Preferably, the neutralizing agent is an organic amine; the wetting agent is a water-based polyether type wetting agent.

(1) the liquid film disclosed by the invention is simple in raw material, environment-friendly and simple in construction process, is coated on the surface of a product to be circulated by automatic spraying or dip-coating equipment, can be formed into a film only by baking for 4-5min at normal temperature for 1h or at 80 ℃, the film layer is 100% attached to the product, is wear-resistant, tough and good in adhesive force, can resist soaking in normal-temperature water for more than 1h and can resist high temperature of 150 ℃ for 2h without influencing removal, the film can be quickly removed by soaking in clear water at 50-60 ℃ for 60-100s by an automatic cleaning machine after circulation is completed, and no residue is left after the film is removed.
(2) The liquid film can be used for automatic mass production of products, has high yield, can be constructed in a non-contact way through automatic equipment, cannot cause secondary collision and scratching, can be completely attached to the products through dip coating or spraying construction, and cannot cause friction and poor collision in the product turnover process.

(1) weighing the following components in parts by weight: the water-based acrylic resin, a neutralizing agent, a film-forming aid, magnesium aluminum silicate, a wetting agent and water, wherein the specific weight is shown in the following table 1;
(2) placing the water-based acrylic resin, a neutralizer, a film-forming assistant, a wetting agent and water into a clean container, and dispersing for 50min at a high speed of 800/min by using a dispersion machine until the water-based acrylic resin is completely dissolved;

(3) Adding magnesium silicate, and dispersing at high speed of 1200r/min for 30 min.
Test examples
The aqueous liquid films prepared in examples 1 to 12 were sprayed or dip-coated on the surfaces of different products and baked for 4 to 5min at room temperature for 1 hour or 80 ℃, the adhesion force was tested by a Baige test, the hardness standard (500g force, greater than H) was tested by a pencil hardness tester, the water-resistant soaking time was tested by room temperature water (20 ℃), the film-releasing time was tested by water at 50 to 60 ℃, and the high-temperature resistance was tested by baking for 2 hours at 150 ℃. The test results are shown in table 2 below.

As can be seen from the table 2, the aqueous liquid film disclosed by the invention is simple in raw material, environment-friendly and simple in construction process, is coated on the surface of a product to be circulated by automatic spraying or dip-coating equipment, can be formed into a film by baking for 4-5min at normal temperature for 1h or at 80 ℃, can be 100% attached to the product, is wear-resistant, tough and good in adhesive force, can resist 2h at 150 ℃ and high temperature for 2h without affecting removal, can be rapidly removed by soaking in 50-60 ℃ clear water for 60-100s by an automatic cleaning machine after circulation is completed, and has no residue after removal.
