Abstract
The present invention provides a refrigerator, comprising: the first inner container and the second inner container are vertically stacked; an ice making assembly comprising a water tank; the bracket is arranged on the inner side of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container and is positioned in the compartment of the first inner container, and the bracket is positioned in the middle area of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container; the water tank is arranged on the bracket, so that the water tank is positioned in the middle area of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a refrigerator, and more particularly, to a refrigerator having an ice making assembly.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, more and more refrigerators with automatic ice making function gradually appear on the market. In a commercially available refrigerator with an ice making assembly, the ice making assembly generally comprises a water tank, a water pump, a water pipe assembly and an ice making machine which are sequentially connected, wherein the water tank and the water pump are arranged in a refrigerating chamber, the ice making machine is arranged in a freezing chamber, and the water pipe assembly is communicated with the water pump and the ice making machine so as to convey water in the water tank to the ice making machine for making ice.
The existing refrigerator with the ice making assembly often has the following problems: 1) the water tank is usually fixed at the bottom of the inner container of the refrigerating chamber, so that the space of a fruit and vegetable drawer at the bottom of the refrigerating chamber is occupied, and the problem of compression of the bottom space of the refrigerating chamber is caused; 2) the water pipe assembly between the water tank and the ice maker is generally arranged at the bottom or the back of the refrigerating liner, and no matter the hole is punched from the bottom of the refrigerating liner or the back wall of the refrigerating liner, the water pipe is essentially arranged from the inside of the refrigerator body, so that the problem of occupying the space inside the refrigerator body can be caused; 3) when filling the water tank in the refrigerating chamber, the water tank is usually completely drawn out from the refrigerating chamber and then filled, that is, the water tank is separated from the refrigerator and filled. The water tank after the water injection is put into the refrigerating chamber again, the whole process is complicated, and the water tank is easy to spill when the water injection is excessive.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a refrigerator, which solves the problem that the existing ice making assembly occupies space by reasonably arranging the positions of a water tank and a water pipe assembly; and the problem that the existing water tank is inconvenient to add water is solved by improving the tank body structure of the water tank.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a refrigerator which comprises an ice making assembly, wherein a water tank of the ice making assembly is assembled on one of two opposite side walls of an inner container through a support, so that the space in the vertical direction in a compartment of the inner container is fully utilized, the space at the bottom of the compartment of the inner container is reserved, and the space of a fruit and vegetable drawer at the bottom of a refrigerating chamber is not influenced. In addition, the water pipe assembly matched with the water tank is transferred to the outer side of one of the two opposite side walls of the inner container, so that water is supplied to the side walls.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to embodiments and accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the present invention provides a refrigerator 100, which includes a first inner container 10 and a second inner container 20 stacked up and down, and an ice making assembly, wherein the ice making assembly includes a water pipe assembly 30, a water tank 50, and an ice maker (not shown), and two ends of the water pipe assembly 30 are respectively communicated with the water tank 50 and the ice maker, so as to input water in the water tank 50 into the ice maker to make ice.
The refrigerator 100 further includes a bracket 60, the bracket 60 is disposed inside one of the two opposite sidewalls of the first inner container 10 and located in the compartment of the first inner container 10, and the bracket 60 is located in a middle region of one of the two opposite sidewalls of the first inner container 10; the water tank 50 is mounted on the bracket 60, so that the water tank 50 is mounted in the middle area of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container 10, the space in the up-down direction of the compartment of the first inner container 10 is fully utilized, and the space at the bottom of the compartment of the first inner container 10 is reserved, thereby not affecting the space of the fruit and vegetable drawer at the bottom of the refrigerating compartment.
In other embodiments of the invention, the water tank can also be arranged at the upper middle area of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container through the bracket and the embedded part.
As shown in fig. 7 to 11, the refrigerator 100 further includes an embedded part 40, the embedded part 40 is disposed outside one of two opposite sidewalls of the first inner container 10; the embedded part 40 and the bracket 60 are assembled with each other and are fixed together to one of the two opposite side walls of the first liner 10.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, and 7 to 11, the embedded part 40 is coupled to an outer side of one of two opposite side walls of the first liner 10, for example, the embedded part 40 is mounted to an outer side of the left side wall 11, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the invention, the embedded part is assembled on the outer side of the right side wall, the bracket is assembled on the inner side of the right side wall, and the embedded part and the bracket are mutually assembled and jointly fixed on the right side wall of the first inner container.
A first opening 42, a second opening 43 and a third opening 44 are provided on a surface of the embedment 40 on the side toward the left side wall 11; the left sidewall 11 is provided with a corresponding first through hole 111, a second through hole 112 and a third through hole 113; the fixing portion 61 of the bracket 60 is close to the left sidewall 11, and one side of the fixing portion 61 facing the left sidewall 11 is correspondingly provided with an engaging portion 611, a positioning portion 612 and a locking hole 613; the clamping portion 611 passes through the first through hole 111 and is clamped with the first opening 42, so that the displacement of the bracket 60 and the embedded part 40 in the vertical direction is limited; the positioning part 612 passes through the second through hole 112 to be accommodated in the second opening hole 43, so that the displacement of the bracket 60 and the embedded part 40 in the front-back direction is limited; the locking hole 613, the third through hole 113 and the third opening 44 are aligned with each other, and are locked to the locking hole 613, the third through hole 113 and the third opening 44 by locking members such as bolts, so that the displacement of the bracket 60 and the embedded part 40 in the left-right direction is limited; so far, the displacement of the bracket 60 and the embedded part 40 in the three-dimensional directions of up-down, front-back and left-right is limited, and the mutual assembly of the bracket 60 and the embedded part 40 is completed.
In this embodiment, the first through hole 111 is close to the rear wall of the first inner container 10, and the third through hole 113 is close to the front side opening of the first inner container 10; the second through hole 112 is located between the first through hole 111 and the third through hole 113. Preferably, the second through hole 112 is disposed adjacent to the third through hole 113. Since the third through hole 113 is close to the front side opening of the first liner 10, the third opening 44 of the embedded part 40 and the locking hole 613 of the fixing part 61 of the bracket 60 are respectively close to the front side opening of the first liner 10, which facilitates the locking operation of the locking members such as bolts during the locking assembly process of the bracket 60, the left side wall 11 and the embedded part 40.
In this embodiment, the front side of the first inner container 10 is open toward the user.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3 to 7, the water pipe assembly 30 is disposed outside one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container 10, for example, the water pipe assembly 30 is disposed outside the left side wall 11. The water pipe assembly 30 includes a water supply pipe 31 and a connection water pipe 33 at a lower end of the water supply pipe 31; the connection water pipe 33 is communicated with a water inlet pipe 71 extending out toward the first inner container 10 on the fitting 70 at the top of the second inner container 20.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, a hook 331 and a recess 332 are provided on the end of the connection water pipe 33 facing the water inlet pipe 71; the end of the water inlet pipe 71 facing the connecting water pipe 33 is provided with a clamping groove 711 and a convex part 712; wherein, the hook 331 is inserted into the slot 711, so that the displacement of the connection water pipe 33 and the water inlet pipe 71 in the axial direction is limited; and the convex portion 712 is fitted into the concave portion 332 so that the displacement of the connection water pipe 33 and the water inlet pipe 71 in the radial direction is restricted; the assembly of the connection water pipe 33 and the water inlet pipe 71 is completed.
The displacement in the axial direction is restricted, meaning that the separation does not occur in the longitudinal direction of the connecting water pipe 33 and the water inlet pipe 71; the displacement in the radial direction is restricted, meaning that the connecting water pipe 33 and the water inlet pipe 71 cannot rotate relatively.
The connection water pipe 33 is bent in a substantially L-shape, and a portion of the connection water pipe 33 remote from the water supply pipe 31 is inserted into the pipe of the inlet pipe 71. The rubber ring 80 is sleeved on a part of the surface of the connection water pipe 33 inserted into the water inlet pipe 71, and the rubber ring 80 elastically contacts the outer pipe wall of the connection water pipe 33 and the inner pipe wall of the water inlet pipe 71 to fill a gap between the outer pipe wall of the connection water pipe 33 and the inner tank wall of the water inlet pipe 71, so as to prevent water from overflowing from the joint of the connection water pipe 33 and the water inlet pipe 71.
Preferably, a concave portion is formed on the outer wall of the connection water pipe 33 corresponding to the rubber ring 80, and the rubber ring 80 is embedded in the concave portion.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the other end of the hook 331 is provided with a holding portion 333, the holding portion 333 extends toward a side away from the inlet pipe 71, and the holding portion 333 is convenient for a user to hold and facilitates assembly and disassembly of the hook 331 when a force is applied in a radial direction.
Further, the holding portion 333 and the hook 331 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the first flange 334 on the connecting tube 33, the hook 331 is located on one side of the first flange 334 facing the water inlet tube 71, and the holding portion 33 is located on one side of the first flange 334 away from the water inlet tube 71.
The water inlet pipe 71 is provided with a second flange 713, and the clamping groove 711 is positioned at the inner edge of the second flange 713; the convex portion 712 is located at the outer edge of the second flange 713; wherein the inner edge is connected to the outer pipe wall of the water inlet pipe 71; the boss 712 protrudes toward the first flange 334.
In this embodiment, the first flange 334 and the second flange 713 are substantially circular, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the present invention, the first flange and the second flange are respectively disposed around the outer pipe wall of the connection water pipe and the outer pipe wall of the water inlet pipe, and the shape may be any shape.
In a preferred embodiment, the first flange 334 is integrally formed with the connecting tube 33, and the second flange 713 is integrally formed with the inlet tube 71.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the outside of the water supply pipe 31 is covered with a bellows pipe 32, wherein a connection water pipe 33 is integrally formed with the lower end of the water supply pipe 31, and the connection water pipe 33 is penetrated out from the lower end of the bellows pipe 32 to be assembled with the water supply pipe 71.
Preferably, the upper end of the corrugated tube 32 is provided with a rubber plug 321, and the rubber plug 321 is fixed to the through hole 41 of the embedded part 40, so that the corrugated tube 32 is fixed to the left side wall 11 of the first inner container 10.
Compared with the pipeline structure that the existing water pipe assembly is arranged on the rear wall or the bottom of the inner container, the water pipe assembly of the ice maker is arranged along the side wall of the box body (or the inner container), so that the space of the refrigerating inner container and the freezing inner container is saved.
As shown in fig. 2, 9, 12 to 14, the water tank 50 is slidably mounted on the bottom plate 62 of the bracket 60, and a first stopper 621 is provided on a surface of the bottom plate 62 facing the water tank 50; the bottom 51 of the water tank 50 protrudes the second stopper 52 toward the bottom plate 62; wherein the second stopper portion 52 is located at the rear side of the first stopper portion 621 such that the displacement of the water tank 50 in the front and rear direction is restricted.
In this embodiment, the rear side of the first stopper 621 refers to a side of the first stopper 621 away from the front side opening of the first inner container 10.
The rear side of the water tank 50 is provided with a groove 53; the rear side of the bracket 60 is provided with a water pump assembly 63, and the front side of the water pump assembly 63 is provided with a buckle 631; wherein the catch 631 is engaged in the groove 53 so that the displacement of the water tank 50 in the front-rear direction is restricted.
The bottom 51 of the water tank 50 further includes an edge protrusion 55 thereon, the edge protrusion 55 protruding from the edge of the bottom 51 toward the bottom plate 62 between the fixing portion 61 and the first stopper 621 such that the displacement of the water tank 50 in the left and right direction is restricted.
In this embodiment, the edge projections 55 are a pair, which project from opposite left and right side edges of the bottom 51 toward the bottom plate 62 of the bracket 60. The first stopper 621 is, for example, a rectangular-shaped projection formed on the surface of the base plate 62.
As shown in fig. 9 and 14, a sliding groove 614 is provided on a surface of the fixing portion 61 of the bracket 60 facing the water tank 50; a slider 56 is provided on a surface of the water tank 50 on a side toward the fixing portion 61, wherein the slider 56 is received in the slide groove 614 so that the displacement of the water tank 50 in the up-down direction is restricted.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the bottom 51 of the water tank 50 further includes a third stopper 57, the third stopper 57 and the second stopper 52 are spaced apart from each other, the third stopper 57 is opened away from the front side of the first inner container 10, and the second stopper 52 is opened close to the front side of the first inner container 10.
When water needs to be filled into the water tank 50, the front end of the water tank 50 close to the front opening of the first liner 10 is lifted, so that the second stop part 52 is lifted relative to the first stop part 621, the front end of the water tank 50 is pulled, the slide block 56 slides in the slide groove 614, the second stop part 52 goes over the first stop part 621, the water tank 50 is pulled out of the compartment of the first liner 10 from the front opening of the first liner 10 until the third stop part 57 is stopped by the first stop part 621, the water tank 50 stops sliding, and the water tank 50 is in a state that the water tank 50 is not completely pulled out of the compartment.
Since the water tank 50 is not completely pulled out of the compartment of the first inner container 10, the relatively stable assembling relationship between the water tank 50 and the bracket 60 is maintained, and in this state, the cap 54 at the top of the water tank 50 is removed to expose the water filling port and fill the water into the water tank 50. This approach facilitates user usage, the water tank 50 remains relatively fixed to the refrigerator throughout, reduces contamination due to water being drawn completely out of the water tank to get water, and also avoids spillage during handling when the water tank is overfilled.
In summary, the invention provides a refrigerator, which comprises an ice making assembly, wherein a water tank of the ice making assembly is assembled on one of two opposite side walls of an inner container through a support, so that the space in the vertical direction in a compartment of the inner container is fully utilized, and the space at the bottom of the compartment of the inner container is reserved, thereby not influencing the space of a fruit and vegetable drawer at the bottom of a refrigerating chamber. In addition, the water pipe assembly matched with the water tank is transferred to the outer side of one of the two opposite side walls of the inner container, so that water is supplied to the side walls.

an ice making assembly comprising a water tank; and
the bracket is arranged on the inner side of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container and is positioned in the compartment of the first inner container, and the bracket is positioned in the middle area of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container;
the water tank is arranged on the bracket, so that the water tank is positioned in the middle area of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container.
2. The refrigerator according to claim 1, further comprising an embedded part disposed at an outer side of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container; the embedded part and the bracket are mutually assembled and are jointly fixed on one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container.
3. The refrigerator according to claim 2, wherein a first opening, a second opening, and a third opening are provided on a surface of the embedment member on a side facing the bracket; one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container is provided with a corresponding first through hole, a second through hole and a third through hole; the bracket comprises a fixing part, and a clamping part, a positioning part and a lock hole are arranged on the surface of one side, facing the embedded part, of the fixing part; the clamping part penetrates through the first through hole and is clamped with the first opening hole, so that the displacement of the bracket and the embedded part in the vertical direction is limited; the positioning part penetrates through the second through hole to be accommodated in the second opening hole, so that the displacement of the bracket and the embedded part in the front-back direction is limited; the lock hole, the third through hole and the third opening are aligned with each other, and the locking piece is locked in the lock hole, the third through hole and the third opening, so that the displacement of the bracket and the embedded part in the left-right direction is limited.
4. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 3, wherein the third opening, the third through hole and the locking hole are respectively adjacent to a front side opening of the first inner container.
5. The refrigerator according to claim 4, wherein the first through hole is close to a rear wall of the first inner container, and the second through hole is located between the first through hole and the third through hole.
6. The refrigerator of claim 2, wherein the ice making assembly further comprises a water pipe assembly including a water supply pipe and a connection water pipe at a lower end of the water supply pipe; the connecting water pipe is communicated with a water inlet pipe extending out of the assembly part at the top of the second inner container towards the first inner container; wherein, the water pipe assembly is arranged at the outer side of one of the two opposite side walls of the first inner container.

The refrigerator as claimed in claim 6, wherein a hook and a recess are provided on an end of the connection water pipe facing the inlet water pipe; the end part of the water inlet pipe facing the connecting water pipe is provided with a clamping groove and a convex part; the clamping hook is inserted into the clamping groove, so that the displacement of the connecting water pipe and the water inlet pipe in the axial direction is limited; the convex portion is fitted into the concave portion so that displacement of the connection water pipe and the water inlet pipe in a radial direction is restricted.
8. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 7, wherein a portion of the connection water pipe remote from the water supply pipe is inserted into a pipe of the water inlet pipe; the rubber ring is sleeved on the outer pipe wall of the connecting water pipe inserted into the water inlet pipe, and the rubber ring is in elastic contact with the outer pipe wall and the inner pipe wall of the water inlet pipe.

The refrigerator as claimed in claim 7, wherein the connecting pipe has a first flange and a holding portion, the holding portion and the hook are disposed at opposite sides of the first flange, the hook extends toward the inlet pipe, and the holding portion extends toward a side away from the inlet pipe.

The refrigerator according to claim 9, wherein a second flange is provided on the inlet pipe, and the engaging groove is located at an inner edge of the second flange; the convex part is positioned at the outer edge of the second flanging; wherein, the inner edge is connected to the outer pipe wall of the water inlet pipe, and the convex part protrudes towards the first flanging.

The refrigerator as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water pipe assembly further includes a bellows, the bellows is sleeved outside the water supply pipe, and two ends of the water supply pipe respectively penetrate through two ends of the bellows, wherein a rubber plug is disposed at an upper end of the bellows, and the rubber plug is fixed in the through hole of the embedded part, so that the bellows is fixed to the first inner container.
12. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the ice-making assembly further comprises a water tank slidably mounted to the bracket; the bottom plate of the bracket protrudes a first stop part towards the surface of one side of the bottom of the water tank; the bottom of the water tank protrudes towards the bottom plate of the support to form a second stop part and a third stop part which are arranged at intervals, the second stop part is close to the front opening of the first inner container, and the third stop part is far away from the front opening of the first inner container; when the water tank and the bracket are assembled, the first stop part is positioned on the front side of the second stop part, and the front side of the second stop part is opened towards the front side of the first inner container; when the water tank slides out along the support and is not completely pulled out of the compartment of the first inner container, the first stop part is positioned on the front side of the third stop part, and the front side of the third stop part is opened towards the front side of the first inner container.
13. The refrigerator of claim 12, wherein the first stopper is a chevron-shaped projection.
