Background
The conventional clothes treating apparatus treats clothes by washing or dry cleaning, and the clothes are deformed and feel deteriorated by the treating method, and the clothes are worn as washed.
Therefore, manufacturers put forward a clothes treatment mode of steam washing, and steam is utilized to wash clothes, so that the whole process is short in time consumption, obvious in energy-saving effect, fresh and tasteless, good in crease-removing effect and free of damage to clothes.
The working process of the clothes treatment equipment in the steam washing mode is that water is injected into the outer cylinder through the water inlet valve, when the water level reaches the preset water level, the water inlet is stopped, the heating pipe is started to heat, sufficient steam is generated, the inner cylinder rotates at a low speed, clothes roll in the inner cylinder filled with the steam, peculiar smell can be dissolved in the steam, meanwhile, the steam wets the clothes, and after the peculiar smell is eliminated and wetted, hot air is blown into the inner cylinder through the drying system to dry the clothes, so that the purpose of removing wrinkles of the clothes is achieved.
In the existing clothes treatment equipment, in the steam washing mode, water can drip and splash into the inner cylinder in the process of injecting water into the outer cylinder, so that the special steam washing requirement of the inner cylinder for anhydrous soaking is not met, the steam washing is prevented, and the steam washing effect is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a machine body structure of clothes treatment equipment and clothes treatment equipment, which can effectively prevent water from flowing into an inner cylinder during steam washing.
To achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the communication port between the water inlet pipe and the outer cylinder faces the front flange of the inner cylinder.
Preferably, when water is fed through the water inlet pipe, the water outlet direction of the communication port between the water inlet pipe and the outer cylinder is inclined downwards.
Preferably, the water inlet pipe extends in a direction away from the outer cylinder and then in a direction toward the outer cylinder from a communication end with the detergent delivery chamber to a communication end with the outer cylinder.
Preferably, the water inlet pipe extends gradually downwards from a communication end with the detergent delivery cavity to a communication end with the outer barrel.
Preferably, the pipe diameter of the U-shaped pipe is larger than that of the water inlet pipe.
Preferably, the washing machine further comprises a washing agent throwing box, wherein an inserting port communicated with the outside is arranged on one side of the washing agent throwing cavity, and the washing agent throwing box is inserted into the washing agent throwing cavity through the inserting port.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the washing agent is put in the chamber and is cooperated with U type pipe for the normal water inflow of clothing processing apparatus, because steam washing in-process, time of intaking is very short at every turn, and the water inflow is less, on the basis of washing agent put in chamber and U type pipe, set up the inlet tube that feeds through washing agent and put in chamber and urceolus, thereby can reliably cut off U type pipe, guaranteed when steam washing, the water inflow is all in the urceolus through the inlet tube inflow and by the non-permeable hole coverage area on the inner tube block, thereby effectively avoided in the water injection in-process, the water injection flows in the inner tube, the requirement that the inner tube does not have water soaked when steam washing has been guaranteed, and the inlet tube that additionally sets up can also increase the water inflow speed when clothing processing apparatus normally intakes.

According to the invention, the detergent delivery cavity 3 is matched with the U-shaped pipe 4 and is used for normal water inflow of the clothes treatment equipment, and because the water inflow time is short and the water inflow amount is small in each steam washing process, the water inflow pipe 5 which is communicated with the detergent delivery cavity 3 and the outer barrel 2 is arranged on the basis of the detergent delivery cavity 3 and the U-shaped pipe 4, so that the U-shaped pipe 4 can be reliably shut off, the water inflow is ensured to flow into the outer barrel 2 through the water inflow pipe 5 and be blocked by the covering area of the water-impermeable holes on the inner barrel 1 in the steam washing process, the water inflow into the inner barrel 1 in the water injection process is effectively avoided, the water inflow speed of the inner barrel 1 in the steam washing process is ensured, and the additionally arranged water inflow pipe 5 can also be used for increasing the water inflow speed of the clothes treatment equipment in the normal water inflow process.
Alternatively, the communication port of the water inlet pipe 5 and the outer cylinder 2 is directed to the front flange of the inner cylinder 1. The front flange of the inner cylinder 1 belongs to a water-impermeable hole coverage area, a communication port of the water inlet pipe 5 and the outer cylinder 2 faces the front flange of the inner cylinder 1, most of areas on the wall of the inner cylinder 1 belong to a water-permeable hole coverage area, and the front flange of the inner cylinder 1 and the wall of the inner cylinder 1 have obvious bending boundaries, so that water sprayed from the water inlet pipe 5 is blocked and guided by the front flange of the inner cylinder 1 and is not easy to splash or flow onto the wall of the inner cylinder 1.
Specifically, when water is fed through the water inlet pipe 5, the water outlet direction of the communication port between the water inlet pipe 5 and the outer cylinder 2 is inclined downwards, so that splashing of the water inlet is avoided, and water injection is more reliably prevented from flowing into the inner cylinder 1 in the water injection process.
More specifically, from the communication end with the detergent delivery chamber 3 to the communication end with the outer tub 2, the water inlet pipe 5 extends first in a direction away from the outer tub 2 and then in a direction toward the outer tub 2. By the arrangement, when water is fed through the water inlet pipe 5, the flow rate of the discharged water is effectively reduced, and water injection is safer during steam washing.
More specifically, the water inlet pipe 5 gradually extends downward from the communication end with the detergent delivery chamber 3 to the communication end with the outer tub 2. The arrangement avoids water injection or pollutant accumulation in the water inlet pipe 5, and ensures safer water injection process
In this embodiment, the tube diameter of the U-shaped tube 4 is larger than the tube diameter of the inlet tube 5. The above arrangement makes the function of the U-shaped pipe 4 and the water inlet pipe 5 more specific, the U-shaped pipe 4 is used for water inlet during normal washing operation of the clothes treatment equipment, and the water inlet pipe 5 is used for water inlet of water quantity of the clothes treatment equipment during steam washing.
Optionally, the machine body structure of the clothes treatment device of the invention further comprises a detergent delivery box, one side of the detergent delivery cavity 3 is provided with an inserting port communicated with the outside, the detergent delivery box is inserted into the detergent delivery cavity 3 through the inserting port, during washing operation, water injected into the clothes treatment device flows into the detergent delivery box firstly, then flows into the detergent delivery cavity 3 from the detergent delivery box, and finally flows into the outer barrel 2 through the U-shaped pipe 4 and the water inlet pipe 5 selectively by the detergent delivery cavity 3 or through the water inlet pipe 5 alone.
Specifically, the communication port of the water inlet pipe 5 and the detergent delivery cavity 3 is far away from the plug-in mounting port compared with the communication port of the U-shaped pipe 4 and the detergent delivery cavity 3. By the arrangement, the two outlet areas in the detergent delivery cavity 3 are separated from each other in the front-rear direction, so that water injected into the detergent delivery cavity 3 from the detergent delivery box can more reliably flow through the communication port between the water inlet pipe 5 and the detergent delivery cavity 3 and then flow through the communication port between the U-shaped pipe 4 and the detergent delivery cavity 3.
More specifically, when the detergent delivery box is inserted into the detergent delivery cavity 3, the communication port between the water inlet pipe 5 and the detergent delivery cavity 3 is positioned at the rear side of the detergent delivery box, and the communication port between the U-shaped pipe 4 and the detergent delivery cavity 3 is positioned at the lower side of the detergent delivery box. By the arrangement, water is injected into the detergent delivery cavity 3 from the detergent delivery box, and the communication port between the U-shaped pipe 4 and the detergent delivery cavity 3 can be avoided more reliably in the early stage.
The invention also provides a clothes treatment device, comprising the machine body structure of the clothes treatment device.
In the clothes treatment equipment, the detergent delivery cavity 3 is matched with the U-shaped pipe 4 and is used for normal water inflow of the clothes treatment equipment, and because the water inflow time is short and the water inflow amount is small in each steam washing process, the water inflow pipe 5 which is communicated with the detergent delivery cavity 3 and the outer barrel 2 is arranged on the basis of the detergent delivery cavity 3 and the U-shaped pipe 4, so that the U-shaped pipe 4 can be reliably intercepted, the water inflow is ensured to flow into the outer barrel 2 through the water inflow pipe 5 and be blocked by the coverage area of the water-impermeable holes on the inner barrel 1 in the steam washing process, the water inflow into the inner barrel 1 in the water injection process is effectively avoided, the water inflow speed of the inner barrel 1 in the steam washing process is ensured, and the additionally arranged water inflow pipe 5 can also be used for increasing the water inflow speed of the clothes treatment equipment in the normal water inflow process.
In this embodiment, the laundry treatment apparatus provided by the present invention may be a washing machine with a steam washing function or a washing and drying integrated machine, and will not be described herein.
