The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the equipment starts to work, the lower packaging film collecting and releasing assembly 2 lays the lower packaging film 8 at the top end of the rack 1, the lower packaging film 8 is tensioned through the first tensioning mechanism, the air pumping box 10 is driven to ascend through the lifting mechanism of the box body forming assembly 5, after the top end of the air pumping box 10 is attached to the bottom end of the lower packaging film 8, the interior of the air pumping box 10 is vacuumized through the first vacuum air pumping pipe 11, the lower pressing and abutting mechanism descends at the same time, the lower packaging film 8 is fixed and air leakage between the lower packaging film 8 and the air pumping box 10 is prevented, the lower packaging film 8 is pumped out of a preset box shape so as to be convenient for subsequent storage of the quick-frozen meat, after the box body forming is completed, the quick-frozen meat is placed inside the formed box body through the feeding mechanical arm, at the moment, the upper packaging film collecting and releasing assembly 3 lays the upper packaging film 9 above the lower packaging film 8, so as to realize the vertical laying of the packaging film on the quick-frozen meat, the vacuum sealing assembly 6 seals the, the rectangular edge sealing heating plate 12 descends to enable the lower packaging film 8 and the upper packaging film 9 to be bonded through rapid heating, the size of the sealed edge is consistent with that of the formed box body, a gap for vacuumizing is reserved through the rectangular gap 13, when the air pumping and sealing mechanism works, air between the lower packaging film 8 and the upper packaging film 9 which are subjected to edge sealing is pumped out through the rectangular air pumping head 14, the gap formed by the rectangular gap 13 is sealed through the sealing heating plate 15, the vacuum sealing operation of the fast-frozen meat is completed, after the sealing operation is achieved, the sealed box body is cut and falls onto the blanking conveying belt 17 through the rectangular cutting knife 16, the blanking process is completed through the blanking conveying belt 17, and then the overall efficient vacuum sealing operation of the fast-frozen meat is achieved, the equipment is strong in sealing effect, can adapt to the sealing processing of various meats, and the full-automatic production reduces the labor intensity, but also improves the working efficiency and is beneficial to large-scale processing and production.
The device/apparatus/method realizes the functions of the invention by the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems proposed by the invention:
step one, in the feeding process of the lower packaging film 8, the first storage barrel 18 is used for feeding the lower packaging film 8, the first material receiving barrel 19 is used for receiving the lower packaging film 8, and the first servo motor 20 drives the first material receiving barrel 19 to rotate to achieve the winding function.
Step two, in the feeding process of the upper packaging film 9, the second storage cylinder 21 is used for feeding the upper packaging film 9, the second material receiving cylinder 22 is used for receiving the upper packaging film 9, and the second servo motor 23 drives the second material receiving cylinder 22 to rotate to achieve the winding function.
And step three, when the first tensioning mechanism works, the output of the third servo motor 24 drives the two first pressing rollers 25 to synchronously rotate through the synchronous transmission device, the outer side walls of the two first pressing rollers 25 clamp the lower packaging film 8 tightly, and the tensioning function is realized in the rotating process.
Step four, when the second tensioning mechanism works, the upper packaging film 9 is tensioned through the two second pressing rollers 27, so that the upper packaging film 9 is horizontally arranged right above the lower packaging film 8, the fourth servo motor 26 outputs to drive the second pressing rollers 27 to rotate, and the second pressing rollers 27 achieve a tensioning function in the rotating process.
And step five, when the lifting mechanism works, the first cylinder 28 outputs to drive the first lifting plate 29 to ascend, the first lifting plate 29 ascends to drive the air pumping box 10 fixedly connected with the first lifting plate to ascend, so that the top end of the air pumping box 10 abuts against the bottom surface of the lower packaging film 8, and the air pumping box forming function is further realized.
Step six, when the lower pressing and abutting mechanism works, the output of the second cylinder 31 drives the second lifting plate 32 to descend, the second lifting plate 32 drives the rectangular abutting plate 33 fixedly installed below the second lifting plate to descend, and the rectangular abutting plate 33 is matched with the air extracting box 10 to realize the air extracting and box forming function.
And seventhly, when the edge sealing mechanism works, the third cylinder 35 outputs to drive the third lifting plate 36 to descend, and the third lifting plate 36 drives the rectangular edge sealing heating plate 12 fixedly installed below the third lifting plate to descend, so that the lifting function of the rectangular edge sealing heating plate 12 is realized.
Step eight, when the air pumping sealing mechanism works, the fourth cylinder 37 outputs to drive the push plate 38 to move towards the inside of the rack 1, the rectangular air pumping head 14 extends into the notched end of the rectangular notch 13 through horizontal movement, the finger cylinders 39 on two sides respectively clamp two ends of the rectangular notch 13, and the rectangular clamping plate 40 clamps the lower packaging film 8 and the upper packaging film 9 to prevent air leakage in the vacuum pumping process.
Step nine, when the air suction and sealing mechanism works, after the air suction process is finished, the fifth air cylinder 41 drives the sealing heating plate 15 to descend, the sealing heating plate 15 seals the edge sealing gap of the rectangular gap 13, and then the vacuum sealing operation of the quick-frozen meat is finished.

A full-automatic oxygen-pumping packaging device for quick-frozen meat is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a lower-layer packaging film collecting and releasing assembly (2), an upper-layer packaging film collecting and releasing assembly (3), a tensioning assembly (4), a box body forming assembly (5), a vacuum sealing assembly (6) and a shearing blanking assembly (7), wherein the lower-layer packaging film collecting and releasing assembly (2) and the upper-layer packaging film collecting and releasing assembly (3) are horizontally arranged at the top end of the rack (1), the lower-layer packaging film collecting and releasing assembly (2) comprises a lower packaging film (8), the upper-layer packaging film collecting and releasing assembly (3) comprises an upper packaging film (9), the lower packaging film (8) and the upper packaging film (9) are horizontally arranged at the top end of the rack (1), the upper packaging film (9) is positioned right above the lower packaging film (8), the tensioning assembly (4) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the rack (1), and the tensioning assembly (4) comprises a first tensioning mechanism and a second tensioning mechanism, the first tensioning mechanism and the second tensioning mechanism are respectively positioned at two ends of the top of the frame (1), the first tensioning mechanism is in transmission connection with the lower packaging film (8), the second tensioning mechanism is in transmission connection with the upper packaging film (9), the box body forming assembly (5) is vertically arranged below the frame (1), the box body forming assembly (5) is positioned at one side of the frame (1) close to the first tensioning mechanism, the box body forming assembly (5) comprises a lifting mechanism, an air pumping box (10), a first vacuum air pumping pipe (11) and a pressing mechanism, the lifting mechanism is vertically arranged at the bottom end of the frame (1), the air pumping box (10) is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the output end of the lifting mechanism, the first vacuum air pumping pipe (11) is vertically and fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the air pumping box (10), the pressing mechanism is arranged at the top end of the frame (1), and the pressing mechanism is positioned right above the lifting mechanism, the vacuum sealing assembly (6) comprises a sealing edge mechanism and a pumping sealing mechanism, the sealing edge mechanism comprises a rectangular sealing edge heating plate (12) which can be combined with a lower packaging film (8) and an upper packaging film (9), one side of the rectangular sealing edge heating plate (12) is provided with a rectangular notch (13), the pumping sealing mechanism comprises a rectangular pumping head (14) which is used for pumping air between the lower packaging film (8) and the upper packaging film (9) and a sealing heating plate (15) which is used for sealing the rectangular notch (13), and the shearing blanking assembly (7) comprises a rectangular cutting knife (16) which can cut the packaging film and a blanking conveying belt (17) which is used for blanking.

The full-automatic oxygen-pumping packaging equipment for quick-frozen meat according to claim 1, wherein the lower-layer packaging film collecting and releasing assembly (2) further comprises a first storage barrel (18), a first material receiving barrel (19) and a first servo motor (20), the first storage barrel (18) and the first material receiving barrel (19) are horizontally and rotatably arranged on two sides of the top end of the rack (1) respectively, the first servo motor (20) is horizontally and fixedly installed on one side, close to the first material receiving barrel (19), of the rack (1), the output end of the first servo motor (20) is fixedly connected with one end of the first material receiving barrel (19), and two ends of the lower packaging film (8) are wound on the first storage barrel (18) and the first material receiving barrel (19) respectively.

The full-automatic oxygen-pumping packaging equipment for quick-frozen meat as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper packaging film collecting and releasing assembly (3) further comprises a second storage barrel (21), a second material receiving barrel (22) and a second servo motor (23), the second storage barrel (21) is horizontally connected to the middle of the top end of the rack (1), the second material receiving barrel (22) is horizontally connected to one end, close to the first material receiving barrel (19), of the rack (1), the second servo motor (23) is horizontally and fixedly installed at one end, close to the second material receiving barrel (22), of the rack (1), the output end of the second servo motor (23) is fixedly connected with one end of the second material receiving barrel (22), and two ends of the upper packaging film (9) are respectively wound on the second storage barrel (21) and the second material receiving barrel (22).

The full-automatic oxygen-pumping packaging equipment for quick-frozen meat according to claim 1, wherein the first tensioning mechanism comprises a third servo motor (24) and two first pressing rollers (25), the horizontal shafts of the first pressing rollers (25) are connected to the rack (1), the two first pressing rollers (25) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower packaging film (8) along the horizontal direction respectively, the outer side walls of the two first pressing rollers (25) are attached to the upper side and the lower side of the lower packaging film (8), the third servo motor (24) is horizontally and fixedly installed on the rack (1), and the third servo motor (24) is in transmission connection with one ends of the two first pressing rollers (25) through a synchronous transmission device.
