Abstract
The invention discloses a process for repairing rubber cloth of a railway train carriage as new as possible, and belongs to the technical field of urban railway train maintenance. The method solves the problems that the rubber cloth repairing method in the prior art can not remove the permeated dirt and yellowing on the surface of the rubber cloth and has low repairing efficiency. The invention comprises the following steps of 1: uniformly coating a cleaning agent on the surface of the rubber cloth to wet the rubber cloth; step 2: wet grinding the surface of the rubber cloth to remove dirt and yellowing penetrating through the surface of the rubber cloth; and step 3: after wet grinding is finished, cleaning dirt on the surface of the rubber cloth; and 4, step 4: cleaning the residual cleaning agent on the surface of the rubber cloth by using clear water; and 5: drying the surface of the rubber cloth; step 6: and polishing and waxing the dried rubber cloth. According to the invention, the surface of the rubber cloth is wet-milled by matching the grinding machine with the cleaning agent, so that the dirt and yellowing areas penetrating through the surface of the rubber cloth can be removed, and the repairing effect and the repairing efficiency of the rubber cloth are improved.

Technical Field

4. The process for repairing rubber blanket of railway train carriage as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step 2, the rotation speed of the grinding machine is 6000-10000 r/min, and the moving speed of the grinding machine is 70-80 mm/s.
