Referring to fig. 1 to 7, which are schematic structural views of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the drawings, the LED strip lamp end cap assembling apparatus includes a frame 100, and an aluminum bottom conveying mechanism, an end cap assembling mechanism, an end cap transferring mechanism, and a positioning mechanism, which are disposed on the frame.
The aluminum bottom conveying mechanism is arranged on the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism, the end cover conveying mechanism is arranged on one side of the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism and used for conveying the end cover 900 towards the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism, and the positioning and clamping mechanism is used for clamping and fixing the aluminum bottom 900 to be assembled conveyed by the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism and enabling the aluminum bottom 900 to be assembled to be arranged in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism.
The end cover assembling mechanism is arranged between the end cover conveying mechanism and the positioning and clamping mechanism and used for pushing the end cover 900 into the end part of the aluminum bottom 900 clamped and fixed by the positioning and clamping mechanism for assembling, and the end cover transferring mechanism is used for transferring the end cover 900 on the end cover conveying mechanism to the end cover assembling mechanism.
The aluminum bottom conveying mechanism conveys the aluminum bottom to be assembled to a position where the aluminum bottom to be assembled is opposite to the end cover assembling mechanism, the end cover conveying mechanism conveys the end cover 900 on the end cover conveying mechanism to the end cover assembling mechanism, the end cover assembling mechanism pushes the end cover 900 into the end part of the end corresponding to the aluminum bottom 901 to be assembled to complete the assembly of the end cover 900 and the aluminum bottom 901, the assembled aluminum bottom 901 is moved away by the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism, after the end cover 900 at one end of the aluminum bottom 901 is assembled, the process is repeated to assemble the end cover 900 at the other end, the whole process does not need manual operation, the automation degree is high, the assembling speed is high, and the assembling quality is stable.
Specifically, the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism comprises a positioning clamping mechanism arranged opposite to the end cover assembling mechanism, a feeding assembly used for conveying the aluminum bottom to be assembled to the positioning clamping mechanism, and a discharging assembly used for conveying the aluminum bottom assembled on the positioning clamping mechanism.
Specifically, the positioning and clamping mechanism includes a first clamping cylinder 11 capable of clamping two sides of the aluminum bottom 901 and a lifting cylinder 12 capable of driving the first clamping cylinder 11 to lift.
The feeding mechanism comprises a first slide rail 13, a first driving chain 14 arranged along the first slide rail 13, and a second clamping cylinder 15 which is arranged on the first slide rail 13 and can be driven by the first driving chain 14, the aluminum bottom 901 to be assembled is conveyed to the upper side of the first clamping cylinder 11 by the second clamping cylinder 15, the first clamping cylinder 11 is driven by a lifting cylinder 12 to ascend, and the aluminum bottom 901 to be assembled is clamped and lifted so as to be convenient for the second clamping cylinder 15 to move, it should be noted that, when the first clamping cylinder 11 clamps the aluminum bottom 901 to be assembled, the second clamping cylinder 15 loosens clamping, and after the aluminum bottom 901 is lifted by the first clamping cylinder 11, the second clamping cylinder 15 moves and resets to convey the next group of aluminum bottoms 901.
The blanking mechanism comprises a second slide rail 16, a second driving chain 17 arranged along the second slide rail 16, and a third clamping cylinder 18 which is arranged on the second slide rail 16 and can be driven by the second driving chain 17, after the third clamping cylinder 18 moves to the position below the assembled aluminum bottom 901, the first clamping cylinder 11 is driven by the lifting cylinder 12 to descend so that the third clamping cylinder 18 clamps the assembled aluminum bottom 901 and conveys along the second slide rail 16, it needs to be noted that when the third clamping cylinder 18 clamps the aluminum bottom 901, the clamping of the first clamping cylinder 11 is released, and the descending height of the lifting cylinder 12 needs to meet the condition that the aluminum bottom 901 is not blocked from moving.
In this embodiment, the end cover transfer mechanism includes a screw rod module 41 disposed perpendicular to the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism, a supporting arm 42 driven by the screw rod module 41 to move back and forth in a direction perpendicular to the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism, and a fourth clamping cylinder 43 disposed on the supporting arm 42, the fourth clamping cylinder 43 transfers the end cover 900 gripped on the end cover conveying mechanism to the end cover assembling mechanism, and the screw rod module 41 includes a driving motor, a screw rod, and the like. Of course, according to the arrangement direction of the end caps 900 on the end cap conveying mechanism, the rotary cylinder 44 may be disposed on the supporting arm 42, the fourth clamping cylinder 43 may be disposed on the rotary cylinder 44, and the end caps may be rotated by a certain angle by the rotary cylinder 44 and then placed on the end cap assembling mechanism.
In this embodiment, the end cover assembling mechanism includes a linear cylinder 31 arranged perpendicular to the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism and a fifth clamping cylinder 32 driven by the linear cylinder 31 to move back and forth in a direction perpendicular to the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism, and the end cover 900 is clamped and fixed by the fifth clamping cylinder 32 and pushed into the corresponding end of the aluminum bottom 901 to be assembled under the driving of the linear cylinder 31.
In order to facilitate the aluminum bottom 901 to be assembled to be more accurately arranged in the assembling position, one side, far away from the end cover assembling mechanism, of the aluminum bottom conveying mechanism is provided with a pushing cylinder 5 which can push the corresponding end part of the aluminum bottom 901 to be assembled, so that the end part of the aluminum bottom 901 can be pushed to enable the aluminum bottom 901 to be arranged in a standard assembling position, on the other hand, when the end cover 900 pushes the end part of the aluminum bottom 901, the aluminum bottom 901 can be prevented from moving towards the end part far away from the end cover 900, therefore, the clamping force of the first clamping cylinder 11 is reduced, and the two sides of the aluminum bottom 901 are prevented from.
In this embodiment, the end cover conveying mechanism includes a feeder 21, a conveying channel 22 connected to the feeder 21 for conveying the end cover 900, and an end cover separating assembly 23 disposed at an end of the conveying channel 22, the end cover separating assembly 23 is provided with a placing groove 231, the end cover 900 from the conveying channel 22 sequentially enters the placing groove 231 to be placed and waits to be grabbed by the end cover conveying mechanism, the feeder 21 is disposed in a spiral track, after the end cover 900 is placed therein, the feeder 21 slowly rotates and spirally raises the end cover 900 along the spiral track under the action of centrifugal force to be conveyed to the conveying track 22, and since the structure is a conventional design, detailed analysis and display of corresponding structures and characters are not performed here.
