The invention discloses an ultra-low temperature heat-sealing type cast polypropylene aluminized substrate film, which is characterized in that: the film adopts the production of multilayer coextrusion casting technology, forms the three-layer complex film structure of constituteing by corona layer (1), intermediate level (2) and heat-seal layer (3), and the thickness ratio of corona layer (1), intermediate level (2) and heat-seal layer (3) is 1-3 than 3.5-7 than 2-3.5, the formula of corona layer (1) is: 95-100% of binary or ternary aluminum-plated special co-polypropylene and 0-5% of modified polar material, wherein the formula of the intermediate layer (2) is as follows: 50-90% of special homopolymerized polypropylene for aluminum plating and 10-50% of special homopolymerized polypropylene for high-stiffness aluminum plating, wherein the formula of the heat sealing layer (3) is as follows: 30-70% of ternary copolymerized polypropylene special for aluminizing, 30-70% of butenyl elastomer and 0-5% of anti-sticking master batch, wherein the proportion of the components is weight percentage.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of film production, in particular to an ultralow-temperature heat-sealing type cast polypropylene aluminized substrate film.
Background
With the gradual tightening of the national policy of environmental protection in recent years and the coming of plastic restrictions in various places in recent years, people pay more and more attention to the recycling and degradability of plastic packaging materials, and material integration or a single material becomes one of the development directions of plastic packaging materials. The structure of the packaging material of the dry object part such as biscuits and the like on the market is PET// aluminized CPP (abbreviated as CPP-Al), and the packaging material is difficult to recycle, so that the packaging material is dynamically changed into a single material structure of BOPP// CPP-Al. However, it is known that the maximum heat-resistant temperature of BOPP is only 160 ℃ minus 170 ℃, and the maximum heat-resistant temperature of PET can reach 250 ℃ minus 260 ℃, which inevitably requires the temperature of the heat-sealing knife of the packaging machine to be reduced, thereby affecting the packaging speed. To maintain the original packaging speed or achieve higher packaging speeds, cast polypropylene aluminized substrate films with lower seal initiation temperatures are needed.
The heat-sealing initial temperature of the existing cast polypropylene aluminized base material film in the market is about 120 ℃, the low-temperature heat-sealing type can reach 100-105 ℃, and the single material structure requires that the initial heat-sealing temperature of the aluminized base material film is 75-85 ℃, the heat-sealing strength of the product with the same thickness cannot be reduced, the heat-sealing processing window cannot be narrowed, and the film stiffness cannot be reduced too much. The cast polypropylene aluminized base material film made of the heat sealing layer material commonly used at present cannot meet all requirements. There is therefore a need for a film that addresses the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides the ultra-low temperature heat sealing type cast polypropylene aluminized base material film which has the advantages of small surface friction coefficient, good integral stiffness, equivalent heat sealing strength to the existing product and wide hot bonding processing window.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: an ultra-low temperature heat-seal type curtain coating polypropylene aluminized substrate film is characterized in that: the film is produced by adopting a multilayer coextrusion casting process to form a three-layer composite film structure consisting of a corona layer 1, an intermediate layer 2 and a heat sealing layer 3, the thickness ratio of the corona layer 1 to the intermediate layer 2 to the heat sealing layer 3 is 1-3 to 3.5-7 to 2-3.5,
the formula of the corona layer 1 is as follows: 95-100% of binary or ternary copolymerized polypropylene special for aluminizing, 0-5% of modified polar material, wherein the modified polar material is maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin or polyolefin copolymer introduced with polar groups,
the formula of the middle layer 2 is as follows: 50-90% of special homopolymerized polypropylene for aluminizing, 10-50% of special homopolymerized polypropylene for high-stiffness aluminizing,
the formula of the heat sealing layer 3 is as follows: 30-70% of ternary copolymerized polypropylene special for aluminum plating, 30-70% of butenyl elastomer and 0-5% of anti-sticking master batch, wherein the butenyl elastomer is one or more of butene-propylene copolymer, butene-ethylene copolymer and butene-ethylene-propylene copolymer, the anti-sticking master batch is special anti-sticking master batch containing glass beads for aluminum plating films,

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
aiming at the problems of the existing film, the ultralow-temperature heat-sealing type cast polypropylene aluminized base material film is characterized in that a preferred butenyl elastomer (comprising a butene-propylene copolymer, a butene-ethylene-propylene copolymer or a mixture thereof) is added into the existing polypropylene heat-sealing layer material, so that the heat-sealing initial temperature of the film reaches a relatively low temperature (75-85 ℃), and meanwhile, the type and the dosage of an anti-sticking agent are adjusted, so that the film is ensured not to be sticky, and the surface friction coefficient is relatively small; a high-stiffness material is added into the middle layer, so that the overall stiffness of the film is not reduced; the heat-seal intensity is equivalent to the existing product, the hot bonding processing window is wide, and the market demand is met. In conclusion, the film has multiple advantages, is particularly suitable for popularization and application in the field, and has a very wide market prospect.
