The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the automatic popcorn machine provided by the invention can be used for making multi-taste popcorn, and is good in taste and convenient to use.
An automatic popcorn maker according to an embodiment of the invention, comprising: a body; the making mechanism is arranged on the machine body and comprises a hopper, a heating pot and a collecting tank, the heating pot is respectively communicated with the hopper and the collecting tank, the heating pot is used for making popcorn, and the collecting tank is provided with a first blanking port; the first batching mechanism is arranged on the machine body and comprises a plurality of first material storage tanks and a plurality of pump bodies, the pump bodies correspond to the first material storage tanks one by one, and the pump bodies are used for conveying batching materials in the first material storage tanks to the first blanking port; the second batching mechanism is arranged on the machine body and comprises a stirring assembly and a plurality of second storage tanks, the plurality of second storage tanks are provided with second blanking ports and a discharging assembly, the discharging assembly is used for outputting the ingredients in the second storage tanks to the second blanking ports, the stirring assembly is arranged in parallel with the plurality of second blanking ports, and the stirring assembly is used for stirring and mixing the popcorn and the ingredients; get a cup mechanism, set up in the organism, get a cup mechanism and include the ware of falling a cup and shift the subassembly, the ware of falling a cup is used for storing the paper cup and exports the paper cup, shift the subassembly and be connected with and hold in the palm the glass frame, shift the subassembly and can drive it removes the paper cup to hold in the palm the glass frame first blanking mouth the second blanking mouth.
The technical scheme at least has the following beneficial effects: the heating pot heats corn grains conveyed by the hopper to form popcorn and stores the popcorn in the collecting tank, the transfer component firstly moves the paper cup to the lower part of the first blanking port, the popcorn in the collecting tank falls into the paper cup through the first blanking port, meanwhile, the pump body adds the first type of ingredients in the first storage tank into the paper cup from the first blanking port, the first type of ingredients can be one or more, the transfer component then moves the paper cup to the second blanking port, the discharge component adds the second type of ingredients in the second storage tank into the paper cup through the second blanking port, the second type of ingredients can be one or more, finally, the stirring component fully stirs and mixes the popcorn in the paper cup and the ingredients to complete the production of the popcorn, wherein, whether various ingredients are added can be controlled through the pump body and the discharge component, thereby the popcorn with various tastes can be produced, the mouth feel is improved, and the popularity of the popcorn is improved, and is convenient to use.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the stirring assembly comprises a fan, an air inlet pipe and an air return pipe, one end of the air inlet pipe and one end of the air return pipe are both connected to one side of the second blanking port, the fan is connected with the other end of the air inlet pipe, and the other end of the air return pipe is communicated with the outside.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the agitator assembly further comprises a heater connected between the air inlet duct and the fan.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, an insulating duct is sleeved outside the air inlet duct.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the stirring assembly further comprises a stirring cover, the stirring cover is arranged below the second blanking opening, the upper end of the stirring cover is communicated with the second blanking opening, and the lower end opening of the stirring cover is matched with the paper cup.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a valve body is connected between the first storage tank and the pump body, and two ends of the valve body are respectively connected to the first storage tank and the pump body through hoses.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the output end of the hopper is provided with a material distribution assembly, the material distribution assembly comprises a rotating disc, at least two measuring cups, a first driver and a material stirring rod, the at least two measuring cups are arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotating disc, the first driver drives the rotating disc to rotate, and the material stirring rod is used for stirring materials to the measuring cups.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the cup dropping device comprises a fixed seat, a cup containing cylinder, an upper cup connecting plate, a lower cup connecting plate and a second driver, wherein the fixed seat is fixed on the machine body, the cup containing cylinder is arranged on the fixed seat, the upper cup connecting plate is connected with the lower cup connecting plate and is arranged on the fixed seat in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, the upper cup connecting plate and the lower cup connecting plate are positioned below the cup containing cylinder, and the second driver is used for driving the upper cup connecting plate and the lower cup connecting plate to move.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the transfer assembly includes a mounting base slidably coupled to the machine body, a third driver for driving the mounting base to move in an up-and-down direction, a cup holder rotatably coupled to the mounting base, and a fourth driver for driving the cup holder to rotate to transfer a paper cup.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the end of the cup holder is provided with a plurality of sensing portions circumferentially spaced apart, and the mounting base is provided with a sensor cooperating with the sensing portions.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic popcorn machine, including a machine body 100, a making mechanism 200, a first batching mechanism 300, a second batching mechanism 400, and a cup taking mechanism 500 are disposed on the machine body 100, the making mechanism 200 is used for making popcorn, specifically, the making mechanism 200 includes a hopper 210, a heating pot 220, and a collecting tank 230, the hopper 210 and the collecting tank 230 are disposed above the heating pot 220 and are communicated with the heating pot 220, the hopper 210 is used for storing corn kernels, generally, the heating pot 220 heats the corn kernels through hot air, and the hot air is blown toward the inside of the heating pot 220 along the tangential direction of the heating pot 220 to form rotating hot air, so that the corn kernels are heated uniformly, the corn kernels are heated and expanded to form popcorn and are jumped into the collecting tank 230 for temporary storage, and a first drop port 231 is disposed at the lower end of the collecting tank 230; the first batching mechanism 300 is disposed at one side of the manufacturing mechanism 200, the first batching mechanism 300 includes a plurality of first material storage tanks 310 and a plurality of pump bodies 320, here, the first material storage tanks 310 and the pump bodies 320 are disposed in plurality, the pump bodies 320 correspond to the first material storage tanks 310 one by one, two ends of the pump body 320 are respectively connected with the first material storage tanks 310 and the first blanking port 231 through hoses 340, the plurality of first material storage tanks 310 are all used for storing a first type of batching, generally, the first type of batching is a fluid batching, such as fructose, fruit pulp, etc., and the tastes of fructose and fruit pulp are various and are respectively stored in the plurality of first material storage tanks 310, that is, one first material storage tank 310 stores fruit pulp or fructose of one taste, the pump body 320 is a peristaltic pump, and the batching in the first material storage tank 310 can be pumped out to the first blanking port 231 and output; the second material distribution mechanism 400 comprises a stirring component 430 and a plurality of second material storage tanks 410, wherein a plurality of second material storage tanks 410 are arranged, each of the plurality of second material storage tanks 410 is provided with a material discharge component 420 and a second blanking port 411, the plurality of second blanking ports 411 are arranged in parallel, the material discharge component 420 is arranged in the second material storage tank 410, the material discharge component 420 comprises a motor and a propeller, an output shaft of the motor is connected with the propeller, the propeller is driven by the motor to rotate to realize the quantitative output of the ingredients from the second blanking ports 411, the plurality of second material storage tanks 410 are used for storing second ingredients, generally speaking, the second ingredients are powdery ingredients, if the second ingredients are powdery, the flavors of fruit powder are various and are respectively stored in the plurality of second material storage tanks 410, namely, one second material storage tank 410 stores fruit powder with one flavor, the stirring component 430 is arranged in parallel with the plurality of second blanking ports 411, when popcorn and various ingredients fall into the paper cups 411, and the paper cup is positioned below the second blanking port 411, the stirring assembly 430 can fully stir the popcorn and the ingredients in the paper cup, so that the popcorn and the ingredients are fully mixed; the cup taking mechanism 500 comprises a cup falling device 510 and a transferring assembly 520, the cup falling device 510 is arranged on one side of the first ingredient mechanism 300, the transferring assembly 520 is arranged below the cup falling device 510, the transferring assembly 520 is also arranged below the first blanking opening 231 and the second blanking opening 411, the cup falling device 510 is used for storing paper cups and outputting the paper cups downwards, the transferring assembly 520 is connected with a cup supporting frame 521, the cup supporting frame 521 is used for accommodating the paper cups, and the transferring assembly 520 can drive the cup supporting frame 521 to sequentially move the paper cups output by the cup falling device 510 to the first blanking opening 231 and the second blanking opening so as to load popcorn and ingredients.
The working principle is as follows: the corn kernels output by the hopper 210 are heated by the heating pot 220 through hot air, the corn kernels are heated and expanded to form popcorn, the popcorn jumps into the collecting tank 230 to be temporarily stored, the transfer component 520 drives the cup supporting frame 521 to move the paper cup to the position below the first blanking port 231, the popcorn in the collecting tank 230 falls into the paper cup through the first blanking port 231, meanwhile, the peristaltic pump pumps the fruit pulp or fructose in the first storage tank 310 out of the first blanking port 231 and adds the fruit pulp or fructose into the paper cup, and according to the requirements of customers, the peristaltic pumps are started to add fruit pulp or fructose with various tastes so as to increase the taste of the popcorn, so that the sweetness of the popcorn can be increased on one hand, and the fruit pulp or fructose has viscosity on the other hand; the transfer unit 520 drives the cup holder 521 to move the paper cup to a position below the second material dropping opening 411, the discharging unit 420 in the second material storage tank 410 is started (i.e. the motor drives the propeller to rotate) to quantitatively add the fruit powder in the second material storage tank 410 into the paper cup through the second material dropping opening 411, according to the requirements of customers, the fruit powder with various tastes can be added when the plurality of groups of discharging assemblies 420 are started, to enhance the taste of the popcorn, and the fruit powder is adhered to the fruit pulp or the fructose, after the addition is completed, the stirring component 430 sufficiently stirs the popcorn and the ingredients (i.e., any combination of the fruit pulp, the fructose and the fruit powder) in the paper cup to sufficiently mix them, thereby obtaining delicious popcorn, whether the ingredients with various tastes are added can be controlled by the peristaltic pump and the discharging component 420, therefore, the popcorn with various tastes can be made according to personal preference, the popularity of the popcorn is improved, and the use is simple.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, stirring subassembly 430 includes fan 431, air-supply line 432 and return air pipe 433, the one end of air-supply line 432 is connected in one side of second blanking mouth 411, the other end is connected with fan 431, the one end of return air pipe 433 is connected in one side of second blanking mouth 411, the other end and outside intercommunication, return air pipe 433 is located one side of air-supply line 432, after puffed rice and batching add the completion, fan 431 blows to the inside of paper cup from the top of paper cup through air-supply line 432, wind flows out from return air pipe 433, thereby indirectly make puffed rice and batching in the paper cup continuously roll, reach the purpose that the stirring mixes, promote the taste of puffed rice, and can not stir the puffed rice and smash. It is understood that the stirring assembly 430 can be a motor-controlled stirring rod to directly stir the popcorn and the ingredients in the paper cup, but the stirring speed is controlled to avoid the popcorn being broken into pieces and affecting the taste.
Referring to fig. 2, the stirring assembly 430 in this embodiment further includes a heater 434, and the heater 434 is connected between the air inlet pipe 432 and the blower 431, so that the temperature of the popcorn can be maintained by uniformly stirring the popcorn and the ingredients with hot air, thereby maintaining the taste of the popcorn.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment, a heat insulation pipe 435 is sleeved outside the air inlet pipe 432, and the heat insulation pipe 435 can prevent heat loss of hot air caused by heat exchange between the hot air flowing through the air inlet pipe 432 and the outside through the pipe wall of the air inlet pipe 432, ensure that the popcorn can keep a necessary temperature during the stirring process, keep the taste, and reduce energy consumption.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the stirring assembly 430 further includes a stirring cover 436, the stirring cover 436 is disposed below the second blanking opening 411, an upper end of the stirring cover 436 is communicated with the second blanking opening 411, generally speaking, the stirring cover 436 further surrounds an air outlet end of the air inlet pipe 432 and an air return end of the air return pipe 433, a lower end opening of the stirring cover 436 is matched with a cup mouth of the paper cup, and the stirring cover 436 completely covers the cup mouth of the paper cup, so that when the popcorn and the ingredients are stirred, the popcorn or the ingredients are prevented from flying out of the paper cup to cause waste and need to be cleaned later.
Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, a valve body 330 is connected between the first storage tank 310 and the pump body 320, two ends of the valve body 330 are respectively connected to the first storage tank 310 and the pump body 320 through a hose 340, the valve body 330 may be an electromagnetic valve or a manual valve, preferably, the valve body 330 is a battery valve, which is convenient for control, the valve body 330 can further control the output of fruit pulp or fructose, thereby preventing the pump body 320 from being operated by mistake, and the first storage tank 310 can be completely sealed when the fruit pulp or fructose is not used, thereby preventing the fruit pulp or fructose from deteriorating.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the output end of the hopper 210 is provided with a material distributing assembly 240, the material distributing assembly 240 includes a rotating disc 241, two measuring cups 242, a first driver 243 and a material stirring rod 244, the rotating disc 241 is rotatably connected to the machine body 100, the two measuring cups 242 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotating disc 241, the first driver 243 is a motor, the motor is connected to the rotating disc 241 through a gear, the motor can drive the rotating disc 241 to rotate, the material stirring rod 244 is arranged above the measuring cups 242, when the hopper 210 is blanked, the material stirring rod 244 stirs corn grains into one of the measuring cups 242, the motor drives the rotating disc 241 to rotate, so that the measuring cup 242 filled with corn grains rotates above the heating pot 220 and pours the corn grains into the heating pot 220, at this time, the material stirring rod 244 stirs the corn grains into the other measuring cup 242, thereby forming a blanking edge, the other edge is full and waits to be, and through the ration blanking of graduated flask 242, be convenient for control the volume of making the puffed rice at every turn, avoid the volume many and influence the preparation effect of puffed rice.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the cup dropping device 510 includes a fixing base 511, a cup holding cylinder 512, an upper cup receiving plate 513, a lower cup receiving plate 514, and a second driver 515, the fixing base 511 is fixedly connected to the machine body 100, the cup holding cylinder 512 is disposed on the fixing base 511, the upper cup receiving plate 513 is connected to the lower cup receiving plate 514, the upper cup receiving plate 513 is disposed above the lower cup receiving plate 514, generally, the cup receiving positions of the upper cup receiving plate 513 and the lower cup receiving plate 514 are offset in the up-down direction, the upper cup receiving plate 513 and the lower cup receiving plate 514 are slidably connected to the fixing base 511 in the left-right direction, the upper cup receiving plate 513 and the lower cup receiving plate 514 are disposed below the cup holding cylinder 512, the second driver 515 can drive the upper cup receiving plate 513 and the lower cup receiving plate 514 to move in the left-right direction, generally, the second driver 515 includes a motor and a spring respectively disposed on both sides of the lower cup receiving plate 514, an output shaft of, the reset action of cooperation spring realizes that the drive is gone up and is connect cup board 513 and lower cup board 514 to remove along left right direction, and when removing the right side, lower cup board 514 breaks away from the paper cup, goes up and connects cup board 513 to catch next paper cup, when removing the left side again, and next paper cup falls down and connects cup board 514, and so repetition realizes the action of separation paper cup, the output paper cup of being convenient for, and is efficient. It will be appreciated that a robot (not shown) may be provided at the output end of the cup holder 512, and the robot may directly grasp the paper cup and place the paper cup on the cup holder 521.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the transferring assembly 520 includes a mounting base 522, a third driver 523 and a fourth driver 524, the mounting base 522 is slidably connected to the machine body 100 in the up-down direction, the third driver 523 is connected to the mounting base 522 and drives the mounting base 522 to move in the up-down direction, generally, the third driver 523 is a lifting motor, the cup holder 521 is rotatably connected to the mounting base 522 and rotates on the horizontal plane to match the situation that the first material dropping port 231, the second material dropping port 411 and the paper cup output port are located on a virtual arc track, the fourth driver 524 is connected to the cup holder 521 and drives the cup holder 521 to rotate, generally, the fourth motor is a rotating motor, the paper cup is placed on the cup holder 521, the rotating motor drives the cup holder 521 to rotate to transfer the paper cup, the lifting motor drives the mounting base 522 to move upwards to make the mouth of the paper cup tightly fit on the first material dropping port 231 or the second material, preventing the popcorn or the ingredients from flying out during discharging. It is understood that if the first blanking opening 231, the second blanking opening 411 and the cup output opening are all located in the same straight direction, the transferring assembly 520 may further include a linear moving module (not shown), the mounting seat 522 is slidably connected to the linear moving module, the cup holder 521 is slidably connected to the mounting seat 522 in the up-down direction, the third driver 523 drives the mounting seat 522 to move, and the fourth driver 524 drives the cup holder 521 to move.
Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, a plurality of sensing portions 5211 are circumferentially disposed at one end of the cup holder 521, which is connected to the mounting seat 522, generally speaking, the sensing portions 5211 are magnets and six, each two sensing portions correspond to three positions of the first blanking opening 231, the second blanking opening 411 and the paper cup output opening in a set, the mounting seat 522 is provided with a sensor 5221 which is matched with the sensing portions 5211, the sensor 5221 is a hall sensor, and accurate positioning and accurate blanking during paper cup transferring are realized through matching of the sensor 5221 and the sensing portions 5211.
