Abstract
The invention discloses a mobile phone middle plate vertical die-casting ranking structure and a vertical die-casting machine. The fixed die and the movable die are positioned at the center of the die casting machine, a die cavity unit is arranged between the fixed die and the movable die, and two die cavities symmetrically arranged along the central longitudinal axis of the die cavity unit are arranged in the die cavity unit. The center of the cavity unit has a shot sleeve and a diverter block positioned along its central longitudinal axis. The injection cylinder is internally provided with an injection chamber and a pressure head, and the shunting block is arranged at the discharge end of the injection cylinder. Two shunt channels which are arranged oppositely are arranged in the shunt block, transverse channels are respectively arranged above the two cavities, and inlets of the two transverse channels are communicated with outlets of the two shunt channels. The movable die is provided with a material cup of which the axis is vertical to the movable die, the material cup is provided with a material chamber and a push head, the push head is positioned at the feeding end of the material chamber, and the discharging end of the material chamber is communicated with the injection chamber of the injection cylinder. The die-casting method can be effectively suitable for die-casting production of products such as mobile phone middle plates which are thin and have high requirements on product tolerance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of die casting, in particular to a vertical die-casting ranking structure of a middle plate of a mobile phone and a vertical die-casting machine.
Background
The standard tolerance of the plane degree of a plate of a domestic die casting machine is +/-0.2 mm, and for some products with extremely high requirements on the products, such as middle plate thin-wall parts applied to mobile phones, the requirement is +/-0.03 mm, and the current domestic die casting machine can not meet the requirement on the tolerance of the products, so that the defects of poor quality, waste of the cost of the die casting machine, waste of manual inspection, increase of the production cost of companies and the like can be easily caused in the die casting process. Secondly, the thin-walled part of the mobile phone middle plate is generally formed by aluminum alloy die-casting, the thickness of the aluminum alloy die-casting cannot be smaller than 1.0mm, but the thin part of the thin-walled part of the mobile phone middle plate can be as small as 0.4mm, if the die-casting is carried out according to the common pressure, the pressure transmission is difficult, and the product is thin and easily causes cold materials; the mold is easily expanded to cause uneven thickness of the product when the pressure is increased to manufacture the product, so that the product exceeds the tolerance and causes defects.
Therefore, shocking a new die-casting structure is needed to be developed to accommodate the thin products such as the mobile phone middle plate and the products with high tolerance requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide a vertical die-casting ranking structure for a mobile phone middle plate, which can be effectively suitable for die-casting production of products such as the mobile phone middle plate which are thin and have high requirements on product tolerance.
In order to achieve the purpose, the vertical die-casting ranking structure of the middle plate of the mobile phone comprises a fixed die and a movable die which are matched with each other, wherein a cavity unit is arranged between the fixed die and the movable die, and two cavities which are symmetrically arranged along the central longitudinal axis of the cavity unit are arranged in the cavity unit;
the center of the cavity unit is provided with an injection cylinder and a shunting block which are arranged along the central longitudinal axis of the cavity unit; the injection cylinder is internally provided with an injection chamber and a pressure head, and the shunting block is arranged at the discharge end of the injection cylinder; two shunt channels which are arranged oppositely are arranged in the shunt block, transverse channels are respectively arranged above the two cavities, and inlets of the two transverse channels are communicated with outlets of the two shunt channels;
the movable die is provided with a material cup of which the axis is vertical to the movable die, the material cup is provided with a material chamber and a push head, the push head is positioned at the feeding end of the material chamber, and the discharging end of the material chamber is communicated with the injection chamber of the injection cylinder.
Optionally, the material cup is an integrated material cup, and has an extension part passing through the movable die and the cavity unit, a through hole is formed in the injection cylinder, and the extension part is inserted into the through hole, so that the material chamber of the material cup is communicated with the injection chamber of the injection cylinder.
Optionally, the gate opening is located below a portion of the shot sleeve that interfaces with the diverter block.
Optionally, an exhaust block communicated with the cavity is arranged on the lower side of the fixed die.
The invention also provides a vertical die casting machine, which comprises a fixed die and a movable die which are matched with each other; the fixed die and the movable die are positioned in the center of the die casting machine, a die cavity unit is arranged between the fixed die and the movable die, and two die cavities symmetrically arranged along the central longitudinal axis of the die cavity unit are arranged in the die cavity unit;
the center of the cavity unit is provided with an injection cylinder and a shunting block which are arranged along the central longitudinal axis of the cavity unit; the injection cylinder is internally provided with an injection chamber and a pressure head, and the shunting block is arranged at the discharge end of the injection cylinder; two shunt channels which are arranged oppositely are arranged in the shunt block, transverse channels are respectively arranged below the two cavities, and inlets of the two transverse channels are communicated with outlets of the two shunt channels;
the movable die is provided with a material cup of which the axis is vertical to the movable die, the material cup is provided with a material chamber and a push head, the push head is positioned at the feeding end of the material chamber, and the discharging end of the material chamber is communicated with the injection chamber of the injection cylinder.
Compared with the prior art, the vertical die-casting ranking structure for the middle plate of the mobile phone and the vertical die-casting machine provided by the invention can overcome the defect that the thickness of the material is unstable in the production process of the middle plate of the mobile phone, and the thickness of the product can be controlled within a tolerance range by matching with vertical die-casting, so that the defects are reduced, and the production and manufacturing cost is reduced. The die-casting die is particularly suitable for die-casting production of products such as mobile phone middle plates which are thin and have high requirements on product tolerance.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a vertical die casting machine, which comprises a fixed die 1 and a movable die 2 which are matched with each other, wherein the fixed die 1 and the movable die 2 are positioned at the center of the die casting machine, a die cavity unit 3 is arranged between the fixed die 1 and the movable die 2, and two die cavities 3a which are symmetrically arranged along the central longitudinal axis of the die cavity unit 3 are arranged in the die cavity unit 3.
The cavity unit 3 has, in the center thereof, an injection cylinder 4 and a split block 5 arranged along the central longitudinal axis thereof, and the injection cylinder 4 has therein an injection chamber 4a and a ram 41 movable up and down within the injection chamber 4 a. The branch channels 5a are arranged at the discharge end of the injection cylinder 4 and have two oppositely arranged branch channels 5a, and the inlets of the two branch channels 5a are merged together and communicated with the injection chamber 4a of the injection cylinder 4. And transverse flow channels 3b are respectively arranged above the two cavities 3a, and inlets of the two transverse flow channels 3b are correspondingly communicated with outlets of the two branch flow channels 5a one by one.
The movable die 2 is provided with a material cup 6 with the axis vertical to the movable die 2, the material cup 6 is provided with a material chamber 6a and a push head 61 capable of being pushed back and forth in the material chamber 6a, the push head 61 is positioned at the feeding end of the material chamber 6a, and the discharging end of the material chamber 6a is communicated with the injection chamber 4a of the injection cylinder 4. A material pouring opening 6b is arranged on the side wall of the upper side of the feeding end of the material cup 6 for adding material liquid.
As shown in fig. 3(a) -3 (b), in die casting, the feed liquid is first added into the material chamber 6a from the pouring port 6b of the material cup 6, and then the plunger 61 is driven to move to the left side, so that the feed liquid is collected into the injection chamber 4 a. As shown in fig. 3(c), after the feed liquid is completely collected in the shot chamber 4a, the plunger closes the outlet of the cup. As shown in fig. 3(d), the ram 41 is driven to move upward, the ram 41 presses the material liquid in the injection cylinder 4 into the diversion block 5, and the material liquid flows from the two diversion channels 5a of the diversion block 5 into the transverse flow channel 3b and enters the cavity 3a, thereby completing the injection of the material liquid.
The invention adopts a vertical die-casting structure, changes the direction of a flow passage and the arrangement position of a product, puts the product in the middle of a die-casting machine, ensures that the die-casting machine can provide the maximum die locking force on the product, ensures that the product part is closest to the data of the actual development of a die, reduces the influence of material thickness on the production process, and improves the utilization rate of the die and the utilization rate of the die-casting machine.
Meanwhile, the product can be placed in the center of a die casting machine in the die arrangement position, and the position degree caused by a lower injection system during vertical die casting can be adjusted to be insufficient; and the deviation of the dead center of the fixed plate and the movable plate of the die casting machine is minimum, and the product ranking is just placed at the dead center of the die casting machine, so that the problem of product thickness caused by the deviation of the die casting machine plate can be reduced.
In addition, the arrangement can maximally utilize the die space in a die for vertical die casting, so that the die material is saved.
In the embodiment, the exhaust block 7 is correspondingly communicated with the lower parts of the two cavities 3a, and the exhaust block 7 is arranged on the fixed die 1. After the feed liquid is injected into the cavity 3a, the flow rate of the feed liquid is high, and when the feed liquid contacts the cavity wall, impact is generated on the cavity wall, so that the durability of the cavity unit 3 is seriously affected for a long time. This embodiment is through adopting to set up transverse flow channel 3b in die cavity 3a top, eliminates the most kinetic energy of feed liquid through transverse flow channel 3b, and when the feed liquid got into die cavity 3a from transverse flow channel 3b, top-down discharged the gas in the die cavity 3a for the whole die cavity of filling that the feed liquid can be more smooth, reduce the impact of feed liquid to die cavity 3a inside when filling die cavity 3 a.
Compared with the prior art, the vertical die-casting ranking structure for the middle plate of the mobile phone and the vertical die-casting machine provided by the invention can overcome the defect that the thickness of the material is unstable in the production process of the middle plate of the mobile phone, and the thickness of the product can be controlled within a tolerance range by matching with vertical die-casting, so that the defects are reduced, and the production and manufacturing cost is reduced. The die-casting die is particularly suitable for die-casting production of products such as mobile phone middle plates which are thin and have high requirements on product tolerance.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the cup 6 is a one-piece cup having an extension (not shown in the drawings) that passes through the movable mold 2 and the cavity unit 3, and the injection cylinder 4 is provided with a through hole into which the extension is inserted so that the material chamber 6a of the cup 6 communicates with the injection chamber 4a of the injection cylinder 4. Through adopting integral type material cup, need not to set up the material pipe on the movable mould, can effectively avoid the problem of the 41 card hammers of pushing head that material cup 6 and the inconsistent leading to of material pipe hole center, guarantee production efficiency. And, the assembly process that the material cup 6 aligns with the material pipe can also be removed, the die filling is convenient, and the die filling speed is greatly improved.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the gate hole is provided below the portion of the shot sleeve 4 that meets the flow dividing block 5. This prevents the liquid from flowing into the cross flow passage 3b when the liquid has not completely collected into the shot chamber 4 a.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

The mobile phone middle plate vertical die-casting displacement structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material cup is a one-piece material cup having an extension part passing through the movable die and the cavity unit, the injection cylinder is provided with a through hole, and the extension part is inserted into the through hole, so that the material chamber of the material cup is communicated with the injection chamber of the injection cylinder.
3. The cell phone middle plate vertical die-casting arrangement structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein said via hole is located below the portion of said injection cylinder that meets said diverter block.
4. The vertical die-casting arrangement structure for the middle plate of the mobile phone as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an exhaust block communicated with the cavity is arranged at the lower side of the fixed die.

A vertical die casting machine comprises a fixed die and a movable die which are matched with each other; the die-casting die is characterized in that the fixed die and the movable die are positioned at the center of the die-casting machine, a die cavity unit is arranged between the fixed die and the movable die, and two die cavities symmetrically arranged along the central longitudinal axis of the die cavity unit are arranged in the die cavity unit;
the center of the cavity unit is provided with an injection cylinder and a shunting block which are arranged along the central longitudinal axis of the cavity unit; the injection cylinder is internally provided with an injection chamber and a pressure head, and the shunting block is arranged at the discharge end of the injection cylinder; two shunt channels which are arranged oppositely are arranged in the shunt block, transverse channels are respectively arranged below the two cavities, and inlets of the two transverse channels are communicated with outlets of the two shunt channels;
the movable die is provided with a material cup of which the axis is vertical to the movable die, the material cup is provided with a material chamber and a push head, the push head is positioned at the feeding end of the material chamber, and the discharging end of the material chamber is communicated with the injection chamber of the injection cylinder.
