本发明涉及胶黏剂原材料及其制备工艺,具体涉及一种改性聚合萜烯树脂及其制备方法,增加成品内聚及提高胶粘剂初始强度和保持力,改进了聚合萜烯产品生产过程中易脆,粉尘大等工艺问题,包括下述重量分数的各成分:5%~20%溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A,20%~60%β‑聚合萜烯树脂B,20%~40%芳烃改性双环戊二烯氢化石油树脂C,10%~20%苯酚改性萜烯树脂D,0.1%~1%抗氧剂E,0.1%~1%抗氧剂F;采用的溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A SunpolymerS‑0100聚合物提供优异的初粘性与保持力以及韧性改善了大部分树脂造粒时粉尘过大的问题;β‑聚合萜烯树脂提供了优异的粘接性及保持力,耐热性能优异。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂原材料及其制备工艺,具体涉及一种改性聚合萜烯树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚合萜烯树脂具有良好的粘性、相容性、热稳定性和光稳定,并可以改善胶粘剂的粘接性能以及保持力,是许多胶粘剂必不可少的增粘组份。广泛应用于热溶胶和溶剂胶改性聚合萜烯树脂是萜烯树脂经过改性后得到一种性能更好的萜烯树脂,比普通萜烯树脂有更强的粘性,更高的保持力与初粘性,以及更好的韧性。
目前针对这种产品的造粒还是选择普通石油树脂使用的回转带式冷凝造粒机,由于粘性较大,在200℃熔融状态下,在常规回转带式造粒机冷却造粒末端,加氢石油树脂牢固的粘连在不锈钢钢带上,并采用刮刀来刮落附着在钢带上的树脂,大部分造粒成型的树脂都破碎了,使产品品质大幅下降。
发明内容
针对背景技术中提到的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种改性聚合萜烯树脂及其制备方法,增加成品内聚及提高胶粘剂初始强度和保持力,改进了聚合萜烯产品生产过程中易脆,粉尘大等工艺问题。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种改性聚合萜烯树脂,包括下述重量分数的各成分:5%~20%溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A,20%~60%β-聚合萜烯树脂B,20%~40%芳烃改性双环戊二烯氢化石油树脂C,10%~20%苯酚改性萜烯树脂D,0.1%~1%抗氧剂E,0.1%~1%抗氧剂F。
作为优选,所述溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A为SunpolymerS-0100。
作为优选,所述β-聚合萜烯树脂B为SuntackSR105,SuntackSR120中的一种。
作为优选,所述芳烃改性双环戊二烯氢化石油树脂C为SuntackHW-100P。
作为优选,所述苯酚改性萜烯树脂D为SYLVARESTP2040HM,SYLVARESTP96中的一种。
作为优选,所述抗氧化剂E为1010。
作为优选,所述抗氧剂F为168。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种改性聚合萜烯的制备方法,包括以下反应步骤:
步骤一、将溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A SunpolymerS-0100用捏合机进行预处理加工,将溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A SunpolymerS-0100熔融;
步骤二、反应釜中先加入芳烃改性双环戊二烯氢化石油树脂C SuntackHW-100P和抗氧化剂E 1010、抗氧化剂F 168预融,树脂熔融完全后等批量分三批次加入溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A SunpolymerS-0100,共聚物熔融完全后加入β-聚合萜烯树脂B,熔融完全后加入苯酚改性萜烯树脂D;
步骤三、材料完全投入后抽真空,真空系数<-0.08,反应釜中继续搅拌30min后,料温140℃方可出料。
综上所述,本发明主要具有以下有益效果:本发明的改性聚合萜烯树脂及其制备方法采用的溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A SunpolymerS-0100聚合物提供优异的初粘性与保持力以及韧性改善了大部分树脂造粒时粉尘过大的问题;β-聚合萜烯树脂提供了优异的粘接性及保持力,耐热性能优异;苯酚改性萜烯树脂增加了聚合萜烯树脂对于极性基材的初粘性,提高了软化点;芳烃改性双环戊二烯氢化石油树脂改善了本聚合萜烯树脂的耐热及老化性能。
采用本发明的改性聚合萜烯树脂及其制备方法可以有效解决普通聚合萜烯树脂生产时粉尘过大,树脂脆性较大,外观破碎严重,影响客户生产使用,且普通聚合萜烯树脂不能增加客户成品内聚及提高胶粘剂初始强度。
SuntackSR110P生产过程简单有效,可节约大量能耗,且不产生危废物,具有很好的环保、经济效益和工业化生产前景。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施案例1:将反应釜加热至165℃,加入环烷油KN-4010 130g、抗氧剂1010和168各0.5g搅拌桨转速100r/min,预热搅拌10min后加入SIS橡胶D1111 100g预热搅拌10min,使SIS橡胶D1111充分预熔后继续加入石油树脂SU-100 150g预热搅拌20min,待石油树脂完全熔融成液态,加入SIS橡胶D1111 100g继续搅拌约10min后,加入改性聚合萜烯树脂SUNTACKSR110P170g熔融后添加SIS橡胶D1111 150g并抽真空,真空系数≤-0.08,持续观察橡胶溶解状态1h后加入石油树脂SU-100 200g待其完全熔融后出料。整个配方试做时间控制在2.5h以内完成。
实验数据如下表1:
备注:TC-A为使用SUNTACKSR110P改性聚合萜烯树脂配方。
TC-B为使用某常规同等SP改性聚合萜烯树脂配方。
实施案例2:将反应釜加热至165℃,加入环烷油KN-4010 130g、抗氧剂1010和168各0.5g搅拌桨转速100r/min,预热搅拌10min后加入SIS橡胶D1111 100g预热搅拌10min,使SIS橡胶D1111充分预熔后继续加入石油树脂SU-100 150g预热搅拌20min,待石油树脂完全熔融成液态,加入SIS橡胶D1111 100g继续搅拌约10min后,加入改性聚合萜烯树脂SUNTACKSR110P200g熔融后添加SIS橡胶D1111 150g并抽真空,真空系数≤-0.08,持续观察橡胶溶解状态1h后加入石油树脂SU-100 170g待其完全熔融后出料。整个配方试做时间控制在2.5h以内完成。
实验数据如下表2:
备注:TC-C比TC-A多使用3%SUNTACKSR110P改性聚合萜烯树脂,少使用3%石油树脂SU-100配方(其他成分不变)。
SUNTACKSR110P改性聚合萜烯树脂在耐热,保持力,初粘等方面的性能体现完全优于某常规萜烯树脂,且成本可控,在工艺方面可节约大量能耗,且不产生危废物,具有很好的环保、经济效益和工业化生产前景。
同比例添加SUNTACKSR110P改性聚合萜烯树脂亦可提升初粘,保持力,剥离力等性能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种改性聚合萜烯树脂,其特征在于:包括下述重量分数的各成分:5%~20%溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A,20%~60%β-聚合萜烯树脂B,20%~40%芳烃改性双环戊二烯氢化石油树脂C,10%~20%苯酚改性萜烯树脂D,0.1%~1%抗氧剂E,0.1%~1%抗氧剂F。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚合萜烯树脂,其特征在于:所述溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A为SunpolymerS-0100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚合萜烯,其特征在于:所述β-聚合萜烯树脂B为SuntackSR105,SuntackSR120中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚合萜烯,其特征在于:所述芳烃改性双环戊二烯氢化石油树脂C为SuntackHW-100P。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚合萜烯,其特征在于:所述苯酚改性萜烯树脂D为SYLVARESTP2040HM,SYLVARESTP96中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚合萜烯,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂E为1010。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚合萜烯,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂F为168。
8.一种如权利要求1~7中任意一种改性聚合萜烯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下反应步骤:
步骤一、将溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A SunpolymerS-0100用捏合机进行预处理加工,将溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A SunpolymerS-0100熔融;
步骤二、反应釜加热至165℃,加入环烷油KN-4010,反应釜中先加入芳烃改性双环戊二烯氢化石油树脂C SuntackHW-100P和抗氧化剂E1010、抗氧化剂F 168预融,树脂熔融完全后等批量分三批次加入溶剂法聚合苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物A SunpolymerS-0100,共聚物熔融完全后加入β-聚合萜烯树脂B,熔融完全后加入苯酚改性萜烯树脂D;
步骤三、材料完全投入后抽真空,真空系数<-0.08,反应釜中继续搅拌30min后,料温140℃方可出料。
