The bracket 12 includes a first mounting plate 121, a second mounting plate 122, a pressure plate 123, and a support post 124. Referring to fig. 3, the jig plate 20 is used for fixing the workpiece. The jig plate 20 is provided with a positioning column 21, and the positioning column 21 is used for limiting the workpiece, so that the workpiece is prevented from deviating during pressing. In this embodiment, the jig plate 20 is provided with a plurality of positioning columns 21, and the positions of the positioning columns 21 can be matched with the pressed workpiece as required. In order to fix the workpiece, an adsorption structure (not shown) is disposed on the jig plate 20, the adsorption structure includes an adsorption hole 22, an adsorption tube (not shown) and an adsorption piece 23, the adsorption hole 22 is disposed on the jig plate 20, the adsorption tube is disposed in the jig plate 20 and corresponds to the adsorption hole 22, and the adsorption tube is connected to the adsorption piece 23. When the workpiece needs to be fixed, the workpiece is disposed at the position of the adsorption hole 22, the adsorption piece 23 is connected to an external adsorption device, and if a vacuum-pumping device performs vacuum-pumping, the workpiece is adsorbed through the adsorption hole 22 and is fixed on the jig plate 20.
Preferably, the jig plate 20 is further provided with a connecting block 24, the connecting block 24 is disposed on one side of the jig plate 20 close to the pushing mechanism 50, and the jig plate 20 is connected to the pushing mechanism 50 through the connecting block 24.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the size of the jig plate 20 may be adjusted according to the workpiece to be pressed, or the area on the jig plate 20 for fixing the workpiece, such as the whole area of the suction hole 22, may be adjusted. The positioning post 21 can also be positioned according to a specific workpiece to restrain the workpiece. In order to fix the workpiece, the fixing manner is not limited to the above-mentioned adsorption structure, but may be other manners, such as a magnetic attraction structure, a pressing structure, and the like. The manner of fixing the workpiece may be such as to achieve a structure that performs an equivalent function or function to the above-described adsorption structure.
Referring to fig. 3, the control module 30 includes a controller 31 and an electromagnetic valve 32, one end of the electromagnetic valve 32 is connected to the controller 31, and the other end of the electromagnetic valve 32 is connected to the pushing mechanism 50 and the pressing mechanism 60, respectively. The specific connection manner between the controller 31 and the electromagnetic valve 32 is common in the prior art, and is not described herein again. Similarly, the electromagnetic valve 32 is connected to the pushing mechanism 50 and the pressing mechanism 60 through an air tube (not shown) in a conventional manner, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted. In this embodiment, the controller 31 may also perform a delay setting. After the automatic laminating device 100 is powered on, the controller 31 and the electromagnetic valve 32 are activated by the first button 111, so that the pushing mechanism 50 and the laminating mechanism 60 operate.
Referring to fig. 3, the sliding mechanism 40 includes a sliding rail 41 and a sliding block 42 matched with the sliding rail 41, the sliding rail 41 is disposed on the base 11, and the sliding block 42 is connected to the lower end surface of the jig plate 20, so that the jig plate 20 moves on the base 11 through the sliding mechanism 40.
Referring to fig. 3, the pushing mechanism 50 is disposed on the first mounting plate 121, and specifically, the pushing mechanism 50 includes the first driving member 51 and the sensor 52. The first driving member 51 includes a first telescopic rod 511, the first driving member 51 is connected to the connecting block 24 of the jig plate 20 through the first telescopic rod 511, so that the first driving member 51 is connected to the jig plate 20, and further, the first driving member 51 is connected to the electromagnetic valve 32 through an air pipe, so that the jig plate 20 can be driven to move under the control of the control module 30. The sensor 52 is configured to sense the position information of the jig plate, and transmit the sensed information to the controller 31, so that the jig plate 20 can accurately move to the position where the press-fitting is performed.
Referring to fig. 3, the pressing mechanism 60 is disposed on the second mounting plate 122, and specifically, the pressing mechanism 60 includes the second driving member 61 and the pressing member 62. The second driving member 61 includes a second telescopic rod 611, the pressing member 62 is disposed on the pressing plate 123 and faces the jig plate 20, and the second telescopic rod 611 is connected to the pressing member 62, so that the second driving member 61 can drive the pressing member 62 and the pressing plate 123 to move through the second telescopic rod 611. Further, the second driving member 61 is connected to the electromagnetic valve 32 through an air pipe to drive the pressing member 62 to press down the workpiece on the jig plate 20.
The first driving member 51 and the second driving member 61 may be one of an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or a motor, and in the present embodiment, the first driving member 51 and the second driving member 61 are air cylinders. The pressing member 62 can be replaced according to different workpieces, so that the automatic pressing device 100 can be suitable for different workpieces.
Referring to fig. 1, when the workpiece needs to be pressed, first, after the automatic pressing device 100 is powered on, the control module 30 controls the first driving member 51 to drive the jig plate 20 to move in a direction away from the first driving member 51. After the workpiece is fixed on the jig plate 20, the first driving member 51 drives the jig plate 20 to move in a direction close to the first driving member 51, the sensor 52 senses that the jig plate 20 moves to the pressing position, and then transmits a signal to the controller 31, and the controller 31 controls the first driving member 51 to stop moving. The control module 30 controls the second driving member 61 to drive the pressing member 62 to press downward, after a predetermined time of pressing, the second driving member 61 moves upward and is away from the workpiece, the first driving member 51 pushes the jig plate 20 out, and the workpiece is pressed.
