Example 1:
referring to fig. 2 to 7, a method for removing an existing canopy of an elevated operation subway station according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s1, building extension platforms on two sides of an outer edge rail running area of the overhead operation subway.
The construction method of the extension supporting platform 30 comprises the following steps: firstly building a foundation for the extension supporting platform 30, then building columns, beams and panels of the extension supporting platform 30, and completing construction of the extension supporting platform 30 on two sides according to the procedures.
When the side platform 50 needs to be expanded outside the existing platform 121, a section 51 of the side platform can be constructed outside the existing platform 121, and the extension supporting platform 30 is connected with the section 51 of the side platform to form an integral supporting platform, so that the door type truss car unit group 20 can be conveniently hoisted. Preferably, running rails are provided on the extension support platform 30 and the side platform section 51, and the door type truss unit group 20 can move along the running rails.
And S2, building a door type truss vehicle unit group 20 outside the extension platform, hanging the door type truss vehicle unit group 20 on the extension platform, and moving the door type truss vehicle unit group 20 to a position above the existing canopy 13 along the extension platform.
The door type truss vehicle unit group 20 comprises a cross beam 21, a vertical column 22, a traveling mechanism 23, a protective shed 24 and a hoisting mechanism 25. A number of cross beams 21 are arranged horizontally to form a roof structure. A plurality of columns 22 are installed at both ends of the cross member 21, and the top ends of the columns 22 are connected to the ends of the cross member 21 to support the cross member 21. The running mechanism 23 is arranged at the bottom end of the upright post 22, and the running mechanism 23 is used for driving the whole truss to move. The protection shed 24 is mounted on the beam 21. The hoisting mechanism 25 is mounted on the inside top surface of the portal frame girder. Through the structure, the plurality of cross beams 21, the upright columns 22 and the traveling mechanism 23 jointly form the portal frame truss vehicle with the preset length, and the protective shed 24 is used for carrying out upward protection on the portal frame truss vehicle. The running gear 23 can be a running carriage of a conventional truss.
In the door type truss car unit group 20, the hoisting mechanism 25 comprises a hoisting track 251 and an electric hoist 252, wherein the hoisting track 251 is arranged on the inner top surface of the door type frame truss car; the electric hoist 252 is arranged on the hanging rail 251 in a matching manner, the electric hoist 252 can move along the hanging rail 251, and the electric hoist 252 is used for hanging and moving old canopy dismantling unit blocks. In one example, the hanging rails 251 are provided in two numbers, respectively, on both sides of the inner top of the portal frame girder, and are provided along the length direction of the portal frame girder.
In the portal type truss vehicle unit group 20, the distance between the upright columns 22 at two sides is greater than the distance between the edges at two sides of the subway rail 122, and the height of the portal type frame truss vehicle is greater than that of the existing canopy 13. An inclined reinforcing plate 27 is connected between the upright post 22 and the cross beam 21 to improve the structural strength of the whole truss. The side at portal frame purlin car also is equipped with protection canopy 24, and side and top surface all have protection canopy 24 about so purlin car, can make portal frame purlin car form a relatively confined whole, and then improve the protective effect.
It should be noted that since the door truss unit 20 is eccentrically pressed on the side platform section 51, a "counter bracing" measure is added to ensure the structural safety. The specific setting method comprises the following steps: in this embodiment, the wheel 73 of the door type truss car unit 20 presses 15t, which acts on the track base, and is transmitted to the ground through the side platform section 51 and the temporary anti-support column 511. The steel pipe support 630 is arranged at a distance of 10mm as a counter support column 511, and the distance corresponds to the platform cantilever.
And S3, splitting the existing canopy 13 into canopy unit blocks.
Before the existing canopy 13 is dismantled, a lamp bracket support is firstly built on the existing platform 121, and the dynamic lighting lamp, the guide mark, the weak current system terminal equipment and the distribution line pipe equipment are moved to the lamp bracket support by a steel truss of the existing canopy 13; and then, the existing canopy 13 is disassembled into all canopy disassembling unit blocks, for example, roof tiles and connecting rods between the hanging sections of the existing canopy 13 are manually disassembled.
And S4, sequentially hoisting the rainshed unit blocks by using the door-type truss vehicle unit group 20, walking to the end part of the extension platform, and integrally hoisting the door-type truss vehicle unit group 20 to the ground and then disassembling.
Specifically, each canopy split unit block is hoisted and divided by using the door-type truss vehicle unit group 20, specifically, the corresponding positions of each canopy split unit block and the door-type truss vehicle unit group 20 are hoisted and fixed, and finally the canopy split unit block travels to the end of the extension supporting platform 30, and the door-type truss vehicle unit group 20 is hoisted integrally to the ground by using a 400t crawler crane for construction in a dismantling manner. When each segment is hoisted, the hoisting position can be adjusted through the hoisting track 251 and the electric hoist 252.
According to the invention, the extension platforms are built on two sides of the rail outer edge rail running area, the extension platforms are used as a supporting foundation of the portal type truss vehicle unit group 20, when the existing canopy 13 is removed, the portal type truss vehicle unit group 20 can quickly slide the removed existing canopy 13 section to the outside of the extension supporting platform 30 in a subsection mode, and the canopy is integrally hoisted to the outside of the subway rail 122 for disassembly and fine disassembly, so that the removal efficiency of the existing canopy 13 is improved. The invention can carry out construction under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the subway, and has the advantages of less construction difficulty, shortened construction period, saved construction cost and the like.
In addition, in order to protect the track section during construction, referring to fig. 13 and 14, a safety guard 70 including a fender 71, a frame 72, and wheels 73 is provided at the track section. The protection plate 71 is plate-shaped and mainly plays a role of protecting the rail traveling area. And a frame 72 for supporting the fender 71, wherein the top end of the frame 72 is connected to the fender 71. The wheels 73 play a role of moving the protection plate 71, the wheels 73 are installed at the bottom end of the frame 72, and the wheels 73, namely two rows of wheels 73, are arranged at the bottom ends of the two sides of the frame 72, the two rows of wheels 73 are respectively matched with the two rails of the rail running area (the wheels 73 are in contact with the surfaces of the rails during work), and the wheels 73 can move along the rails, so that the protection plate 71 can move in the rail running area. In this embodiment, the protection plate 71 may be made of a non-metal material.
Further, the protection device 70 further comprises a limiting mechanism 74, the limiting mechanism 74 comprises a limiting rod 741, and the limiting rod 741 is vertically arranged at a side position of the wheel 73, so that the transverse movement of the protection device 70 is limited between the surfaces of the two rails. Specifically, the limiting mechanism 74 can act as a limit to prevent the device from falling off the rail when it is moved. In general, a certain gap is left between the limiting rod 741 and the side surface of the rail, so as to prevent the contact friction force from obstructing the movement of the protection device 70. The upper end of the stopper rod 741 may be connected to the carriage 72.
Further, the limiting mechanism 74 further includes a limiting roller 742, the limiting roller 742 is sleeved on the limiting rod 741, the limiting roller 742 can rotate relative to the limiting rod 741, rolling friction is formed when the protective device 70 contacts with the side surface of the rail, and moving resistance can be effectively reduced.
Furthermore, the material of limiting roller 742 is insulating material, so that electric shock can be avoided, and the safety of the device is improved.
Further, the two limiting rods 741 are disposed between the wheels 73 on two sides. Specifically, a limiting rod 741 is disposed inside each wheel 73, and the limiting rod 741 is close to the inside of the rail to prevent the wheel 73 from being separated from the rail. It should be noted that the limiting rod 741 may also be arranged outside the side wheels 73, i.e. near the outer side of the rail.
Further, both sides of the shielding plate 71 extend to the platform surface. Specifically, both side surfaces of the protection plate 71 extend to the upper surface of the platform, so that the protection plate 71 can protect the construction safety of the rail running area as much as possible, and the protection effect is better than that of the mode that the protection plate 71 is positioned in the rail running area.
Furthermore, the wheels 73 are insulating rubber wheels, so that electric shock can be avoided, and the safety of the device is improved. In this embodiment, the material of the wheel 73 may be resin or insulating glue. In this embodiment, the wheels 73 may also have a braking function, so as to be conveniently fixed at any time. Of course, for better fixation, a stop wedge may be installed on the wheel 73 side after the device is moved into position.
The use method of the protection device 70 comprises the following steps: when the skylight point is constructed, the protective device 70 is arranged on the rail running area, and the wheels 73 are in contact with the surface of the rail, so that the rail running area at the construction position can be effectively protected. When the construction site is moved, the protection can be performed by moving the protection device 70 to the corresponding position.
The above-mentioned guard device 70 has the advantages that: this protector 70 includes guard plate 71, frame 72 and wheel 73, and when constructing above subway station rail row district, can place this protector 70 on the rail of subway to make wheel 73 be located on the rail, this protector 70 can protect the rail row district not influenced by the construction this moment, can adjust its guard position according to the construction position again. The protection device 70 has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, strong practicability and the like, and is particularly suitable for protecting the rail row area from being influenced during construction.

In the door type truss car unit group 20, the hoisting mechanism 25 comprises a hoisting track 251 and an electric hoist 252, wherein the hoisting track 251 is arranged on the inner top surface of the door type frame truss car; the electric hoist 252 is installed on the hanging rail 251 in a matching manner, the electric hoist 252 can move along the hanging rail 251, and the electric hoist 252 is used for hanging and moving old canopy dismantling unit blocks. In one example, two hanging rails 251 are provided, which are respectively disposed on both sides of the inner top of the portal frame girder vehicle and are disposed along the length direction of the portal frame girder vehicle.
In the portal type truss vehicle unit group 20, the distance between the upright posts 22 at two sides is greater than the distance between the edges at two sides of the subway rail 122, and the height of the portal type frame truss vehicle is greater than that of the existing canopy 13. It should be noted that the transverse distance of the portal frame truss should be slightly less than the distance between the sides of the newly created rainshed 40 and the height should be slightly less than the height of the newly created rainshed 40. In one example, the main structure of the station of the existing elevated operation subway station 10 has a height of 21 meters, a width of 17.7m, a length of 120m, and a single width of 21m, a length of 12m, and a height of 8.2m.
In the door type truss unit 20, an oblique reinforcing plate 27 is connected between the upright column 22 and the cross beam 21 to improve the structural strength of the whole truss. A support jig 26 is provided on the upper top surface of the protection shed 24, and the support jig 26 is used to support a new rain shed assembly unit block.
The specific setting method comprises the following steps: in this embodiment, the wheels 73 of the door type truss car unit set 20 press 15t, which acts on the track base, and is transmitted to the ground through the side type platform section 51 and the temporary anti-support column 511. The steel pipe support 630 is arranged at a distance of 10mm as a counter support column 511, and the distance corresponds to the platform cantilever.
And S5, hanging the new canopy assembly unit blocks onto the door-type truss vehicle unit group 20, moving the door-type truss vehicle unit group 20 to a preset position, and assembling the canopy assembly unit blocks to form a new canopy 40.
And (3) hanging the new canopy assembly unit blocks to the door-type truss vehicle unit group 20, moving the door-type truss vehicle unit group 20 to a preset position, and assembling all the canopy assembly unit blocks to form a new canopy 40. It should be noted that the aforementioned canopy assembly unit block refers to a plurality of unit blocks into which a new canopy is divided, each unit block is disposed on one of the portal truss vehicle unit groups 20, and the canopy assembly unit blocks above the subway rail 122 are sequentially slid section by the plurality of portal truss vehicle unit groups 20 to a predetermined position for assembly.
When assembling the new canopy 40, the door type truss unit group 20 can be used as a temporary protection shed 24 to isolate the new canopy 40 from the subway operation area, so that the construction safety is ensured, and the normal operation of the subway can be ensured. In addition, the portal truss unit group 20 can rapidly transport each canopy assembly unit block of the newly-built canopy 40 to the upper side of the subway platform for assembly, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the newly-built canopy 40.
In addition, when hoisting the canopy assembly unit blocks, the canopy assembly unit blocks can be arranged on the supporting jig frames 26 on the protection shed 24, and the canopy assembly unit blocks are arranged at the pre-assembly positions by adjusting the positions and the heights of the supporting jig frames 26, so that the assembly efficiency of a new canopy is improved.
S6, splitting the existing canopy 13 into canopy split unit blocks, hoisting and sliding the canopy split unit blocks to the extension supporting platform 30 by the door type truss vehicle unit group 20, and hoisting the canopy split unit blocks to the outside of the extension supporting platform 30 to be split integrally.
Before the existing canopy 13 is removed, a lamp bracket support is firstly built on the existing platform 121, and the dynamic lighting lamp, the guide mark, the weak current system terminal equipment and the distribution line pipe equipment thereof are moved to the lamp bracket support by a steel truss of the existing canopy 13; then, the existing canopy 13 is split into the canopy splitting unit blocks, for example, roof tiles and connection rods between the hoisting sections of the existing canopy 13 are manually removed, then the door-type truss vehicle unit groups 20 are used for hoisting and fixing the sections, specifically, the canopy splitting unit blocks are hoisted and fixed at corresponding positions of the door-type truss vehicle unit groups 20, finally, the canopy splitting unit blocks are moved to the extending support platform 30, and the door-type truss vehicle unit groups 20 are integrally hoisted to the ground by using a 400t crawler crane for construction in a split mode. Specifically, when each segment is hoisted, the hoisting position can be adjusted through the hoisting track 251 and the electric hoist 252.
