When the trolley runs on the bearing track, the bearing track needs to bear not only longitudinal force but also radial force. The bearing track on the existing market is made of common channel steel, the trolley is designed to be a single guide wheel, and the contact area of the track and the guide wheel of the trolley is small, so that the track can be simply understood to be in line contact with the guide wheel of the trolley, especially, the radial force required to be borne by a bent track is large, the lower leg of the channel steel and the guide wheel are quickly abraded, the clamping frequency of the trolley is increased, the service life of the track and the guide wheel of the trolley is greatly shortened, and the working efficiency of the whole conveying system is influenced. Later in order to decompose, reduce the radial force that the leg bore under the channel-section steel, strengthen the life of track channel-section steel, the dolly is by initial single leading wheel design, change into two leading wheel designs, this design makes when the dolly bend turns round, the radial force that bears the channel-section steel is born by the upper and lower leg of channel-section steel jointly simultaneously, though reduced the radial atress of single leg, improved the life of channel-section steel relatively, but this scheme addresses the symptoms and does not cure the cause, the leading wheel still is the line contact with the channel-section steel, long-term use still can not break away from leading wheel and the serious problem of channel-section steel wearing and tearing.
The channel-section steel is the important component part that wire rod conveying equipment bore track system, because the bearing capacity and the direction performance scheduling problem of channel-section steel lead to the track often to appear blocking, warp scheduling problem, seriously influences normal production, based on prior art's drawback, and has researched and developed two turn-ups heterotypic channel-section steels.

Guide wheels are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the conveying trolley, two sides of the conveying trolley are respectively provided with a channel steel main body, and the guide wheels positioned at the upper part are movably matched with an upper flanging (4) of the channel steel main body; the guide wheel positioned at the lower part is movably matched with a lower flanging (5) of the channel steel main body.
And travelling wheels are respectively installed on two sides of the conveying trolley and rotate in wheel grooves of the channel steel main body.
The invention has the advantages that: the conventional structural form of the existing channel steel is broken through, and a flanging structure is added; this turn-ups structural design has not only increased the bearing strength of channel-section steel main part, has still realized leading wheel and channel-section steel main part and has realized the face contact atress, has increased the radial force that upper and lower leg of channel-section steel main part can bear, has strengthened the guidance quality of channel-section steel, has prolonged the life of channel-section steel self. Meanwhile, the abrasion of the guide wheel is reduced, the service life of the guide wheel is prolonged, and the running stability of the trolley in the track is ensured. Meanwhile, the problems of short service life, poor guidance quality, low bearing capacity, unstable performance and the like of the bearing track of the wire conveying equipment are solved. The invention prolongs the service life of the bearing track, improves the guidance of the bearing track, reduces the replacement rate of spare parts in a steel mill and saves labor cost.
