Background
The existing lock usually adopts a movable locking piece to limit a lock hook, then adopts a locking piece to limit the locking piece, only when a lock cylinder is opened, the locking piece can be moved away, the lock can be opened by pressing down a key of the lock at the moment, but if the existing lock presses down the key of the lock or knocks the key of the lock violently, the deformation of the locking piece can be caused, and the lock is still locked by violence.

The invention aims to provide a lock capable of preventing violent unlocking, which prevents a coded lock from being forcibly opened by violently pressing or knocking a key.

Furthermore, the middle part of the edge of the button extends outwards to form a connecting sheet, the transmission part is arranged on the connecting sheet, and the transmission part and the connecting sheet are of an integrally formed structure.
Furthermore, the compression strength of the connecting sheet is lower than that of the transmission part, when the lockset is in a locking state, the button is pressed or impacted by excessive force, and the connecting sheet is deformed and damaged before the transmission part so that the transmission between the button and the locking piece is disabled.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the trick lock of this embodiment includes shell 8 and casing 1, shell 8 is integrated into one piece's metal-back, casing 1 includes face-piece 11 and drain pan 12 of mutual joint, casing 8 wraps up casing 1 and with casing 1 round pin fixed connection, integrated into one piece's metal-back 8 is used for preventing other people's violently to prize the casing 1 of joint in order to demolish the trick lock, casing 1 and 8 upper ends of casing open have two circular through-holes that supply latch hook 2 to pass, casing 1 and 8 lower extreme of casing have the rectangle through-hole that supplies password wheel subassembly 3 to stretch out, casing 1 and 8 side all correspond and open and have the square through-hole that supplies button 5 to stretch out.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the latch hook 2 includes a limiting protrusion 21, a sleeve 22, a cylindrical guide post 23 and an arched hook body 24, one end of the hook body 24 is fixedly connected with the limiting protrusion 21 through the guide post 23, referring to fig. 3, the sleeve 22 is slidably sleeved on the guide post 23 and is fixedly connected with the housing 1, the radius of the guide post 23 is smaller than the radius of the through hole of the sleeve 22, so that the guide post 23 can slide up and down along the sleeve 22 and the guide post 23 can rotate with each other, the cross section of the hook body 24 is a circle whose diameter is larger than that of the through hole of the sleeve 22, and the limiting protrusion 21 is a circular disc whose diameter is larger than that of the through hole of the sleeve 22, so that the sleeve 22 limits the stroke of an assembly formed by the limiting protrusion 21, the guide post 23 and the hook body 24, and prevents the hook 2 from being pulled out of the housing 1 to damage the combination lock.
Referring to fig. 6, the other end of the hook body 24 has a locking post 241, referring to fig. 2-3, the locking member 4 includes a second lock catch 41 and a first lock catch 42, the second lock catch 41 and the first lock catch 42 are both located between two ends of the hook body 24, in the locked state, the second lock catch 41 abuts against one end of the hook body 24 connected with the guide post 23, the upper locking groove of the first lock catch 42 is locked with the locking post 241 of the hook body 24, the adjacent ends of the second lock catch 41 and the first lock catch 42 are stacked, and the first lock catch 42 is inserted into the locking post 241, thereby locking the hook body 24 in a limited manner. The second locker 41 and the first locker 42 can be moved away from each other to complete the limit locking, and the second locker 41 and the first locker 42 can be moved closer to each other to release the limit locking. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the push button 5 includes a pressing portion 51, a guide portion 52, and a transmission portion 53 which are integrally formed. The pressing portion 51 extends out of the housing 1 for a user to press, the pressing portion 51 extends towards the direction inside the housing 1 to form a U-shaped guide portion 52, a square slot is formed in a position, opposite to the guide portion 52, on the housing 1, and the guide portion 52 is inserted into the square slot so as to realize sliding connection between the button 5 and the housing 1. The guide portion 52 accommodates the button spring 9, and both ends of the button spring 9 abut against the housing 1 and the pressing portion 51, respectively, so that the pressing portion 51 is kept in a sprung state in an unstressed state. The transmission part 53 comprises a connecting sheet 531 extending parallel to the lock member 4, one side of the connecting sheet 531 facing the lock member 4 is provided with a transmission column 532 extending perpendicularly from the connecting sheet 531, the hardness of the connecting sheet 531 is smaller than that of the transmission column 532, or the compressive strength of the connecting sheet 531 is smaller than that of the transmission column 532, so that when the lock is locked and the button 5 is pressed or impacted by a large force, the connecting sheet 531 can be deformed and damaged before the transmission column 532, the transmission between the button 5 and the lock member 4 is disabled, and the condition that an external person presses the button 5 violently to unlock the lock is effectively prevented. In addition, the connecting sheet 531 is provided with a connecting thin portion for connecting the pressing portion 51 and the transmission column 532, and the hardness of the connecting thin portion can be set to be smaller than that of the transmission column 532, so that when the lock is locked and the button 5 is pressed or impacted by a large force, the connecting thin portion deforms and is damaged before the transmission column 532, thereby disabling the transmission between the button 5 and the locking member 4 and protecting the lock.
Referring to fig. 7-8, the second latch 41 is provided with a second unlocking sliding slot 411, the first latch 42 is provided with a first unlocking sliding slot 421, the second unlocking sliding slot 411 and the first unlocking sliding slot 421 are partially overlapped, the transmission post 532 is sequentially inserted into the second unlocking sliding slot 411 and the first unlocking sliding slot 421 from bottom to top, the second unlocking sliding slot 411 and the first unlocking sliding slot 421 are both obliquely arranged, the second unlocking sliding slot 411 and the first unlocking sliding slot 421 form a V shape, so that the forward and backward movement of the button 5 is converted into the horizontal left and right movement of the second latch 41 and the first latch 42, so that the button 5 can drive the second latch 41 and the first latch 42 to approach each other to unlock through the second unlocking sliding slot 411 and the first unlocking sliding slot 421 when being pressed, the button 5 can drive the second latch 41 and the first latch 42 to be away from each other to realize the locking of the password lock, and the button 5 is driven to be sprung under the normal state of the spring 9, therefore, the coded lock can be automatically locked in a normal state.
Referring to fig. 2, a locking piece 6, referring to fig. 7, a half of one end of the second lock catch 41 close to the first lock catch 42, which is close to the bottom shell 12, is bent downward to form a locking block 412, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the locked state, a blocking portion 62 at the upper end of the locking piece abuts against one side of the locking block 412 close to the first lock catch 42, so as to block the second lock catch 41 from moving in a direction close to the first lock catch 42, and in the condition that the second lock catch 41 cannot move, the second unlocking slide slot 411 prevents the button 5 from being pressed down by limiting the position of the transmission column 532, so as to block the unlocking of the combination lock. See fig. 4, password wheel subassembly 3 includes a plurality of rotatable accent code wheel 31 and password wheel 32, each accent code wheel 31 meshes with each password wheel 32 on the password wheel subassembly 3, the user drives accent code wheel 31 through stirring password wheel 32 and rotates, the locking plate lower extreme has unblock convex part 63, transfer to have on the code wheel 31 with unblock convex part 63 matched with unblock tongue, be provided with the locking plate spring 61 of both ends butt casing 1 and locking plate 6 respectively, thereby when password wheel 32 rolls to the unblock position, locking plate spring 61 drives locking plate 6 and rotates the unblock tongue that makes unblock convex part 63 sink into accent code wheel 31, block portion 62 rotation stagger locking piece 412 according to the lever principle, make button 5 can press the unblock.
In this embodiment, the second lock latch 41 and the first lock latch 42 are specifically metal members, the transmission portion 53 is specifically a plastic member, and since the hardness of the plastic used for the transmission portion 53 is less than that of the lock member 4 and exceeds 10HB, the connection sheet 531 or the connection thin portion of the transmission portion 53 is far easier to deform than the lock member 4, therefore, when the button 5 is pressed or knocked by an external force, the connection sheet 531 or the connection thin portion of the button 5 will be deformed first, so as to destroy the ability of the button 5 to drive the lock member 4 to move, further destroy the unlocking ability of the button 5, and prevent the external forced unlocking, and the transmission portion 53 and the lock member 4 can also be made of other materials.
See fig. 2, torsional spring 7 one end and casing 1 butt, the other end and the spacing lug 21 butt of latch hook 2 to when the trick lock unblanked, the elasticity of torsional spring 7 promoted latch hook 2 and upwards upsprings automatically, in order to avoid the awkwardness that needs to press button 5 and pull out latch hook 2 manually on one side.
Referring to fig. 2-3, the combination lock of the present embodiment further includes a spring plate 10, the periphery of the combination wheel 32 is provided with a plurality of grooves parallel to the rotation axis, and the spring plate 10 is inserted into the grooves of each combination wheel 32, so that the combination wheel 32 has better hand feeling when rotating.
