As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an exemplary embodiment, a mounting hole 231 is formed in the connecting frame 23, a plurality of first locking holes 232 distributed along the depth direction of the mounting hole 231 are formed in the side wall of the mounting hole 231, a connecting rod 311 corresponding to the mounting hole 231 is formed in the rear supporting frame 31, a second locking hole 312 is formed in the connecting rod 311, the connecting rod 311 extends into the mounting hole 231, and the front supporting mechanism is in locking connection with the rear supporting mechanism through the elastic pin 24 passing through the first locking holes 232 and the second locking holes 312. By adopting the structural design, the front supporting mechanism and the rear supporting mechanism are convenient to assemble and disassemble, the distance between the front supporting mechanism and the rear supporting mechanism is convenient to adjust according to the requirements so as to adapt to the fixation of different fat and thin patients, and the universality is stronger.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an exemplary embodiment, the front support mechanism further includes a support pad 25 for supporting the head and the chest of the human body, the front support plate 21 is provided with a hole 211 for installing the support pad 25, and the support pad 25 is provided with a first window 251 for exposing the face of the human body and a second window 252 for exposing the portion to be treated of the human body. The hole position 211 and the first window 251 are provided with a slot on one side facing the front end overturning transmission mechanism 4, so that a pipeline is connected with the breathing part of the human body through the slot after passing through the channel 421, external wiring is avoided, stable and safe anesthesia or breathing of a patient is facilitated, and the safety of operation preparation or treatment process is improved. The opening position, size and shape of the second window 252 on the support pad 25 can be selected and set correspondingly according to different focus positions and shapes, and the application range is wide. In this embodiment, the second window 252 may be a window exposing a human breast for the treatment of a breast disease.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an exemplary embodiment, the driving apparatus 1 includes a speed reducer 11 and a power input mechanism 12, the power input mechanism 12 is connected to an input end of the speed reducer 11, and an output end of the speed reducer 11 is connected to the front end flip transmission mechanism 4 or the rear end flip transmission mechanism 5. In this embodiment, the driving device 1 is mounted on the support carrier 6, and the decelerator 11 is connected with the rear end overturning transmission mechanism 5, and this structural layout is adopted, so that the structural layout is compact and reasonable, the driving device 1 avoids one end of the arrangement pipeline, mutual interference is avoided, and running stability is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an exemplary embodiment, the speed reducer 11 may be a speed reducer with a reverse self-locking function, for example, may be a worm gear speed reducer, and may lock the position of the connection frame 23 when no power is input, thereby improving safety performance.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an exemplary embodiment, the speed reducer 11 may amplify or reduce the input torque, for example, when the power input mechanism 12 is a handle, amplifying the input torque by the speed reducer 11 is advantageous to make the manual operation more labor-saving, and when the power input mechanism 12 is a motor, reducing the input torque by the speed reducer 11 is advantageous to make the turning of the retention device more gentle, improving the safety of the turning.
In an exemplary embodiment, the driving device may be directly connected to the retaining device, and may be capable of driving the retaining device to turn over.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an exemplary embodiment, the support structure 6 may be a frame, which is a square frame, and the retention device is rotatably connected to the frame and suspended on the inner side of the frame, so that the stability of the structure is ensured, interference between the retention device and the frame during the overturning process is avoided, and the structure is simple, and the production and the manufacturing are convenient, and the cost is low. In this embodiment, the rear support mechanism of the retention device is rotatably coupled to the frame.
According to the application method of the body position overturning device, the operation mechanism or the driving device is used for overturning the position-fixing device to the supine position of a human body, and after the treatment preparation of the human body is finished, the operation mechanism or the driving device is used for overturning the position-fixing device to the prone position of the human body, so that the body position overturning operation is simple, convenient, safe and reliable. The bottom of the bed frame is provided with a travelling mechanism 61 for moving the bed frame, and the bed frame moves to the treatment equipment to treat the human body in the prone position. When the human body needs to be subjected to body position overturning adjustment, the treatment equipment is convenient to separate, the human body overturning space is sufficient, when the human body is overturned in place, the human body is in butt joint with the treatment equipment, the operation is simple and flexible, the human body does not need to be frequently transferred, the time and the labor are saved, the requirement on the operation environment space is reduced, and the universality is stronger.
According to the body position overturning equipment and the application method thereof, when the body position overturning adjustment is carried out, the whole body can be overturned synchronously, the stress of the human body is more uniform, the comfort and the safety are higher, the structural layout is compact and reasonable, the influence on a pipeline in the overturning process is avoided, and the body position overturning adjustment operation is simple, convenient and flexible, and is time-saving and labor-saving.

The front end overturning transmission mechanism is connected with one end of the retention device, which is close to the head of a human body, and comprises a first bearing seat mounted on the support structure and a first rotating shaft mounted in the first bearing seat, wherein the first rotating shaft is connected with the retention device and synchronously rotates, and a channel for a pipeline to pass through is formed by the first rotating shaft in a penetrating way along the axial direction of the first rotating shaft.

The body position overturning device as set forth in claim 1, wherein the front end overturning transmission mechanism further comprises a first bearing cover connected with the first bearing seat, a first limit groove is formed in the inner side of the first bearing cover in a circumferential mode, a first limit pin is mounted on the outer side wall of the first end of the first rotating shaft, and the first limit pin is used for limiting the circumferential rotation range of the first rotating shaft in a matched mode with the first limit groove.

The body position turning device according to claim 1, wherein the rear end turning transmission mechanism is connected with one end of the retention device, which is close to the foot of the human body, and comprises a second bearing seat arranged on the supporting structure and a second rotating shaft arranged in the second bearing seat, and the second rotating shaft is connected with the retention device and rotates synchronously.
