As shown in fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a rod assembly, which includes a first rod 1 and a second rod 2 that are detachably inserted, wherein a first connecting portion 10 is disposed at one end of the first rod 1, and a second connecting portion 20 is disposed at one end of the second rod 2. The first connecting portion 10 is provided with a clamping member 11 extending radially outward, the second connecting portion 20 is provided with an opening 21, an unlocking button 22 is formed after the opening 21 extends radially outward at any end (the inner end is taken as an example in the present embodiment) in the axial direction of the second rod 2, the inner end is farther away from the end surface of the second connecting portion relative to the other end of the opening, the unlocking button 22 comprises a first end 221 and a second end 222, the first end 221 and the second end 222 are oppositely arranged in the plugging direction and used for being stressed, the first end 221 and the second end 222 are respectively located on two sides of the inner end of the opening 21, and the projection of the second end 222 on the second rod is located in the opening. The first connecting portion 10 is inserted into the second connecting portion 20, and the clip 11 slides over the second end 222 and abuts against the second end 222 to lock the first connecting portion 10 and the second connecting portion 20. In the present embodiment, the projection of the second end 222 on the second rod 2 is located inside the opening 21. In this way, after the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are locked, the matching length of the two rods can be effectively lengthened, specifically, as shown in fig. 9, in the prior art, the unlocking button 22 'and the clamping piece 11' are matched to lock the two rods, compared with the prior art, the length between the fulcrum 12 and the second end 222 of the unlocking button 22 (the length similar to L2) can be at least increased in the matching length of the two rods, and the matching strength and stability of the two rods can be effectively increased.
The inner end of the opening 21 is provided with a fulcrum 12 extending outward, the first end 221 is forced to drive the unlocking button 22 to move around the fulcrum 12 along a first direction so as to separate the second end 222 from the clamping piece 11, and the first connecting portion 10 and the second connecting portion 20 are unlocked.
The rod assembly disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the first connecting part 10 is arranged on the first rod 1, the second connecting part 20 is arranged on the second rod 2, and the first connecting part 10 is inserted into the second connecting part 20 and locked with the second connecting part 20, so that the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 can be inserted together to connect the rod assembly. In addition, the unlocking button 22 is arranged on the second connecting part, so that the first connecting part 10 and the second connecting part 20 can be unlocked when the unlocking button 22 is stressed, and the rod assembly can be conveniently detached. The rod assembly disclosed by the invention can be conveniently inserted and locked or unlocked and detached, and the joint of the rod assembly is not easy to loosen, so that the use of a user is facilitated.
In another embodiment, the second connection portion may be provided at one end of the first lever, and the first connection portion may be provided at one end of the second lever, so that the first lever and the second lever can be similarly locked by insertion.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a guiding inclined surface 13 is provided on the first connecting portion 10, and the guiding inclined surface 13 extends along the plugging direction and gradually gets away from the central axis of the first rod 1 along the radial direction. The first connecting portion 10 is inserted into the second connecting portion 20, and the inner wall of the second connecting portion 20 is attached to the guiding inclined surface 13, that is, the first connecting portion 10 and the second connecting portion 20 are in a taper fit manner. In the present embodiment, the guide slope 13 is provided around a circumference of the first connection portion 10. Thus, after the first connecting portion 10 is inserted into the second connecting portion 20, the inner wall of the second connecting portion 20 is gradually expanded by the guiding inclined surface 13, and at this time, the inner wall of the second connecting portion 20 tightly wraps the first connecting portion 10, that is, the taper fit between the first connecting portion 10 and the second connecting portion 20 makes the connection between the two more tight and firm.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the first connecting portion 10 is locked with the second connecting portion 20, a distance between an end surface of the first connecting portion 10 and an inner end of the opening 21 is defined as a first distance L1, a distance between the inner end and the first end 222 of the unlock button 22 is defined as a second distance L2, and the first distance L1 is greater than half of the second distance L2.
Further, a distance between the second end 222 of the unlock button 22 and the end surface of the second link 20 is defined as a third distance L3, and the third distance L3 is greater than half of the second distance L2. Set up first distance L1 and second distance L3 and all be greater than half of second distance L2, then make the both sides of unblock button respectively have the cooperation section of sufficient length, increased joint strength to the locking that makes first pole 1 and second pole 2 is connected more firmly and is difficult to deform.
Preferably, the first connecting portion 10 is locked with the second connecting portion 20, and a distance between an end surface of the first connecting portion 10 and an end surface of the second connecting portion 20 is defined as a fourth distance L4. The ratio of the fourth distance L4 to the inner diameter d of the second connection 20 is greater than 1.5. The fourth distance L4 also is the length of the overlapping part of the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 when being connected, and the ratio of the fourth distance L4 to the inner diameter d of the second connecting part 20 can be set to be larger than 1.5, so that the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 have a matching connecting section with enough length, and the strength of the connection between the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 is increased, and the connecting part is not easy to deform.
In the present embodiment, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are circular rods, but in other embodiments, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 may also be cylindrical rods, and the like, without limitation.
In the case of a round rod, the rotation of the two rods in the assembled state needs to be considered, and in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 8, the first end portion 10 and the second end portion 20 respectively have one of the protrusion 15 and the groove 23 which are matched with each other, and similarly, the protrusion 15 and the groove 23 have the matched guiding inclined surfaces for smooth assembly of the two. In the embodiment, the protrusion 15 is disposed on the first rod 1, the groove 23 is disposed on the second rod 2, and in the locked state, the protrusion 15 and the groove 23 cooperate to limit the radial movement of the first end portion 10 and the second end portion 20, i.e. the two rods do not rotate relatively.
As shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rod assembly further includes a third rod 3 detachably inserted with the second rod, and one end of the third rod 3 is provided with the second connecting portion 20'. The second connecting portion 20 is provided at one end of the second rod 2, and the first connecting portion 10' is provided at the opposite end. The first connection portion 10 of the first lever 1 is lockable with the second connection portion 20 of the second lever 2, and the first connection portion 10 'of the second lever 2 is lockable with the second connection portion 20' of the third lever 3. That is, the two ends of the second rod 2 can be connected to the first rod 1 and the third rod 2, respectively, so that the combination manner of the rod assemblies is more free. Similarly, the structures of both ends of the second and third rods may be completely the same as those of both ends of the first rod, so that the first rod 1 may be used as one standard member, and a plurality of standard members may be freely combined with each other according to a desired length.
In order to satisfy different requirements of tightness between rods, as shown in fig. 10, the present invention provides another optimized embodiment, which is different from the above embodiments in that the clamping member 11 "of the present embodiment is a continuous protrusion similar to a saw-tooth shape, and the second end 222" of the unlocking button 22 "is clamped with different protrusions of the clamping member 11" to achieve clamping requirements of different tightness.
The above-mentioned pole combination can be applied to the cleaning device such as the dust collector, in the locking state, one of the other end of the first pole 1 or the other end of the second pole 2 is connected with the cleaning accessory; in the unlocked state, one of the first lever 1 or the second lever 2 is connected to a cleaning attachment. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, in the locked state, the other end of the first wand 1 is connected to a hose, and the other end of the third wand 3 is connected to a cleaning accessory (e.g., a floor brush); in the unlocked state, the first end of the first lever 1 or the other end of the second lever 2 is connected to the cleaning attachment.
