When the placing mechanism 3 needs to be lifted, the first two motors 505 are started, the output shafts of the first two motors 505 drive the screw rod 504 to rotate the screw rod 504, the screw sleeve 503 is driven to rotate the screw rod 504 to move on the screw rod 504, the screw sleeve 503 drives the first connecting rod 4 and the placing bin 304 to move, therefore, the lifting of the placing mechanism 3 is achieved, the operation is convenient, time and labor are saved, and the disinfection efficiency is improved.

After placing storehouse 304 and falling into disinfection storehouse 2, open two motors 1303, two motors 1303's output shaft drives disinfection storehouse 2 and rotates in fixed storehouse 8 through removing wheel 1304 and spout 1301 for the disinfectant in the disinfection storehouse 2 produces the vortex, carries out abundant washing to medical instrument and nursing utensil, and the cleaning performance is good, has improved cleaning and disinfecting's quality.

Referring to fig. 2 and 8-9, one side of the inside wall of the disinfection bin 2 is provided with an ultrasonic vibrator 9, the ultrasonic vibrator 9 is connected with the inside wall of the disinfection bin 2 through a connecting part 12, the inside wall of the disinfection bin 2 is provided with a heating pipe 11 corresponding to the ultrasonic vibrator 9, the heating pipe 11 is connected with the inside wall of the disinfection bin 2 through the connecting part 12, the connecting part 12 includes a connecting sleeve 1201, one side of the connecting sleeve 1201 and the inside wall of the disinfection bin 2 are fixedly connected, a second inside wall fixedly connected with connecting plate 1202 of the connecting sleeve 1201, one side of the ultrasonic vibrator 9 and one side of the heating pipe 11 are both fixedly connected with an inserted link 1203, the second connecting plate 1202 is provided with a slot matched with the inserted link 1203.
After placing storehouse 304 and falling into disinfection storehouse 2, open ultrasonic vibrator 9 and heating pipe 11, the sterilizing water of heating pipe 11 in to disinfection storehouse 2 heats, ultrasonic vibrator 9 carries out ultrasonic cleaning to medical instrument and nursing utensil, make the stubborn spot in medical instrument and the nursing utensil crack by the clean up, and the stubborn spot in the crack is heated and softened the back and is changeed and wash and drop, the cleaning performance is improved, and the dismouting of being convenient for of ultrasonic vibrator 9 and heating pipe 11, make things convenient for the maintenance operation in later stage.

Referring to fig. 2 and 9, the four corners of the bottom of the fixed bin 8 are fixedly connected with the fixed plates 7, the top of the bearing plate 6 and the positions of the bottoms of the four fixed plates 7 are fixedly connected with the first screws 15, the top of each fixing plate 7 is provided with a connecting hole matched with the first screw rod 15, which is not shown in the figure, the top of each first screw rod 15 is in threaded connection with a screw cap 14, the top of the inner cavity of each screw cap 14 is elastically connected with an extrusion spring 1401, when the disinfection device 1 is installed, the connecting holes of the fixing plates 7 at the four corners of the bottom of the fixing bin 8 are aligned with the screw rod I15 for sleeve joint, then the screw cap 14 is fixedly connected to the top of the screw rod I15 through bolts, the installation steps of the disinfection device 1 can be completed, the connection is convenient, the connection stability is high, the connection is tight, and the elastic potential energy provided by the extrusion spring 1401 ensures that the screw cap 14 is not easy to fall off.

1. A disinfection device for nursing appliances in the general department comprises a bearing plate (6), and is characterized in that a disinfection device (1) is arranged at the top of the bearing plate (6).

The disinfection device for the nursing instruments in the whole department according to claim 1, wherein the disinfection device (1) comprises a fixed bin (8) with an open top, the disinfection bin (2) is arranged in the inner cavity of the fixed bin (8), a placing mechanism (3) is arranged on one side of the top of the disinfection bin (2), the driving mechanism (5) is connected to two sides of the placing mechanism (3) through a first connecting rod (4), and a water inlet mechanism (10) is arranged on one side of the top of the fixed bin (8);
the placing mechanism (3) comprises a top plate (302), a plurality of placing bins (304) are arranged at the bottom of the top plate (302), the top of each placing bin (304) is fixedly connected with a shaft lever (301), and one end, far away from the placing bin (304), of each shaft lever (301) is rotatably connected with the bottom of the top plate (302) through a first rotating shaft (303);
one side of the placing bin (304) is provided with a bin door (305), the bin door (305) is rotatably connected with one side of the placing bin (304) through a hinge plate, one side of the bin door (305) is provided with a plurality of connecting blocks (307) along the vertical direction, one side of the placing bin (304) corresponding to the bin door (305) is provided with a plurality of connecting plates (309) along the vertical direction, the cross section of each connecting block (307) is L-shaped, one side of each connecting plate (309) is provided with a slot matched with one end of the horizontal section of the connecting block (307), one side of each connecting plate (309) is fixedly connected with one side of the placing bin (304), one end of the vertical section of each connecting block (307) is fixedly connected with one side of the bin door (305), one end of the horizontal section of each connecting block (307) is inserted with the connecting plate (309), a second screw (310) is arranged on one side of each first connecting plate (309), each second screw (310) is in threaded connection with one side of each first connecting plate (309) through a screw sleeve, a second screw hole (306) matched with the second screw (310) is formed in one side of the horizontal section of each connecting block (307), and one end of the extending section of each second screw (310) is fixedly connected with the second screw hole (306) through a bolt;

the front views of the two first connecting rods (4) are both T-shaped, two inner side walls of the fixed bin (8) are respectively provided with a slot matched with the two first connecting rods (4), one end of a horizontal section of each of the two first connecting rods (4) is fixedly connected to two sides of the top plate (302), and the other end of the horizontal section of each of the two first connecting rods (4) is connected to the driving mechanism (5);
the water inlet mechanism (10) comprises a rotating base (102), the bottom of the rotating base (102) is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the fixed bin (8), the top of the rotating base (102) is rotatably connected with a water outlet pipe (103), the bottom of the rotating base (102) is connected with a water supply pipe (101), the water supply pipe (101) is arranged in the side wall of the fixed bin (8), one end of the water supply pipe (101) is communicated with the bottom of the water outlet pipe (103), the other end of the water supply pipe penetrates through one side of the bottom of the fixed bin (8) to the outside of the fixed bin (8), the bottom of the disinfection bin (2) is communicated with a water discharge pipe, and the water discharge pipe penetrates through the side walls of the disinfection bin (2) and the fixed bin (8) to the outside of the fixed bin;
