The third beverage capsule J3 comprises a third capsule shell and a third sealing membrane for sealing the top opening of the third capsule shell, so that after the third beverage capsule J3 is placed in the third brewing cup 3, the bottom puncture needle 31 can puncture the bottom wall of the third capsule shell, after the brewing cup pressure plate 41 is pressed against the third brewing cup 3, the liquid supply puncture needle 42 punctures the third sealing membrane, and then after liquid is input into the third capsule shell, the brewed beverage can flow to the liquid outlet 32 at the bottom wall through a gap formed by the puncture of the bottom puncture needle 31.

1. Brewing apparatus, characterized in that it comprises:
a device body; and
a plurality of capsule brewing cups adapted to different kinds of beverage capsules, respectively, and selectively disposed on the device body;
the device body comprises a brewing cup pressing plate for pressing against the capsule brewing cup and a liquid supply pricker which extends out of the brewing cup pressing plate and is used for extending into the capsule brewing cup;
the plurality of capsule brewing cups comprise a first brewing cup, a first brewing cavity matched with a first beverage capsule and a piercing member which is positioned at the top of the first brewing cavity and used for downwardly piercing the first beverage capsule are arranged in the first brewing cup, and a tearing member used for tearing the first beverage capsule is arranged on the bottom wall of the first brewing cavity;
the first brewing cup comprises an outer brewing cup and an inner brewing cup which pivot mutually, the inner cavity of the inner brewing cup is formed into the first brewing cavity, the tearing piece is arranged on the bottom wall of the cup cavity of the outer brewing cup, the inner brewing cup can pivot between a pivoting opening position and a pivoting closing position relative to the outer brewing cup, the inner brewing cup is positioned in the cup cavity of the outer brewing cup and is reversely buckled on the bottom wall of the cup cavity of the outer brewing cup at the pivoting opening position, and the inner brewing cup is separated from the cup cavity of the outer brewing cup.

Brewery apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the inner brewing cup includes an inner cup body and a pivot bracket, the pivot bracket including a transverse connection extending laterally outward from the inner cup body and beyond a top edge of a peripheral wall of the outer brewing cup, and a pivot arm extending downwardly from an outer end of the transverse connection and provided with an inner cup pivot, the peripheral wall of the outer brewing cup being provided with an outer cup pivot pivotally engaged with the inner cup pivot.
3. The brewing device of claim 2, wherein the pivot mount further comprises a push-on element extending outwardly and downwardly from a bottom end of the pivot arm, a structural reinforcement being provided between the pivot arm and the push-on element.

The brewing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the inner brewing cup further comprises an inner cup cover connected to the inner cup body and used for covering the top end opening of the outer brewing cup, the outer peripheral wall of the inner cup body is in a truncated cone shape, and the inner cavity of the outer brewing cup is formed into a conical cavity with a large top and a small bottom.

The brewing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the inner cup cover comprises an upper cover body portion and a lower cover body portion, the outer diameter of the upper cover body portion and the outer diameter of the lower cover body portion are sequentially reduced from top to bottom, the inner peripheral wall of the top of the outer brewing cup is provided with a lower supporting portion for supporting the peripheral edge portion of the lower cover body portion, the lower supporting portion is in an annular step shape, the annular step surface abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the peripheral edge portion to limit the position in the transverse direction, the brewing cup pressure plate is pressed downwards against the top surface of the upper cover body portion, and the liquid supply needle extends downwards into the inner brewing cup.

The brewing apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the bottom surface of the brewing cup platen is provided with an inner sealing ring surrounding the liquid supply needle, the inner cup cover is provided with a needle passing hole into which the liquid supply needle extends and a top surface inner groove for abutting against the inner sealing ring to form an inner end abutting sealing ring surface, the bottom surface outer periphery of the brewing cup platen is provided with an outer sealing ring extending along the circumferential direction, the outer sealing ring abuts against the outer periphery of the upper cover body part to form an outer end abutting sealing ring surface, and a ring-shaped groove which is recessed downwards and extends along the circumferential direction is formed on the top surface of the inner cup cover body between the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring.

Brewing device according to any one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the peripheral edge of the open end of the inner brewing cup is formed with a downwardly projecting and circumferentially extending annular rib; and/or the peripheral edge of the opening end is provided with an annular notch extending along the peripheral direction.

The brewing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the brewing outer cup comprises an outer cup body and a liquid outlet member detachably connected with the bottom surface of the bottom of the outer cup body, the liquid outlet member and the outer cup body together define a flow gathering chamber, the bottom wall of the outer cup body is formed with an overflowing hole penetrating from the top surface to the bottom surface, the top surface of the bottom wall of the outer cup body is formed with an abutting protrusion serving as the tearing member, and the overflowing hole, the flow gathering chamber and the liquid outlet of the liquid outlet member are sequentially arranged on a flowing path of the liquid flowing out of the first beverage capsule.

Brewing device according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of capsule brewing cups comprises a second brewing cup for receiving a second beverage capsule, wherein a central through opening for protruding a bottom outlet of the second beverage capsule is formed in a central portion of a bottom wall of the second brewing cup.

Brewing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of capsule brewing cups comprises a third brewing cup for receiving a third beverage capsule, the bottom wall of said third brewing cup being provided with a bottom piercing needle projecting upwardly for piercing said third beverage capsule, the bottom wall of said third brewing cup further being provided with a bottom wall liquid outlet.
11. A beverage machine, characterized in that it comprises a brewing device according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
