Further, the silk tube 5 is moved down to a position where the height is lower than the surface height of the circular light-transmitting sheet 1, and an air pump is used for pumping air below the circular light-transmitting sheet 1, so that the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 is tightly pressed on the inner surface of the forming die. At this moment, the position of the circular light-transmitting piece 1 positioned in the center is fixed, so that the circular light-transmitting piece 1 can be prevented from displacing in the subsequent glue injection process, and further the bad conditions that the light shielding ring 2 formed by injection molding generates breakpoints and offset are avoided.
S04: after the silk tube is filled with the silica gel, the silk tube is pulled down, and the silica gel is continuously injected between the circular light transmission piece and the annular light transmission piece.
And after the first glue injection of the silica gel is filled in the position of the wire barrel 5, pulling down the wire barrel 5. At this moment, the drawing-down of the silk tube 5 makes negative pressure be formed between the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3, and silica gel located above the silk tube 5 can be pulled to move downwards, so that the gap between the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 is filled, and further the silica gel can not move downwards due to surface tension, so that a cavity is prevented from being formed between the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3, and the integrity of a finished product of the lens cap is improved.
After the first glue injection is completed, and before the silica gel is not solidified, the silica gel is continuously injected between the circular light transmission piece 1 and the annular light transmission piece 3 so as to form a structure that the shading ring 2 is slightly higher than the circular light transmission piece 1. Since the silica gel has extremely strong viscosity, the structure of the light-shielding ring 2 slightly higher than the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 can be formed by the surface tension of the silica gel itself. Under the restraint of the surface tension of the silica gel, the silica gel does not flow as long as excessive silica gel is not poured, and further the molding of the shading ring 2 is not influenced.
S05: and cutting the redundant part to form the lens cover.
And after the silica gel is completely solidified, cutting off redundant parts to form a complete and sealed lens cover.
When assembling endoscope and lens cap, the camera lens of endoscope is extruded to the lens cap, and at this moment, extremely thin shading ring 2 can warp because of the extrusion of iron camera lens to the tiny gap that produces when totally blocking the camera lens because of the shaping cutting avoids the light that the light filling light source sent to produce the refraction and get into in the camera lens on inside the lens cap and front end printing opacity piece, and then produces the blurred problem that the image overexposure produced.
Of course, the lens cover in the embodiment of the present application may also adopt a preparation method in which the circular light-transmitting sheet 1, the light-shielding ring 2, and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are bonded together by glue after being respectively injection molded.
In the lens cap for the endoscope protective sleeve and the preparation method thereof, the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are additionally provided with the light-shielding ring 2, so that the light-shielding ring 2 can effectively prevent light supplementing light rays from being reflected inside the lens cap and entering the lens to become harmful light, the definition of collected images is ensured, and more favorable conditions are provided for inspection. Under the traction effect of the silk tube 5, the integrity of the glue injection can be ensured by twice glue injection, so that the lens cover has a complete and sealed structure, the pollution and corrosion of body fluid of a patient to the lens body are avoided, and meanwhile, the cross infection of the endoscope caused in different patients can be effectively prevented. The lens cap for the endoscope protective sleeve provided by the embodiment of the application adopts medical silica gel, has elasticity, does not damage mucous membrane, has no toxic or side effect, has high histocompatibility and safe use, and does not cause vomiting reaction of patients.

Claims (10)
1. The lens cover for the endoscope protective sleeve is characterized by comprising a circular light-transmitting sheet (1), a light sealing ring (2) and an annular light-transmitting sheet (3), wherein the circular light-transmitting sheet (1), the light sealing ring and the annular light-transmitting sheet are sequentially arranged along the diameter direction by taking the circle center of the circular light-transmitting sheet (1) as the center; the light-sealing ring (2) is light-proof; the height of the light sealing ring (2) is greater than the height of the circular light transmitting sheet (1) and the annular light transmitting sheet (3); the outer diameter of the light sealing ring (2) is the same as the diameter of the inner ring of the lens of the endoscope.
2. Lens cover for protective sleeve of endoscope, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the annular light-transmitting sheet (3) has two surfaces with different annular widths.
3. Lens cover for a protective sleeve of an endoscope, according to claim 2, characterized in that the annular light-transmitting sheet (3) has an upper surface with a smaller annular width than a lower surface.
4. Lens cover for protective sleeve of endoscope, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the circular light-transmitting sheet (1) and the ring-shaped light-transmitting sheet (3) are made of polycarbonate.
5. Lens cover for protective sleeve of endoscope according to claim 1 characterized by that, the material of the said light-sealing ring (2) is black medical silica gel.
6. Lens cover for protective sleeve of endoscope, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the light transmittance of the circular light-transmitting sheet (1) and of the annular light-transmitting sheet (3) is 90-92%.
7. A lens cover for an endoscope protective sheath according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the outside of the annular light-transmitting sheet (3) is further provided with a housing (4).
8. A method for preparing a lens cover for an endoscope protective sleeve, comprising:
respectively injection-molding the circular light-transmitting sheet and the annular light-transmitting sheet;
placing the circular light-transmitting sheet and the annular light-transmitting sheet into a forming die, and placing a wire tube between the circular light-transmitting sheet and the annular light-transmitting sheet;
moving the filament tube downwards to a height lower than the surface height of the circular light transmission piece, and injecting silica gel between the circular light transmission piece and the annular light transmission piece;
after the silica gel is filled in the wire tube, pulling down the wire tube, and continuously injecting the silica gel between the circular light transmission piece and the annular light transmission piece;
and cutting the redundant part to form the lens cover.
9. The method for manufacturing a lens cover for an endoscope protective sleeve according to claim 8, wherein the circular light-transmitting sheet and the annular light-transmitting sheet are subjected to a hot cutting mode to remove forming points in an injection molding process.
10. The method for manufacturing a lens cover for an endoscope protective sleeve according to claim 8, characterized in that the silk tube is moved down to a height lower than the surface height of the circular light-transmitting sheet, and an air pump is used to pump air below the circular light-transmitting sheet so that the circular light-transmitting sheet is tightly pressed on the inner surface of the forming mold.
