The invention discloses a cleaning device for a hydraulic oil cylinder, which comprises a machine table, a clamping device and a cleaning piece, wherein the cleaning piece comprises a first cleaning air bag, a second cleaning air bag, a telescopic air bag, a first air pipe, a second air pipe, a third air pipe, a first air valve, a second air valve, a third air valve and an air charging and discharging device, the first cleaning air bag and the second cleaning air bag are arranged in a round cake shape, the telescopic air bag is arranged in a columnar structure formed by a plurality of links, two ends of the telescopic air bag are respectively connected with the first cleaning air bag and the second cleaning air bag, one end of the first air pipe is connected with the air charging and discharging device, the other end of the first air pipe is connected with the first cleaning air bag, one end of the second air pipe is connected with the air charging and discharging device, the other end of the third air pipe is connected with the air charging and discharging device. Compared with the prior art, the invention can realize the cleaning of the cylinder barrel with large length.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular to a cleaning device for a hydraulic oil cylinder.
Background
The hydraulic cylinder is a part for converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and is an actuating element in a hydraulic system, the cylinder barrel is a main body of the hydraulic cylinder, and an inner hole of the cylinder barrel is generally manufactured by precision processing technologies such as boring, reaming, rolling or honing and the like, so that the piston, a sealing piece of the piston and a supporting seat piece of the piston can smoothly slide, and the sealing effect is ensured. In the prior art, it is very difficult to clean a cylinder tube having a long length. In view of the above, the inventors of the present application have conducted extensive studies to obtain a cleaning apparatus for a hydraulic cylinder.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cleaning device for a hydraulic oil cylinder, which can clean a cylinder barrel with a large length.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a cleaning device for a hydraulic oil cylinder comprises a machine table, a clamping device and a cleaning piece, wherein the cleaning piece comprises a first cleaning air bag, a second cleaning air bag, a telescopic air bag, a first air pipe, a second air pipe, a third air pipe, a first air valve, a second air valve, a third air valve and an air charging and discharging device, the first cleaning air bag and the second cleaning air bag are arranged in a round cake shape, the telescopic air bag is arranged in a columnar structure formed by a plurality of links, two ends of the telescopic air bag are respectively connected with the first cleaning air bag and the second cleaning air bag, one end of the first air pipe is connected with the air charging and discharging device, the other end of the first air pipe is connected with the first cleaning air bag, one end of the second air pipe is connected with the air charging and discharging device, the other end of the second air pipe is connected with the second cleaning air bag, one end of the third air pipe is connected with the air charging and discharging device, the other end of the air valve is connected with the telescopic air bag, the first air valve is arranged on the first air pipe, the second air valve is arranged on the second air pipe, and the third air valve is arranged on the third air pipe.
In a preferred embodiment, the cleaning member further comprises a first cleaning cloth and a second cleaning cloth, the first cleaning cloth and the second cleaning cloth are arranged in a ring shape and have elasticity, the first cleaning cloth is fixed on the first cleaning air bag in a surrounding mode, and the second cleaning cloth is fixed on the second cleaning air bag in a surrounding mode.
In a preferred embodiment, the inflation and deflation device is configured as an inflation and deflation machine.

In a preferred embodiment, the machine table is provided with a through hole penetrating through the machine table from top to bottom, and the through hole is located between the first clamping block and the second clamping block.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a cleaning device for a hydraulic oil cylinder, which is structurally characterized in that when cleaning is carried out, a clamping device is utilized to vertically clamp a cylinder on a machine table, then a cleaning piece is placed into the cylinder, water is injected into the cylinder, an inflation and deflation device is utilized to realize inflation and deflation control of a first cleaning air bag, a second cleaning air bag and a contraction air bag so as to realize the movement of the cleaning piece in the cylinder, taking the movement in the direction from the first cleaning air bag to the second cleaning air bag as an example, the second cleaning air bag is fully inflated firstly, the side part of the second cleaning air bag is tightly attached to the inner wall of the cylinder, the first cleaning air bag is slightly deflated, the side part of the first cleaning air bag is slightly attached to the inner wall of the cylinder, then the contraction air bag is deflated, the volume of the contraction air bag is reduced, the first cleaning air bag is pulled to be close to the second cleaning air bag to, after the cylinder barrel is moved in place, the first cleaning air bag is fully inflated, the second cleaning air bag is slightly deflated, then the contraction air bag is inflated, the second cleaning air bag moves towards the direction far away from the first cleaning air bag, the inner wall of the cylinder barrel is cleaned in the moving process, in the reciprocating process, the cleaning piece is moved in the cylinder barrel, the cylinder barrel can be comprehensively cleaned, in one stroke, the first cleaning air bag and the second cleaning air bag are cleaned once on the inner wall of the cylinder barrel, and the good cleaning effect on the inner wall of the cylinder barrel can be achieved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cleaning device for a hydraulic cylinder comprises a machine table 1, a clamping device and a cleaning piece, wherein the cleaning piece comprises a first cleaning air bag 2, a second cleaning air bag 3, a telescopic air bag 4, a first air pipe 5, a second air pipe 6, a third air pipe 7, a first air valve, a second air valve, a third air valve and an inflation and deflation device, the first cleaning air bag 2 and the second cleaning air bag 3 are arranged in a round cake shape, the telescopic air bag 4 is arranged in a columnar structure formed by a plurality of links, two ends of the telescopic air bag 4 are respectively connected with the first cleaning air bag 2 and the second cleaning air bag 3, one end of the first air pipe 5 is connected with the inflation and deflation device, the other end of the first cleaning air bag 2 is connected with the inflation and deflation device, one end of the second air pipe 6 is connected with the second cleaning air bag 3, one end of the third air pipe 7 is connected with the air charging and discharging device, the other end of the third air pipe is connected with the telescopic air bag 4, the first air valve is arranged on the first air pipe 5, the second air valve is arranged on the second air pipe 6, and the third air valve is arranged on the third air pipe 7.
The cleaning device for the hydraulic cylinder is structurally arranged, when cleaning is carried out, a clamping device is used for vertically clamping a cylinder barrel on a machine table 1, then a cleaning piece is placed into the cylinder barrel, water is injected into the cylinder barrel, inflation and deflation control of a first cleaning air bag 2, a second cleaning air bag 3 and a contraction air bag is realized by an inflation and deflation device, so that the cleaning piece moves in the cylinder barrel, for example, the first cleaning air bag 2 moves towards the second cleaning air bag 3, the second cleaning air bag 3 is fully inflated firstly, the side part of the second cleaning air bag is tightly attached to the inner wall of the cylinder barrel, so that the first cleaning air bag 2 is slightly deflated, the side part of the first cleaning air bag is slightly attached to the inner wall of the cylinder barrel, then the contraction air bag is deflated, the volume of the contraction air bag is reduced, the first cleaning air bag 2 is pulled to move close to the second cleaning air bag 3, and the side wall of the cylinder is cleaned, after the cylinder barrel is moved in place, the first cleaning air bag 2 is fully inflated, the second cleaning air bag 3 is slightly deflated, then the contraction air bag is inflated, the second cleaning air bag 3 is moved towards the direction far away from the first cleaning air bag 2, the inner wall of the cylinder barrel is cleaned in the moving process, in the reciprocating process, the cleaning piece is moved in the cylinder barrel, the cylinder barrel can be comprehensively cleaned, in one stroke, the first cleaning air bag 2 and the second cleaning air bag 3 can clean the inner wall of the cylinder barrel once, and therefore the good cleaning effect on the inner wall of the cylinder barrel can be achieved.
In order to effectively ensure the cleaning effect, the cleaning piece further comprises a first cleaning cloth 8 and a second cleaning cloth 9, the first cleaning cloth 8 and the second cleaning cloth 9 are arranged in an annular shape and have elasticity, the first cleaning cloth 8 is fixed on the first cleaning air bag 2 in a surrounding mode, and the second cleaning cloth 9 is fixed on the second cleaning air bag 3 in a surrounding mode.
Specifically, the inflation and deflation device is set as an inflation and deflation machine which is a commonly used machine with an inflation and deflation function.
Specifically, the clamping device comprises a first air cylinder 10, a first clamping block 11, a second air cylinder 12 and a second clamping block 13, the first clamping block 11 is connected with the first air cylinder 10, the second clamping block 13 is connected with the second air cylinder 12, the first air cylinder 10 and the second air cylinder 12 are used for driving the first clamping block 11 and the second clamping block 13 to approach or separate from each other, the first air cylinder 10 and the second air cylinder 12 are fixed on the machine table 1, and when the clamping device works, a cylinder barrel is clamped between the first clamping block 11 and the second clamping block 13.
In order to facilitate outflow of a cleaning liquid for cleaning the cylinder, a through hole 14 penetrating through the machine table 1 from top to bottom is formed in the machine table, and the through hole 14 is located between the first clamping block 11 and the second clamping block 13.

A cleaning device for a hydraulic oil cylinder is characterized by comprising a machine table, a clamping device and a cleaning piece, wherein the cleaning piece comprises a first cleaning air bag, a second cleaning air bag, a telescopic air bag, a first air pipe, a second air pipe, a third air pipe, a first air valve, a second air valve, a third air valve and an air charging and discharging device, the first cleaning air bag and the second cleaning air bag are arranged in a round cake shape, the telescopic air bag is arranged in a columnar structure formed by a plurality of links, two ends of the telescopic air bag are respectively connected with the first cleaning air bag and the second cleaning air bag, one end of the first air pipe is connected with the air charging and discharging device, the other end of the first air pipe is connected with the first cleaning air bag, one end of the second air pipe is connected with the air charging and discharging device, the other end of the second air pipe is connected with the second cleaning air bag, one end of the third air pipe is connected with the air charging and discharging device, the other end of the air valve is connected with the telescopic air bag, the first air valve is arranged on the first air pipe, the second air valve is arranged on the second air pipe, and the third air valve is arranged on the third air pipe.

The cleaning device for the hydraulic oil cylinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning member further comprises a first cleaning cloth and a second cleaning cloth, the first cleaning cloth and the second cleaning cloth are annularly arranged and have elasticity, the first cleaning cloth is fixed on the first cleaning air bag in a surrounding mode, and the second cleaning cloth is fixed on the second cleaning air bag in a surrounding mode.
3. The cleaning device for the hydraulic oil cylinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inflation and deflation device is configured as an inflation and deflation machine.

The cleaning device for the hydraulic oil cylinder according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the clamping device comprises a first air cylinder, a first clamping block, a second air cylinder and a second clamping block, the first clamping block is connected with the first air cylinder, the second clamping block is connected with the second air cylinder, the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are used for driving the first clamping block and the second clamping block to approach to or separate from each other, and the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are fixed on the machine table.
