The industrial waste treatment device with the screening function comprises a treatment shell (1) and is characterized in that the outer wall of the top of the treatment shell (1) is fixedly provided with a containing cylinder (7) through bolts, the inner wall of the top of the treatment shell (1) is fixedly provided with four screening pipes (13) through bolts, the inner wall of the top of the treatment shell (1) is fixedly provided with a driving motor (12) through bolts, the outer wall of the top of the treatment shell (1) is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft (16), the output end of the driving motor (12) is connected with the input end of the rotating shaft (16) through a coupler, the outer wall of the top of the rotating shaft (16) is fixedly provided with a screening disc (6) through bolts, the outer wall of the circumference of the screening disc (6) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the circumference of the containing cylinder (7), and the outer, the outer wall of one side of the processing shell (1) is provided with a controller (15).
