所述垫板22的转动部21可安装在所述容纳槽11沿前后方向的前端,也可安装在所述容纳槽11的后端,即所述垫板22存在两种支撑病人手臂的方式,一种是所述垫板22的前端绕后端往下转动,一种是所述垫板22的后端绕前端往下转动。若选用第一种方式,则放置在所述垫板22上的病人手臂整体与所述垫板22贴合呈倾斜状,且上臂与肩部靠近旋转部21,上臂未能实现自然下垂,未能很好地实现胸部的舒展。若选用第二种方式,所述垫板22与所述床板1之间会张开一个角度,并且所述垫板22上各部位与所述床板1之间的距离从垫板22的后端往前端递减,而病人的肩膀大致对应所述垫板22的后端,病人的上臂可从该位置自然下垂,然后肘关节弯曲使下臂放置在垫板22上,在自然下垂的状态下上臂大致为竖直状,而病人身体在床板1的支撑下为大致水平状态,如此则上臂大致垂直于身体,避免了上臂对胸部的挤压,而且往身体外伸出的上臂还进一步将肩部往身体外侧拉动,进而有效减少了肩部对胸部的挤压,从而使得胸部得到充分的舒展。因此,本实施例优选上述第二种方式,即所述转动部21安装在所述容纳槽11的前端。The
进一步改进,本实施例中所述床板1上与所述容纳槽11后部相邻的位置还设置有伸出槽12,所述伸出槽12与所述容纳槽11相连通,两者连通所形成的一个整体呈L形,且所述伸出槽12大致对应病人肩部的位置。原方案中,所述容纳槽11沿前后方向的尺寸较大,病人肩部至腰部的部位都无法得到支撑,在实际中可能还需要放置在手臂支撑装置2上的手臂向所述垫板22施加压力以获得反作用力来增加对自身身体的支撑,这就对所述支撑结构23的强度提出更高的要求,势必会增加所述支撑结构23的成本。本实施例优选设置伸出槽12后,病人侧卧的位置可沿左右方向从原方案中位于所述容纳槽11上方移动至位于所述伸出槽12上方,使病人进一步远离所述床板1的边缘,进一步减少病人从床板1上翻滚下来的隐患。同时,由于所述伸出槽12在前后方向上的尺寸远小于所述容纳槽11在前后方向上的尺寸,当病人的侧卧位置移动后其身体下方的悬空区域从所述容纳槽11变成所述伸出槽12,悬空区域大大减少,换言之,所述床板1对病人身体的支撑面积大大提高,使病人侧卧时能够更加舒适,并且无需通过手臂向所述垫板22施加压力来增加对自身身体的支撑,减少病人的体力消耗以及所述支撑结构23的强度要求。当病人侧卧在设有所述伸出槽12的床板上时,其肩部大致位于所述伸出槽12的上方,其可将上臂从所述伸出槽12伸到所述床板1的下方,再将手臂稍往外侧倾斜放置在所述垫板22上。As a further improvement, in this embodiment, the position adjacent to the rear of the receiving
再进一步改进,所述垫板22还具有可对应置于所述伸出槽12中的突出部221,所述突出部221的形状与所述伸出槽12一致,其尺寸略小于所述伸出槽12,使自身与所述床板之间存在一定的间隙以防止两者之间的紧密接触阻碍所述突出部221离开所述伸出槽12。具有所述突出部221的所述垫板22也呈L形,在实际使用中,不具有所述突出部221的所述垫板22已经能够满足病人手臂放置的需求,但本实施例中所述垫板22的转动需要人为推动,且所述手臂支撑装置2还包括用于维持所述垫板22位置的支撑结构23,在人为推动所述垫板22转动时需要克服所述支撑结构23对垫板的支撑做功,通常情况下需要施加的推动力较大,而所述垫板22的结构简单,其上没有合适的受力点,若其上具有所述突出部时整体呈L形,则所述突出部221可充当人为向所述垫板22施力的把手,便于人为施力,节省施力者的体力。另外,当所述垫板22处于所述容纳槽11内时,该医用床整体可作为正常的医用床供病人使用,此时所述伸出槽12上下中空,在病人平躺时对应所述伸出槽12的身体部位无法得到支撑,可能会给病人的正常使用造成不便,还会影响美观,而所述突出部221能够填补在所述伸出槽12内,弥补上述不足。As a further improvement, the
所述垫板22通过所述旋转部21实现相对于所述床板1的转动,所述转动部21可采取常见的铰接结构,而当所述垫板22转动到合适的位置后,还需要支撑机构23来维持所述垫板22的位置,并且所述支撑机构23对所述垫板22的支持力应当能够抵抗垫板22自身重力与病人手臂对垫板22压力的总和。若所述支撑结构23对所述垫板22的支持力极大,则一定能满足上述要求,但考虑到人为推动所述垫板22转动时可能需要克服上述支持力做功,上述支持力还需满足能够被单人手动施力克服,因此,上述支持力需要同时满足两个条件,具体根据所述支撑结构的特征来分析。本实施例优选所述支撑结构23为安装在所述转动部21中的第一阻尼转轴24,当所述床板1采取具有所述伸出槽12的方案时,所述床板1对病人身体起到良好的支撑,病人只是将手臂放置在所述垫板22上,在正常使用中不需要向所述垫板22施力,因此所述垫板22所需要的支持力较小,所述第一阻尼转轴24对所述转动部21产生的阻力足以使所述垫板22维持在某位置不发生转动,并且该阻力又满足能够在单人向垫板22施力时即可被较轻松地克服。采取第一阻尼转轴24的方案还使得所述手臂放置装置2的使用变得极为方便,只要使用者向垫板22施力即可推动其后端往下转动至任一需要的位置,在实际使用中主要满足其后端能在往下0-90°的范围内转动即可。所述支撑结构23的第二种实施方式包括一端转动安装在所述垫板22朝内一侧的支撑元件231以及设置在所述床板1上朝向所述垫板22一侧的若干沿前后方向排列的固定柱232,所述支撑元件231的另一端设置有可供所述固定柱232穿过的定位套233,所述支撑元件231的前端与所述垫板22转动安装而后端具有所述定位套233。当所述垫板22处于初始位置时,所述支撑元件231的前端与后端保持水平状,且所述定位套233与最后端的所述定位柱232配合,所述支撑元件231一端拉住位于最后端的所述固定柱232,另一端拉住自身与所述垫板22的铰接处,从而维持所述垫板22的水平;当需要将所述垫板22往下转动时,先将所述定位套233与所述固定柱232脱离,将垫板22转动到某一位置后,再将所述支撑元件231上的定位套233与对应位置的所述定位柱232配合,这种支撑结构较为稳固,只要保证材料的强度足够,便能够有效阻碍所述垫板22继续往下转动,但在使用中需要手动调整所述支撑元件231的位置,较为繁琐。结合上述两种实施方式,可设计出支撑结构23的第三种实施方式,即将第二种实施方式中所述定位套233与所述固定柱232的配合改为滑块与滑轨的配合,所述滑轨设置在原方案中所述固定柱232排列的位置,所述滑块则设置在原方案中所述定位套233的位置上,并且所述滑块与所述支撑元件231之间是转动连接,所述滑块的整体设置在所述滑轨,所述滑块与所述滑轨之间是带有阻尼的滑动连接。当所述垫板22向下转动时,将带动所述支撑元件231与之连接的一端往下移动,进而对所述支撑元件231的另一端产生往前拉动的力,所述支撑元件231的另一端则通过所述滑块在滑轨内的移动实现位置变化,而所述滑块与所述滑轨之间的阻尼又能维持位置关系。The
