洗涤剂组合物。在该专利中未提及抑泡性能也未具体提及Guerbet阴离子表面活性剂。
发明的概述
本发明是包含一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述阴离子表面活性剂包含1%-99%(重量)的根据下式化合物的所述阴离子表面活性剂:式中R1是C3-C22烷基,R2是C3-C22烷基,m为2、3或4,n为0-14,R3是硫酸盐或磺酸盐。
除非另有说明,所有重量比和百分数均以组合物的总重量计。
发明的详细描述
本发明的洗涤剂组合物包含一种阴离子表面活性剂,其特征在于所述阴离子表面活性剂包含1%-99%(重量)的根据下式化合物的所述阴离子表面活性剂:在下文中称为Guerbet阴离子表面活性剂。所述Guerbet阴离子表面活性剂由于支化因而是低泡的。本发明的组合物只需要最少量的其它抑泡剂。本文中所述的用量低于在包含阴离子表面活性剂的常规液体洗涤剂中的用量。
根据本发明,R1是C3-C22、优选C3-C10、更优选C3-C8烷基。所述R1烷基可以是直链或支链、饱和或不饱和的。R2是C3-C22、优选C6-C14、更优选C6-C12烷基。所述R2烷基可以是直链或支链、饱和或不饱和的。n为0-14,优选0-7,更优选0-5。R3是硫酸盐或磺酸盐或其混合物。
Guerbet阴离子表面活性剂通常的含量为洗涤剂组合物总重量的1%-70%,优选5%-50%,更优选5%-25%。
根据本发明,所述组合物还可包含非Guerbet阴离子表面活性剂。适宜的阴离子表面活性剂选自硫酸盐和磺酸盐。类似的阴离子表面活性剂在洗涤剂技术领域中是众所周知的,并已广泛地应用于商品洗涤剂。优选的阴离子硫酸盐和磺酸盐在其分子结构中具有含约8至约22个碳原子的烷基。这类优选的阴离子表面活性剂的实例是:通过将由例如牛脂油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油和椰子油衍生的C8-C18脂族醇进行硫酸化而得的反应产物;其中的烷基含约9至约15个碳原子的烷基苯磺酸盐;烷基甘油醚磺酸钠;由牛脂和椰子油衍生的脂族醇的醚硫酸盐;椰子油脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐和磺酸盐;在烷基链中具有约8至约22个碳原子的石蜡磺酸盐类的水溶性盐。在例如US-A3332880中更详细叙述的磺化烯烃表面活性剂也可以采用。用于中和阴离子的合成磺酸盐和/或硫酸盐的阳离子以广泛用于洗涤剂工艺中的常规阳离子例如钠、钾或烷醇铵作为代表。
适用于本发明的阴离子合成表面活性剂组分以烷基苯磺酸的水溶性盐为代表,优选烷基苯磺酸钠,优选烷基中具有约10至15个碳原子的烷基苯磺酸钠。
另一种适用于本发明的阴离子表面活性剂可以是烷基烷氧基化的硫酸盐表面活性剂。本发明的烷基烷氧基化的硫酸盐表面活性剂是式RO(A)mSO3M的水溶性盐或酸,式中R是未取代的C10-C24烷基或具有C10-C24烷基部分的羟烷基,优选C12-C18烷基或羟烷基,A是乙氧基或丙氧基单元,m大于0,通常约为0.5至约6,更优选约为0.5至3,M是H或可以是例如金属阳离子(例如钠、钾、锂、钙、镁等)、铵或取代的铵阳离子。烷基乙氧基化的硫酸盐以及烷基丙氧基化的硫酸盐可考虑在本发明中使用。取代的铵阳离子的具体实例包括甲基、二甲基、三甲基铵阳离子和由烷醇胺例如单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺衍生的那些阳离子。典型的表面活性剂是C12-C18烷基多乙氧基化(1.0)硫酸盐(C12-C18E(1.0)M)、C12-C18烷基多乙氧基化(2.25)硫酸盐(C12-C18E(2.25)M)、C12-C18烷基多乙氧基化(3.0)硫酸盐(C12-C18E(3.0)M)、C12-C18烷基多乙氧基化(4.0)硫酸盐(C12-C18E(4.0)M),式中,M通常选自钠和钾。
另一类适用于本发明的阴离子表面活性剂是烷基酯磺酸盐,它可根据技术文献中公开的已知方法合成。例如,C8-C20羧酸的直链酯可根据"The Journal of the American Oil Chemists Society",52(1975),pp.323-329用气态SO3磺化。适宜的原料可包括由牛脂、棕榈油和椰子油衍生的天然脂肪物质。优选的烷基酯磺酸盐包括下列结构式的烷基酯磺酸盐:式中,R4是C8-C20烃基,优选烷基或其组合物,R5是C1-C6烃基,优选烷基或其组合物,M是形成可溶性盐的阳离子。适宜的盐包括金属盐,例如钠、钾和锂盐,以及取代的或未取代的铵盐,例如甲基、二甲基、三甲基铵盐和二甲基哌啶鎓以及由烷醇胺例如单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺衍生的阳离子。R4优选为C10-C16烷基,R5是甲基、乙基或异丙基。特别优选的是其中R4是C14-C16烷基的甲酯磺酸盐。
当本发明中包含非Guerbet阴离子时,其含量为洗涤剂组合物总重量的1%-40%,优选3%-20%
本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物的其余成分由常规洗涤剂成分即水、表面活性剂、助洗剂和其它成分组成。
本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物还可以包含1%-50%、优选5%-25%选自非离子、阳离子和两性离子表面活性剂及其混合物的有机表面活性剂作为任选成分。
适用于本发明的非离子表面活性剂包括在酸性或碱性催化剂存在下通过环氧乙烷与具有活性氢原子例如羟基、羧基或酰胺基的烃缩合而产生的那些,且包括通式为RA(CH2CH2O)nH的化合物,式中,R表示疏水部分,A表示含活性氢原子的基团,n表示环氧乙烷部分的平均数。R通常含约8至22个碳原子。它们也可以通过环氧丙烷与低分子量的化合物缩合而生成。n通常在约2至约24的范围内变化。
优选的一类非离子乙氧基化物以具有12-15个碳原子的脂肪醇和每摩尔脂肪醇约4至10摩尔的环氧乙烷的缩合产物为代表。这类适宜的乙氧基化物包括:C12-C15羰基合成醇与每摩尔醇3-9摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物;窄馏分C14-C15羰基合成醇与每摩尔脂族(羰基)醇3-9摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物;窄馏分C12-C13脂族(羰基)醇与每摩尔脂族醇6.5摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物;以及乙氧基化度(摩尔EO/摩尔脂肪醇)为4-8的C10-C14椰子脂肪醇的缩合产物。当脂族羰基合成醇主要为直链时,根据加工条件和原料烯烃的不同可以有一定的支化度,特别是短链例如甲基支化。商品羰基合成醇的支化度通常为15%-50%(重量)。
本发明的组合物含0%-30%、优选0%-10%的非离子表面活性剂。
适用于本发明的阳离子表面活性剂包括式R1R2R3R4N+的季铵化合物,式中,R1、R2和R3是甲基,R4是C12-C15烷基,或R1是乙基或羟乙基,R2和R3是甲基,R4是C12-C15烷基。本发明的组合物含0%-20%的阳离子表面活性剂。
另一种任选的成分是两性离子表面活性剂。适宜的两性离子表面活性剂包括脂族季铵、季磷和锍化合物的衍生物,其中脂族部分可以是直链或支链,且其中一个脂族取代基含约8至约24个碳原子,另一个取代基含至少一个阴离子水增溶基团。特别优选的两性离子材料是1975年12月9日颁发给Laughlin等人的美国专利3925262和1975年12月30日颁发给Laughlin等人的美国专利3929678中公开的乙氧基化的磺酸铵和硫酸铵。本发明的组合物含0%-20%的两性离子表面活性剂。
半极性非离子表面活性剂包括含一个约8至约28个碳原子的烷基或羟烷基部分和两个选自含1至约3个碳原子、可任意地连接成环结构的烷基和羟烷基部分的水溶性氧化胺。
同样适宜的非离子表面活性剂是下式的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂:
R2-C(O)-N(R1)-Z,式中,R1是H或R1是C1-4烃基、2-羟乙基、2-羟丙基或其混合物,R2是C5-31烃基,Z是具有直链烃基链以及有至少3个羟基直接连接到链上的多羟基烃基或其烷氧基化的衍生物。优选的是R1是甲基,R2是直链C11-15烷基或链烯基链例如椰子烷基或其混合物,Z是在还原胺化反应中由还原糖例如葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、乳糖衍生的。
本发明的组合物还可以包含助洗剂体系。任一种常规助洗剂体系均适用于本发明,所述体系包括多羧酸(盐)类和脂肪酸、诸如乙二胺四乙酸盐的材料、金属离子多价螯合剂例如氨基多膦酸盐、特别是乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸以及二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸。鉴于明显的环境原因,虽然较少选用磷酸盐助洗剂,但在本发明中也可以使用。
适用于本发明的多羧酸(盐)类助洗剂包括柠檬酸(优选呈水溶性盐形式)、式R-CH(COOH)CH2(COOH)的琥珀酸的衍生物,式中,R是C10-20(优选C12-16)的烷基或链烯基,或其中R可以是用羟基、磺基增效砜(sulpho sulphoxyl)或砜取代基取代的。具体的实例包括月桂基琥珀酸盐、肉豆蔻基琥珀酸盐、棕榈基琥珀酸盐、2-十二碳烯基琥珀酸盐、2-十四碳烯基琥珀酸盐。琥珀酸盐助洗剂优选采用包括钠、钾、铵和烷醇铵盐的水溶性盐形式。
其它适宜的多羧酸(盐)类是例如美国专利4663071中所述的氧联二琥珀酸盐以及酒石酸盐单琥珀酸和酒石酸盐二琥珀酸的混合物。
适用于本发明的脂肪酸助洗剂是饱和或不饱和的C10-18脂肪酸以及相应的皂类。优选在烷基链中具有12-16个碳原子的饱和脂肪酸类。优选的不饱和脂肪酸是油酸。
本发明优选的助洗剂体系由上述柠檬酸、脂肪酸和琥珀酸衍生物的混合物组成。本发明的助洗剂体系最好占组合物总重量的0%-30%,优选5%-25%。
本发明的组合物优选包含酶。适用于本发明的酶是蛋白酶、脂酶、纤维素酶和淀粉酶及其混合物。本发明的组合物也可以包括酶稳定体系。任一种常规的酶稳定体系均适用于本发明,优选基于硼酸或其衍生物、1,2-丙二醇、羧酸及其混合物的酶稳定体系。本发明的组合物含0%-15%、更优选0%-5%的酶。
本发明的组合物还可以含一系列的任选成分。类似的添加剂的实例包括溶剂、烷醇胺、pH调节剂、抑泡剂例如硅氧烷和2-烷基链烷醇、遮光剂、改善与涂搪瓷表面有关的机器相容性的试剂、香料、染料、杀菌剂、增白剂、去污剂、软化剂等。
本发明的组合物可按常规的液体洗涤剂组合物配制或按另一种所谓"浓缩的"液体洗涤剂组合物即含水量低于30%(重量)的液体洗涤剂组合物配制。
虽然本发明的洗涤剂组合物特别适用于机器洗涤过程,特别是当其配制成重垢型液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物时,然而,它们也适合于在其它着重于控泡的洗涤过程中使用。具体而言,本发明的组合物适合于配制成洗碗机用的组合物,特别是洗碗机用的粒状组合物。

3.根据权利要求1的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中R2是C6-C12烷基,R1是C3-C8烷基,R3是硫酸盐。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂的含量为洗涤剂组合物重量的1%-70%,优选5%-50%,更优选5%-25%。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项的液体洗涤剂组合物,该组合物还包含选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐和烷基酯磺酸盐的阴离子表面活性剂。
