The invention belongs to the technical field of cultivation water treatment equipment, and particularly relates to a novel box-type cultivation micro-filter.
Background
The industrial circulating water cultivation mode is accepted by people gradually and is increasingly applied to production practice due to the advantages of environmental friendliness, energy conservation, water conservation and the like. The industrial circulating aquaculture system (RAS) can provide a controllable environment, the size of the system is not limited by environmental conditions, the growth speed of the cultured aquatic products can be controlled, and even the yield can be predicted. Compared with the traditional cultivation mode, the circulating water cultivation production mode can save 90-99% of water consumption and 99% of land occupation per unit yield, and hardly pollutes the environment. Water treatment is the most important part of the industrial circulating water culture mode, and the water treatment modes comprise physical treatment and chemical treatment. The physical method comprises the steps of utilizing various filter materials with different pore sizes, removing impurities in water by utilizing an adsorption or separation mode, wherein the important adsorption mode is to use activated carbon for adsorption, and the separation method is to pass water through the filter materials so that the impurities with larger volume cannot pass through, and further clean water is obtained. At present, when a plurality of industrial aquaculture or ornamental fishes are cultured, water circulation treatment is often needed, so that water in a cultured pond or container is subjected to microfiltration continuously, and the phenomenon that water quality is affected by accumulation of wastes generated in aquatic life is avoided, and the survival and propagation of aquatic animals are affected. The existing water circulation system micro-pore screen is fixed on a rotary drum type filtering device, and the purification device for solid-liquid separation is realized by intercepting solid particles in the culture water body. The working principle is that when the culture water body passes through the microporous screen on the rotary drum, under the rotation action of the rotary drum, the solid wastes in the culture water body are separated, so that the water body is purified, and the purpose of recycling is achieved. At present, the water level of many farms is deep, and the filter tank is already manufactured, so that the filter screen is inconvenient to replace in the later stage due to poor installation. In order to solve the problems, a novel box-type micro-filter for cultivation is provided.

the novel box-type micro-filtration machine for cultivation comprises a box body, a rotary drum and a back flushing device, wherein the box body is a square box body with a cover, a water supply pipe is arranged at the lower part of a left side plate, a water outlet pipe is arranged at the lower part of a right side plate, a precipitation bin and a filtration bin are separated into a box body by a partition plate, the back flushing device comprises a central pipe, a booster pump, a back flushing pipe, a dirt collecting disc and a transmission mechanism, the central pipe is respectively provided with a concentric water inlet pipe and a drain pipe at the left side and the right side, the two pipes are separated by a certain distance to serve as water outlets, the two pipes are integrally connected through a connecting strip and are arranged on the partition plate and the right side plate in the box body, the transmission mechanism is arranged at the right side of the central pipe, the water inlet pipe at the right side of the central pipe is connected and communicated with the precipitation bin of the box body, the rotary drum is arranged on the central pipe as a shaft, the dirt collecting disc is in a funnel shape, the lowest part is connected with a sewage drain pipe and communicated with the sewage drain pipe, a back flushing pipe is arranged right above the sewage drain pipe, a plurality of spray heads are arranged under the back flushing pipe, a water supply pipe is arranged on the side surface of the back flushing pipe and communicated with a booster pump in a connecting mode, the booster pump is arranged at the bottom of a filtering bin of a box body, the rotary drum comprises a rotary drum and a filter screen component, the rotary drum penetrates through a central pipe and is arranged in the filtering bin of the box body, the rotary drum consists of a left circular plate, a right circular plate, a plurality of supporting circular rings and a plurality of supporting rods in the middle of the rotary drum, the filter screen component wraps the filter screen component, a sewage collecting disc and the back flushing pipe are separated by the filter screen component, the sewage collecting disc is arranged in the rotary drum, the back flushing pipe is arranged outside the rotary drum, the transmission mechanism comprises a control box, a motor, a first chain wheel, a chain and a second chain wheel, the first chain wheel is connected with the motor, and the second chain wheel is connected with the second chain wheel through the chain, the second sprocket is fixed on the left circular plate.
Preferably, the plurality of supporting rings of the roller are respectively provided with three equal-length rings to splice a whole circle, and all splice joints connected between the rings are fixed on the supporting rod in a staggered and alternate arrangement mode.
Preferably, the left circular plate and the right circular plate are provided with sinking steps at the junction of the inner sides and the top surface of the circular plates, and the stainless steel throat hoops press the filter screen on the sinking steps.
Preferably, the filter screen replacement component comprises a supporting plate, a filter screen and stainless steel hoops, wherein the supporting plate is formed by rolling a rectangular plastic sheet with water holes, the periphery of the rectangular plastic sheet is provided with polygonal hollow holes, the filter screen is arranged on the outer surface of the rectangular plastic sheet, the filter screen is tightly wrapped on the supporting plate by tightly clinging to the sinking steps of the left circular plate and the right circular plate, tensioning fixing plates are respectively arranged at two ends in the horizontal direction, the stainless steel hoops are respectively arranged at two sides and the middle of the left circular plate and the right circular plate, and flexible soft belts are additionally arranged on the surfaces, which are in contact with the filter screen, of the inner sides of the stainless steel hoops.
Preferably, the control box is arranged outside the safety place, controls the motor and the booster pump, and is provided with a timer, automatic, manual, inching and other buttons.
Preferably, the water supply pipe is provided with a water filter near the end of the back flushing pipe.
Preferably, the partition board of the box body has a top surface which cannot be higher than the top end of the dirt collecting tray.
Preferably, the positions of the drain pipe and the water inlet pipe of the central pipe, which are connected with the left circular plate and the right circular plate of the rotary drum, are respectively provided with a high polymer wear-resistant self-lubricating shaft sleeve.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the central pipe can be used for both a water inlet pipe and a sewage discharge pipe, and is connected with a water outlet and a fixed shaft of the rotary drum, so that the device is smaller, the installation space is greatly saved, and meanwhile, the shaft is provided with a high-molecular wear-resistant self-lubricating shaft sleeve, so that the clamping time can be reduced, the service life of the device is prolonged, and the long-term working stability of the device is improved; 2. the left circular plate and the right circular plate are provided with sinking steps, the stainless steel throat hoops and the filter screen are provided with fixing plates, so that the filter screen can be prevented from leaking water from the boundary of the side edges, and meanwhile, the filter screen can be quickly replaced and is convenient to compress; 3. the supporting circular ring is formed by splicing three circular rings, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the cultivation cost is greatly saved and the cultivation benefit is improved; 4. the separated sedimentation bin in the box body can carry out preliminary sedimentation on the water body, prevent large sundries from blocking the water inlet pipe or the sewage discharge pipe, reduce the filtering quantity of the filter screen, prolong the service life of the filter screen, reduce the backwashing times and reduce the energy consumption; 5. the filter is added in front of the back flushing pipe to filter the water again, so that the water is ensured to be cleaner, the back flushing nozzle is prevented from being blocked, the service life of the device is prolonged, and the long-term working stability is improved.

Detailed Description
In the following description, the words "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper" and "lower" refer to the directions in the drawings, and the words "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward or away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.
As shown in fig. 1-11, the box body is a square box body 1 with a cover 103, a water supply pipe 101 is arranged at the lower part of the left side plate, a water outlet pipe 102 is arranged at the lower part of the right side, and the box body is divided into a precipitation bin 104 and a filtering bin 105 by a partition plate 7. The top surface of the partition plate 7 of the box body cannot be higher than the top end of the sewage collecting tray 17, so that overflow is prevented from flowing out of the sewage discharging pipe 3.
The back flushing device comprises a central pipe, a booster pump 9, a back flushing pipe 5, a dirt collecting disc 17 and a transmission mechanism, wherein the central pipe is provided with a concentric drain pipe 3 and a water inlet pipe 18 respectively, the two pipes are separated by a certain distance to serve as water outlets, the two pipes are connected into a whole through a connecting strip 21 and are arranged on a partition 7 and a right side plate in a box body 1, the dirt collecting disc 17 and the back flushing pipe 5 are arranged right above the central pipe, the transmission mechanism is arranged on the left side of the central pipe, the water inlet pipe 18 on the right side of the central pipe is connected and communicated with a sedimentation bin 104 of the box body 1, the rotary drum is arranged on the central pipe as a shaft, the dirt collecting disc 17 is in a funnel shape, the lowest part is connected and communicated with the drain pipe 3, the back flushing pipe 5 is arranged right above the central pipe, two ends of the back flushing pipe 5 are provided with fixing seats 51 to be closed, a plurality of spray heads 19 are arranged under openings, a water supply pipe 91 is arranged on the side surface of the side opening and is connected and communicated with the booster pump 9, and the booster pump 9 is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of a filter bin 105 of the box body 1.
The transmission mechanism comprises a control box 2, a motor 3, a first chain wheel 22, a chain 23 and a second chain wheel 24, wherein the first chain wheel 22 is connected with the motor 3, the second chain wheel 24 is connected with the chain 23 to drive the rotary drum to rotate, and the second chain wheel 24 is fixed on the right circular plate 10.
The motor 3 is fixed on the right side plate of the fixed box body 1 and is connected with the first chain wheel 22.
The control box 2 is arranged outside a safety place, controls the motor 3 and the booster pump 9 to run, and is provided with a timer, automatic, manual, inching and other buttons.
The water supply pipe 901 is provided with a water filter 16 near the end of the back flushing pipe 5 to prevent the spray head 19 from being blocked.
The rotary drum comprises a rotary drum and a filter screen component, the rotary drum passes through a central pipe to be installed and is arranged in a filter bin 105 of the box body 1, the rotary drum is composed of a left circular plate 6, a right circular plate 10, a plurality of middle supporting circular rings 15 and a plurality of supporting rods 11 at two ends, the filter screen component is wrapped on the outer wall of the rotary drum, the filter screen component separates a dirt collecting disc 17 from a backwashing pipe 5, the dirt collecting disc 17 is arranged in the rotary drum, and the backwashing pipe 5 is arranged outside.
The left circular plate 6 and the right circular plate 10 are provided with sinking steps 701 at the junction of the inner sides and the top surface of the circular plates, the stainless steel throat hoops 12 press the filter screen 8 on the sinking steps 61, and the two ends of the supporting rods 11 are fixed on the left circular plate 6 and the right circular plate 10, and are welded and reinforced by PVC materials when made of PVC materials.
The multiple supporting rings 15 of the roller are respectively arranged into three equal-length rings 1501 to splice a whole circle, and all splicing openings 1502 connected between the rings 1501 are fixed on the supporting rod 11 in a staggered and alternate arrangement, and are welded and reinforced by PVC materials when made of the PVC materials.
The filter screen replacement assembly comprises a supporting plate 13, a filter screen 10 and stainless steel hoops 12, wherein the supporting plate 13 is formed by rolling a rectangular plastic sheet with polygonal hollow water holes 131 in the periphery, the interfaces 132 are connected with two ends by hot-melt welding when made of PVC materials, the filter screen 8 is arranged on the outer surface of the filter screen 8, the filter screen 8 is tightly wrapped on the supporting plate 13 by abutting against the sinking steps 61 of the left circular plate and the right circular plate, two tensioning fixing plates 14 are respectively arranged at two ends in the horizontal direction, the stainless steel hoops 12 are respectively arranged at two sides and the middle of the left circular plate and the right circular plate, flexible soft belts are additionally arranged on the surfaces, which are contacted with the filter screen 8, of the inner sides of the stainless steel hoops 12, and the tensioning fixing plates 14 at two ends are tensioned by screws 141.
The drain pipe 3 and the water inlet pipe 18 of the central pipe are respectively provided with a high polymer wear-resistant self-lubricating shaft sleeve 20 at the contact positions of the left circular plate (6) and the right circular plate (10) of the rotary drum, and the shaft sleeves are fixed on the left circular plate (6) and the right circular plate (10) through screws.
And (3) back flushing: the timer of the control box 2 sets the time length of timing, an automatic button is pressed, when the timing time is up, the motor 3 drives the rotary drum to rotate around the central tube, the booster pump 9 starts to supply water from the water supply tube 91 into the backwash tube 5, the backwash tube 5 is entered to spray out the filter screen 8 from the high-pressure spray head 19 for backwashing, sundries enter the dirt collecting disc 17 and enter the sewage discharging tube 3 for discharging, the motor 3 drives the rotary drum to rotate for 2 circles and then stops, and the booster pump 9 stops.
