Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a portable column switch controller field test device and method, which can collect field data by wire or wireless (especially, wirelessly collect data, which is more portable, and the whole test process can be realized only by carrying a main controller and a simulation terminal), simulate the field situation by the simulation terminal, and when debugging and checking a column switch, debug and check according to the simulation situation of the simulation terminal, and then operate the field, so as to greatly improve the test efficiency.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a portable pole top switch controller field test device comprising: the system comprises a column switch controller, a simulation terminal and a main controller;
the column switch controller is used for sending parameter signals to the input end of the main controller;
the main controller detects parameter signals of the column switch controller; sending the parameter signal to the simulation terminal;
and the simulation terminal simulates according to the parameters and performs a field test by using the simulation terminal.
Preferably, in the field test device for the portable pole-mounted switch controller, the main controller is mounted on the terminal block; the output end of the on-column switch controller is connected with the input side of the wiring terminal block corresponding to the input end of the main controller; and the output side of the wiring terminal block is connected with the test port of the simulation terminal.
Preferably, in the field test device of a portable column switch controller described above, further comprising: the wireless receiving module is used for receiving the wireless signal; the wireless transmitting module is connected with the output end of the pole top switch controller; the wireless receiving module is connected with the input side of the wiring terminal block; and the wireless sending module and the wireless receiving module carry out information interaction.
Preferably, in the field test device for a portable column switch controller, the column switch controller is connected to the main controller through a signal line.
Preferably, in the portable pole top switch controller field test device described above, the signal line includes a three-phase voltage line and a three-phase current line; the three-phase voltage line is used for leading out a three-phase voltage signal of the on-column switch controller; the three-phase current line is used for leading out a three-phase current signal of the on-column switch controller.
Preferably, in the portable pole-mounted switch controller field test device described above, the simulation terminal includes but is not limited to: an open-in simulator and a simulation breaker.
Preferably, in the field test device for the portable column switch controller, an output end of the opening simulator is connected with the main controller; the input end of the analog circuit breaker is connected with the main controller; and the output ends of the pole-mounted switch controllers are connected with the switching-in simulator and the simulation circuit breaker.
Preferably, in the field test device for a portable column switch controller described above, the simulation terminal includes: the device comprises a modeling module, a data loading module and a display module;
the modeling module is used for modeling according to the field condition and building the same scene as the field;
the data loading module is used for loading field data;
and the display module is used for displaying the simulation state of loading the data into the simulation model.
A portable pole-mounted switch controller field test method comprises the following specific steps:
the pole-mounted switch controller sends a parameter signal to the input end of the main controller; the main controller detects parameter signals of the on-column switch controller; and sending the parameter signal to the simulation terminal; and the simulation terminal simulates according to the parameters and performs a field test by using the simulation terminal.
Preferably, in the field test method for the portable column switch controller, the simulation includes the following specific steps: the user utilizes the modeling module to model according to the field condition and builds the same scene as the field; the data loading module loads field data; the display module displays a simulation state in which data is loaded into the simulation model.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention discloses and provides a portable on-column switch controller field test device and a method, wherein the on-column switch controller sends parameter signals to the input end of the main controller; the main controller detects parameter signals of the on-column switch controller; and sending the parameter signal to the simulation terminal; and the simulation terminal simulates according to the parameters and performs a field test by using the simulation terminal. The wireless data acquisition is more portable, the whole test process can be realized only by carrying the main controller and the simulation terminal, operators do not need to climb on an electric pole, the main controller processes parameter signals, and the test efficiency is greatly improved; the device can realize the on-line detection of the on-column switch control, and the whole system is convenient and quick.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a portable on-column switch controller field test device and a method, which can collect field data in a wired or wireless way, simulate the field situation through a simulation terminal, and when the on-column switch is debugged and checked, debug and check are firstly carried out according to the simulation situation of the simulation terminal, and then the field is operated, so that the test efficiency is greatly improved. The wireless data acquisition is more portable, the whole test process can be realized only by carrying the main controller and the simulation terminal, operators do not need to climb on an electric pole, the main controller processes parameter signals, and the test efficiency is greatly improved; the device can realize the on-line detection of the on-column switch control, and the whole system is convenient and quick.
In the following embodiments, only the differences between the embodiments are described, and the rest parts are the same and will not be described again.
Example 1:
a portable pole top switch controller field test device comprising: the system comprises a column switch controller, a simulation terminal and a main controller;
the column switch controller is used for sending parameter signals to the input end of the main controller;
the main controller detects parameter signals of the on-column switch controller; and sending the parameter signal to the simulation terminal;
the system adopts a high-performance digital signal controller STM32F407 based on a Cortex-M4 kernel of an ST company, a main controller provides two communication interface forms of a network port and a serial port, communication with various types is facilitated, and the network port adopts an RJ45 interface and 10/100M self-adaptation; the serial port supports RS232/RS 485. The main controller has abundant internal resources, and can realize the functions of storage, communication, control and interface required by the project under the condition of not expanding the resources.
And the simulation terminal simulates according to the parameters and performs a field test by using the simulation terminal.
In the above embodiment, the main controller is mounted on the terminal block; the output end of the pole-mounted switch controller is connected with the input side of the wiring terminal row corresponding to the input end of the main controller; the output side of the wiring terminal block is connected with the test port of the simulation terminal.
In the above embodiment, the device further comprises a human-computer interface module and a parameter setting module, wherein the parameter setting module is used for setting according to the parameter data of the pole top switch acquired by the main controller; the human-computer interface module is used for providing the setting parameters written into the parameter setting module by an operator.
Example 2:
the invention further comprises: the wireless receiving module is used for receiving the wireless signal; the wireless transmitting module is connected with the output end of the column switch controller; the wireless receiving module is connected with the input side of the wiring terminal block; and the wireless sending module and the wireless receiving module carry out information interaction. The connection mode can refer to the attached figure 2.
When the staff controls the pole switch, the staff does not need to climb up the telegraph pole, and can know and process various switch information through the human-computer interface module. If a line fault occurs, simple fault analysis can be carried out through the human-computer interface module and the parameter setting module, so that the working efficiency and the safety performance can be obviously improved.
Example 3:
the invention further comprises: the pole-mounted switch controller is connected with the main controller through a signal line.
In the above-described embodiment, the signal line includes the three-phase voltage line and the three-phase current line; the three-phase voltage line is used for leading out a three-phase voltage signal of the on-column switch controller; the three-phase current line is used for leading out three-phase current signals of the on-column switch controller.
According to the pole-mounted switch controller, an embedded system design is adopted, a plurality of reusable voltage sampling channels are adopted, and the current sampling channels are divided into the measuring channels and the protecting channels, so that automatic switching can be realized when the measured current is too large, various communication function circuits are designed, the obtained controller can meet the requirements of different switch bodies (including a circuit breaker and a load switch) on controller hardware, the requirements of different control functions (relay protection, reclosing and distribution automation) on the controller hardware can be met, the requirements of different application conditions (different current transformer configuration conditions and different voltage transformer configuration conditions) on the controller hardware can also be met, and the pole-mounted switch controller has high universality.
Example 4:
the simulation terminal of the present invention may further include: an open-in simulator and a simulation breaker.
The output end of the open simulator is connected with the main controller; the input end of the analog circuit breaker is connected with the main controller; the output ends of the pole-mounted switch controllers are connected with the switching-in simulator and the simulation circuit breaker.
Example 5:
the simulation terminal of the present invention may further include: the device comprises a modeling module, a data loading module and a display module;
the modeling module is used for modeling according to the field condition and building the same scene as the field;
the data loading module is used for loading field data;
and the display module is used for displaying the simulation state of loading the data into the simulation model. The connection mode can refer to the attached figure 3.
Example 6:
a portable pole-mounted switch controller field test method comprises the following specific steps:
the pole-mounted switch controller sends a parameter signal to the input end of the main controller; the main controller detects parameter signals of the on-column switch controller; and sending the parameter signal to the simulation terminal; and the simulation terminal simulates according to the parameters and performs a field test by using the simulation terminal.
In the above embodiment, the simulation specifically includes: a user utilizes a modeling module to model according to the field condition and builds a scene same as the field; the data loading module loads field data; the display module displays a simulation state for loading data into the simulation model.
