Claims (10)
1. An inner container structure of an electric water heater comprises an inner container cover and an inner container box, wherein the inner container cover and the inner container box form an inner container, a heat exchange coil and an electric heating body are accommodated in the inner container, the inner container is arranged in a shower screen, it is characterized in that the inner container cover and the inner container box are formed by injection molding, a first mounting column is arranged in the inner container box, the inner container cover is provided with a second mounting column, the first mounting column is hermetically connected with the second mounting column, the end part of the side plate of the inner container box is provided with a flanging, a first sealing ring groove and a first mounting seat are arranged on the turnup, a second sealing ring groove and a mounting hole are also arranged on the inner container cover corresponding to the inner container box, the first sealing ring groove is connected with the second sealing ring groove in a sealing way, the first mounting seat is connected with the mounting hole through a fastener, the bottom of the back plate of the inner container box is inwards sunken to form a first concave position and a second concave position through which the avoidance pipeline passes.

The liner structure of the electric water heater according to claim 1, wherein the first concave position and the second concave position are symmetrically arranged, the first concave position is used for avoiding a tap water inlet pipeline arranged on a wall, and the second concave position is used for avoiding a hot water outlet pipeline arranged on the wall; the tap water inlet pipeline provides tap water for the electric water heater, and the hot water outlet pipeline is connected with a mixed water outlet end of the water heater.

The electric water heater liner structure according to claim 2, wherein one side of the back plate of the liner box is recessed inwards to form a third recessed position and the other side of the back plate of the liner box is recessed inwards to form a fourth recessed position, the back plate of the liner box is further recessed inwards to form a first wall hanging part and a second wall hanging part which are fixed with the wall of the shower screen, the third recessed position is arranged to avoid a top spraying pipeline in the shower screen, the fourth recessed position is arranged to avoid a power line in the shower screen, the third recessed position and the fourth recessed position are symmetrically arranged, the third recessed position and the fourth recessed position are arranged at the upper ends of the first recessed position and the second recessed position, and the widths of the third recessed position and the fourth recessed position are smaller than the widths of the first recessed position and the second recessed position; first wall portion is the same with second wall portion size, and the middle part of first wall portion sets up first heavy chamber, and the both ends of first wall portion set up the installation department, and the sunken degree of depth ratio installation department in first heavy chamber is deep.

The liner structure of the electric water heater as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom side plate of the liner box is provided with a first through hole, a flange hole, a second through hole, a third through hole, a fourth through hole and a fifth through hole, the top side plate of the liner box is provided with a sixth through hole and a mounting seat for fixing the liner at a central position in the shower screen, the first through hole, the flange hole and the second through hole are sequentially arranged on the bottom side plate of the liner box, the third through hole, the fourth through hole and the fifth through hole are arranged at the upper part of the flange hole and are sequentially arranged on the bottom side plate of the liner box, the first through hole is used for a water outlet pipeline of the heat exchange coil to pass through, the electric heating body is fixed on the flange hole, the second through hole is used for a water inlet pipeline of the heat exchange coil to pass through, the third through hole is used for installing an inner container water temperature detector, the fourth through hole is used for installing a sewage discharge pipe, and the fifth through hole is used for installing a liner water replenishing pipeline.
5. The inner container structure of the electric water heater as claimed in claim 4, wherein a coil pipe clamp position for preventing the heat exchange coil pipe from loosening is arranged in the inner container, a ball float valve is arranged on the sixth through hole, and a floating ball blocking part is wound at the upper end of the inner container corresponding to a floating ball of the ball float valve.

The liner structure of an electric water heater according to claim 5, wherein the liner cover is provided with a second sinking chamber, a third sinking chamber and a fourth sinking chamber, the second sinking chamber is provided with a top shower, the third sinking chamber is provided with a display screen mounting plate, the display screen mounting plate is provided with a display screen, the fourth sinking chamber is provided with a side shower, the second sinking chamber is arranged at the top end of the liner cover, the third sinking chamber is arranged at the lower end of the second sinking chamber, the fourth sinking chamber is arranged at the lower end of the third sinking chamber, and the liner cover is further provided with a side shower pipeline groove adjacent to the fourth sinking chamber.

A water heater, comprising the liner structure of the electric water heater as claimed in claim 6, wherein a valve assembly is disposed below the liner, the valve assembly comprises a housing and a base forming a cavity with the housing, the housing and the base are formed by injection molding, a main pipe is disposed on the base, a first branch pipe, a second branch pipe, a third branch pipe, a fourth branch pipe and a fifth branch pipe are vertically disposed on the main pipe in sequence, the first branch pipe is used for connecting with a tap water inlet pipeline, the second branch pipe is used for connecting with a liner water replenishing pipeline, the third branch pipe is used for connecting with a heat exchange coil water inlet pipeline, the fourth branch pipe is used for connecting with a mixed water outlet pipeline, the fifth branch pipe is used for connecting with a heat exchange coil water outlet pipeline, a through hole is disposed on the housing corresponding to each branch pipe, a mixed water valve seat is disposed at the junction of the fourth branch pipe and the main pipe, and a water replenishing valve seat is disposed at the junction of the second, and the valve seats, the main pipe and the branch pipes are integrally molded.

The water heater of claim 7, wherein the first branch pipe, the third branch pipe and the fifth branch pipe are communicated with the main pipe, the first branch pipe is provided with an extension pipe extending to the base at the opposite end of the main pipe, the extension pipe is internally provided with a flow control column in a detachable manner, the adjusting end of the flow control column can reach the opening of the first branch pipe in the main pipe so as to adjust the water flow, the second branch pipe and the fourth branch pipe are not communicated with the main pipe, a partition plate for dividing the heat insulation water path and the cold water path is arranged in the main pipe by taking the fourth branch pipe as a boundary, the bottom of the valve seat of the mixing valve is provided with a first valve hole, a second valve hole and a third valve hole, so that the valve cavity of the mixing valve is communicated with the fourth branch pipe, the hot water path and the cold water path of the main pipe, hot water and cold water are input into the second branch pipe through the mixing valve, and the bottom of the valve seat of, The cold water path of the main pipe is communicated, and cold water is input into the second branch pipe through the water replenishing valve.

The water heater according to claim 9, wherein the base is an integral injection molding structure with the branch pipes, the mixing valve seat, the water replenishing valve seat, the first motor mounting seat, the second motor mounting seat, the water flow sensor mounting seat, the first water temperature detecting seat and the second water temperature detecting seat, the valve assembly is fixed in the shower screen, and a water separator is further arranged in the shower screen.
