Background
With the improvement of living standard and health consciousness of people, water purifying equipment is favored by more and more users. The water purifier is internally provided with a filter bottle and a corresponding filter medium, wherein the filter bottle is partially used for accommodating a filter element and resisting water pressure, and belongs to an important structural safety component. If the filter flask of water purifier designs unreasonablely, sealed effect is unsatisfactory, then easily takes place to leak water to lead to the water purifier inefficacy, influence user's drinking water safety.
At present, the filter flask of the water purifier in the water purification industry generally adopts the following three sealing structures:
(1) the filter flask is screwed by large-volume multi-circle threads: the filter bottle and the bottle cap are matched and connected by adopting the traditional multi-circle continuous screw thread. Its advantage does: the structure tightness is good, the high water pressure resistance is strong, and the use cost of a consumer is low when the product filter element is replaced; the disadvantages are: because the characteristics restriction of traditional screw thread itself, the action of rotatory many rings of screw threads need during the product equipment, complex operation, consuming time and wasting power to follow-up purifier still needs special spanner to unscrew greatly when using the renew cartridge, and it is difficult even to unscrew the lid, causes the certain puzzlement in the aspect of the after-sale maintenance of product in later stage.
(2) Small body blocking type filter flask: the filter flask, the bottle cap and the filter element are connected into a whole through processes of spin melting, welding and the like. Its advantage does: the filter flask is fast and simple to assemble, and the filter element is convenient and fast to maintain and replace for later products; the disadvantages are: the product needs to be discarded integrally when the filter element is replaced, so that the environment is not protected, and the use cost of consumers is too high. The bottle volume is decided not big to little card knot structure, leads to the filtration water yield little, only is fit for the purifier of doing little water capacity, and the filter core is used in the short later stage of filter material volume less filter core life-span and trades the filter core frequently, and consumer use cost is too high.
(3) Three-body type knot-clamping filter flask: the filter bottle and the bottle cap are connected through conventional multi-circle continuous threads, and a sleeve plate is required to be additionally arranged above the bottle cap. Its advantage does: the size of the bottle body can be large, the water yield is between the large-volume multi-ring thread screwing filter bottle and the small-volume clamping type filter bottle, and the filter element is relatively simple to replace; the disadvantages are: the product is provided with one more external member, the manufacturing cost is obviously increased, more importantly, the matching mode of the filter bottle and the bottle cap is still the traditional multi-circle continuous thread, and the bottle body still needs to be unscrewed by a special spanner when the filter element is replaced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a filter bottle of a water purifier and the water purifier with the filter bottle, which can solve the problems of inconvenient assembly and disassembly and complex and labor-consuming operation of the filter bottle of the existing water purifier.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a water purifier filter bottle comprising: a bottle cap and a bottle body; at least two sections of inner buckling parts are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the inner edge of the bottle cap, the inner buckling parts are protruded relative to the side wall of the inner edge of the bottle cap, and the inner buckling parts are arranged at intervals along the inner edge of the bottle cap; the inner buckling part comprises at least two layers of first clamping strips which are vertically distributed, and a first guide rail is formed by a gap between the first clamping strips; the side wall of the outer edge of the bottleneck of the bottle body is uniformly provided with outer buckling parts corresponding to the inner buckling parts in quantity, a groove formed between the two sections of the inner buckling parts is matched with the shape of the outer buckling parts, the outer buckling parts comprise second clamping strips which are vertically distributed, and a second guide rail is formed by a gap between the second clamping strips; the first clamping strip is suitable for being matched with the second guide rail in an inserted mode, and the second clamping strip is suitable for being matched with the first guide rail in an inserted mode.
Furthermore, the inner buckling part also comprises a side limiting strip; the side limiting strips are vertically arranged and are simultaneously connected to the same ends of all the first clamping strips so as to seal one side ports of the first guide rails.

Furthermore, a plurality of anti-slip lines are arranged on the outer edge of the bottle cap at intervals, and the anti-slip lines are vertically arranged relative to the bottle cap.

Compared with the prior art, the invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:

The filter flask of the water purifier provided by the invention is convenient to assemble and disassemble, is simple and labor-saving to operate, does not need to be unscrewed by a special wrench, is easy to replace the filter element in the flask, is more convenient for after-sale maintenance of products in the later period, greatly reduces the cost for the subsequent replacement of the filter element by a consumer, and does not need to use a filter flask structure which is discarded by connecting a shell and the filter element together; and the sealing performance is good, and the manufacturing cost is lower.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present invention discloses a filter flask for a water purifier, which includes a flask cap 10 and a flask body 20. Referring to fig. 5-6, at least two sections of inner snap-fit portions 11 are uniformly disposed on the inner sidewall of the bottle cap 10, the inner snap-fit portions 11 are convex relative to the inner sidewall of the bottle cap 10, and different inner snap-fit portions 11 are disposed at intervals along the inner edge of the bottle cap 10. Referring to fig. 7, each inner fastening portion 11 includes at least two first fastening strips 111 distributed along the vertical direction, that is, different first fastening strips 111 are distributed along the vertical direction, and a gap between the first fastening strips 111 forms a first guide rail 112. Meanwhile, referring to fig. 2, the bottle body 20 has outer fastening portions 21 uniformly disposed on the sidewall of the outer edge of the bottle neck, the number of the outer fastening portions 21 corresponds to the number of the inner fastening portions 11, and the outer fastening portions 21 are also convex relative to the outer edge of the bottle neck. Because the inner buckling parts 11 are of a convex structure, a groove 12 is formed between every two inner buckling parts 11, and the shape of the groove 12 is matched with that of the outer buckling part 21, so that the outer buckling part 21 can be inserted into the groove 12 from the vertical direction. Referring to fig. 8, the outer fastening portion 21 includes at least two layers of second fastening strips 211 distributed along the vertical direction, that is, the second fastening strips 211 are distributed along the vertical direction, and the second guide rail 212 is formed by the gap between the second fastening strips 211. Correspondingly, when the bottle cap 10 and the bottle body 20 are disassembled, the bottle cap 10 and the bottle body 20 are rotated in opposite directions, the first clamping strip 111 is screwed out of the second guide rail 212, meanwhile, the second clamping strip 211 is screwed out of the first guide rail 112, at the moment, the outer clamping buckle part 21 is withdrawn into the groove 12 between the inner clamping buckle parts 11, and then the bottle cap 10 and the bottle body 20 are disassembled up and down, so that the disassembly and the assembly can be completed, and the filter element can be replaced conveniently.
Therefore, the filter flask of the water purifier provided by the invention is convenient to assemble and disassemble, is simple and labor-saving to operate, does not need to be screwed off by a special wrench, is easy to replace the filter element in the flask, is more convenient for after-sale maintenance of a product in the later period, greatly reduces the cost for the subsequent replacement of the filter element by a consumer, and does not need to use a filter flask structure discarded by connecting a shell and the filter element together; and the sealing performance is good, and the manufacturing cost is lower.
The preferred structure of the invention is more than three sections of buckles and more than two layers of clamping strips. In particular, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5-8, 4 sections of inner fastening portions 11 are disposed on the inner sidewall of the bottle cap 10, 4 grooves 12 matching with the outer fastening portions 21 are formed between every two inner fastening portions 11, and correspondingly, 4 outer fastening portions 21 are uniformly disposed on the outer sidewall of the neck of the bottle body 20. That is, the 4 inner snap portions 11 and the 4 grooves 12 substantially equally divide the inner edge of the bottle cap 10 into eight, and the arc angle of the inner snap portions 11 and the outer snap portions 21 is about 45 °. Therefore, when assembling, after the bottle cap 10 and the bottle body 20 are inserted up and down, the bottle cap 10 and the bottle body 20 are rotated by 45 ° in opposite directions, for example, the bottle cap 10 is rotated by 45 ° to the right or the bottle body 20 is rotated by 45 ° to the left, and then the fastening is completed. Correspondingly, when the bottle cap 10 is disassembled and assembled, the bottle cap 10 is rotated 45 degrees leftwards or the bottle body 20 is rotated 45 degrees rightwards, and then the bottle cap 10 and the bottle body 20 are disassembled and assembled up and down, so that the disassembly and assembly can be completed.
Further preferably, each inner buckling part 11 comprises 4 layers of first buckling strips 111, and 3 first guide rails 112 are formed between the first buckling strips 111; each outer clip portion 21 includes 3 layers of second clip strips 211.
Of course, the four-segment snap structure and the three-layer snap structure are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention does not limit the specific number of the snap part and the snap strip. It can be understood that the larger the number of the buckles is, the smaller the angle of manual rotation is, but the fastening performance is reduced; the buckle quantity is less, and fastening nature is better, but manual rotation angle is bigger, and the time consuming and power consuming of operation is more, and the split degree of difficulty also can be bigger simultaneously. Consequently, the preferred four sections buckle structure of this embodiment and three-layer card strip structure, when it guarantees that fastening nature, leakproofness are good, only need control the hand and rotate 45 simultaneously, the convenience of operation has been guaranteed to the people hand can once rotate to the position.
Preferably, in order to ensure that the user can sense the rotation in place and avoid the strip from falling out of the guide rail due to the excessive rotation angle, the inner buckling part 11 further comprises a side limiting strip 113. Referring to fig. 6, the side stopper 113 is vertically disposed and is connected to the same end of the first clamping bar 111 to close a side port of the first guide rail 112. When the second locking strip 211 rotates to the innermost side of the first guide rail 112, the second locking strip will be tightly pressed against the side limiting strip 113 and cannot rotate inwards; the user feels that the bottle cap 10 and the bottle body 20 are pressed against each other, indicating that the bottle cap is rotated in place.
Preferably, in order to ensure that the first clamping strip 111 is more easily inserted into the second guide rail 212, referring to fig. 6, the other end of the first clamping strip 111 opposite to the side limiting strip 113 is a tip structure 114.
Preferably, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the first clamping strip 111 and the second clamping strip 211 are both arranged obliquely, that is, a certain inclination angle is formed relative to the horizontal plane, so that both clamping strips have a tooth-shaped angle with a certain size, and have a self-locking performance, and good sealing performance is ensured.
Preferably, in order to facilitate rotation, referring to fig. 1, a plurality of anti-slip threads 13 are further arranged on the outer edge of the bottle cap 10 at intervals, and the anti-slip threads 13 are vertically arranged relative to the bottle cap 10 to increase friction between a hand and the bottle cap 10 so as to facilitate horizontal rotation.
Preferably, a grip non-slip portion 22 is further provided under the neck of the bottle body 20. Preferably, the peripheral sidewall of the bottle body 20 is further provided with a ring of flange 23, and the flange 23 serves to vertically limit the bottle cap 10.
