Rubber ring replacing device and rubber ring replacing method for conveying roller way
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ultrathin glass processing and production, in particular to a device and a method for replacing a rubber ring of a conveying roller way.
Background
At present, most of roller tables used in a float glass cold end production line are 80mm mandrels, the total length of the roller tables is 1725mm rubber ring rollers, glass is conveyed by the roller tables, a rubber ring is arranged in the 50mm range of the edge of the glass for supporting, the production loss is mainly caused by the fact that the edge of the glass drops and impacts the roller tables due to self gravity, and the yield of the glass is reduced. The width of the glass produced actually changes according to the requirements of customers, so that the rubber ring of the original conveying roller way cannot meet the glass products with various widths, and if external personnel are coordinated to arrange and transform the rubber ring of the conveying roller way again, a large amount of capital investment and time cost are consumed, the continuous mass production of a float glass production line is not facilitated, and great production loss can be caused. Therefore, in the case of such production hindrance, the float glass production line needs to shorten the time for solving the problem as much as possible and to reduce the investment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a rubber ring replacing device and a rubber ring replacing method for a conveying roller way, wherein the device can be modified on the basis of the original conveying roller way, namely, a rubber ring is additionally arranged on the actual position of the conveying roller way corresponding to the edge of glass according to the actual production requirement, so that the rubber ring installing period is greatly shortened.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a rubber ring replacing device for a conveying roller way comprises a plurality of supporting rods, wherein the lower ends of the plurality of supporting rods are fixed on the same bottom plate, the upper ends of the plurality of supporting rods are fixedly supported by the same top plate, a pneumatic pushing cylinder is arranged on the top plate, a pushing rod of the pneumatic pushing cylinder penetrates through the top plate downwards, the lower end of the pushing rod of the pneumatic pushing cylinder is fixedly connected to a lifting seat, the lifting seat is of a plate structure, a rubber ring pushing cylinder is arranged at the bottom of the lifting seat, and a telescopic cylinder capable of moving vertically is arranged in the rubber ring pushing cylinder;
the rubber ring pushing cylinder is provided with an annular groove on the inner wall, the top of the telescopic cylinder is provided with a flange plate with the same outer diameter as the annular groove, the flange plate is positioned in the annular groove, at least three first guide rods are uniformly distributed in the annular groove at equal included angles, the first guide rods penetrate through the flange plate, and springs are sleeved on the first guide rods positioned below the flange plate;
the lower end of the telescopic cylinder is provided with a reducing joint, the outer diameter of the reducing joint is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the outer diameter of the upper end of the reducing joint is the same as the inner diameter of the rubber ring pushing cylinder, and the outer diameter of the lower end of the reducing joint is the same as the outer diameter of the roller way.
In the preferred scheme, the bottom plate is provided with a positioning hole, the top surface of the bottom plate above the positioning hole is provided with a positioning cylinder, and the positioning cylinder and the rubber ring pushing cylinder are arranged in alignment;
the inner diameter of the positioning cylinder is not less than the outer diameter of the rubber ring pushing cylinder.
In the preferred scheme, the pneumatic pushing cylinder is connected with a first gas pipeline and a second gas pipeline, and the first gas pipeline and the second gas pipeline are respectively arranged close to the upper end and the lower end of the pneumatic pushing cylinder.
In the preferred scheme, the telescopic cylinder is a cylinder structural member with a closed top surface and an open bottom surface, a gas branch pipeline is further arranged on the first gas pipeline, and the gas branch pipeline is connected to the top surface of the lifting seat and communicated with an inner cavity of the rubber ring pushing cylinder above the telescopic cylinder.
In the preferred scheme, the outer wall of the rubber ring pushing cylinder is further provided with an external thread, the outer wall of the rubber ring pushing cylinder is provided with a positioning ring, and the positioning ring is fixed on the outer wall of the rubber ring pushing cylinder through the external thread.
In a preferred scheme, the outer diameter of the positioning ring is larger than the inner diameter of the positioning cylinder.
In the preferred scheme, the positioning cylinder comprises a semi-cylinder section at the upper part and a cylinder section at the lower part, a support ring is fixedly arranged in the cylinder section, the inner diameter of the support ring is smaller than the outer diameter of a rubber ring on the roller way, and the top surface of the support ring is flush with the top surface of the cylinder section.
8. The rubber ring replacing method of the rubber ring replacing device of the conveying roller way according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the following steps:
1) horizontally moving the roller way with the rubber ring to be replaced and arranging the roller way in the positioning cylinder, and then moving the roller way downwards to enable the rubber ring at one end of the roller way to be in contact with the support ring to form support and fixation for the roller way;
2) the solenoid valve is electrified for a period of time, so that compressed gas enters the rubber ring pushing cylinder above the telescopic cylinder along the gas branch pipeline, and the telescopic cylinder moves downwards relative to the rubber ring pushing cylinder;
3) a rubber ring is arranged at the lower end of the telescopic cylinder through a reducing joint;
4) then the electromagnetic valve is electrified again, so that the compressed gas enters the pneumatic pushing cylinder along the first gas pipeline to realize the downward movement of the lifting seat;
5) when the upper end of the roller way extends into the telescopic cylinder and finally the positioning ring contacts the upper end face of the positioning cylinder, the electromagnetic valve is powered off, and compressed gas is output from the first gas pipeline and the second gas pipeline;
6) the telescopic cylinder is retracted, and the rubber ring falls off from the lower end of the telescopic cylinder and is installed at a designated position on the roller way due to the limitation of the rubber ring pushing cylinder.
In a preferable scheme, in the step 3), the rubber ring is installed to be in contact with the bottom surface of the rubber ring pushing cylinder.
In an optimal scheme, before the operation of the step 4), the position of the positioning ring on the outer wall of the rubber ring pushing cylinder is adjusted by rotating the positioning ring, so that the final installation position adjustment of the rubber ring on the roller way is realized.
By adopting the structure and the method, the rubber ring replacing device and the rubber ring replacing method for the conveying roller bed have the following beneficial effects:
(1) the rubber ring is pushed through pneumatic pushing, so that the mounting accuracy of the rubber ring is ensured;
(2) through pushing away the bobbin base portion at the rubber ring and add a flexible section of thick bamboo, utilize a flexible section of thick bamboo to realize rubber ring propelling movement and installation, can solve the installation in-process, the too big problem that leads to the installation degree of difficulty to be big of frictional force between rubber ring and the roll table.

Detailed Description
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1-5, a device for replacing a rubber ring of a conveying roller way comprises a plurality of support rods 1, wherein the lower ends of the plurality of support rods are fixed on the same bottom plate 3, the upper ends of the plurality of support rods are fixedly supported by the same top plate 2, a pneumatic pushing cylinder 4 is arranged on the top plate 2, a pushing rod of the pneumatic pushing cylinder 4 downwardly penetrates through the top plate 2, the lower end of the pushing rod of the pneumatic pushing cylinder 4 is fixedly connected to a lifting seat 8, the lifting seat 8 is of a plate structure, a rubber ring pushing cylinder 9 is arranged at the bottom of the lifting seat 8, and a telescopic cylinder 10 capable of moving vertically is arranged in the rubber ring pushing cylinder;
an annular groove 901 is formed in the inner wall of the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9, a flange plate 1001 with the same outer diameter as the annular groove 901 is arranged at the top of the telescopic cylinder 10, the flange plate 1001 is located in the annular groove 901, at least three first guide rods 11 are uniformly distributed in the annular groove 901 at equal included angles, the first guide rods 11 penetrate through the flange plate 1001, and springs 12 are sleeved on the first guide rods 11 located below the flange plate 1001;

In the preferred scheme, the bottom plate 3 is provided with a positioning hole 301, the top surface of the bottom plate 3 above the positioning hole 301 is provided with a positioning cylinder 13, and the positioning cylinder 13 is aligned with the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9;
the inner diameter of the positioning cylinder 13 is not less than the outer diameter of the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9.
In a preferable scheme, the pneumatic pushing cylinder 4 is connected with a first gas pipeline 5 and a second gas pipeline 6, and the first gas pipeline 5 and the second gas pipeline 6 are respectively arranged close to the upper end and the lower end of the pneumatic pushing cylinder 4.
In the preferred scheme, the telescopic cylinder 10 is a cylinder structure member with a closed top surface and an open bottom surface, the first gas pipeline 5 is further provided with a gas branch pipeline 501, and the gas branch pipeline 501 is connected to the top surface of the lifting seat 8 and is communicated with an inner cavity of the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9 above the telescopic cylinder 10.
In a preferred scheme, the outer wall of the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9 is further provided with an external thread 902, the outer wall of the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9 is provided with a positioning ring 18, and the positioning ring 18 is fixed on the outer wall of the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9 through the external thread 902.
In a preferred scheme, the outer diameter of the positioning ring 18 is larger than the inner diameter of the positioning cylinder 13.
In a preferred embodiment, the positioning cylinder 13 includes an upper semi-cylindrical section 131 and a lower cylindrical section 132, the supporting ring 20 is fixedly disposed in the cylindrical section 132, the inner diameter of the supporting ring 20 is smaller than the outer diameter of the rubber ring 17 on the roller bed 16, and the top surface of the supporting ring 20 is flush with the top surface of the cylindrical section 132.
Example 2:
on the basis of the structure of the embodiment 1, the following method is adopted for replacing the rubber ring of the roller way, and the rubber ring replacing operation comprises the following steps:
1) horizontally moving the roller way 16 with the rubber ring 17 to be replaced and arranging the roller way 16 in the positioning cylinder 13, and then moving the roller way 16 downwards to enable the rubber ring 17 at one end of the roller way 16 to be in contact with the support ring 20 to form support and fixation for the roller way 16;
2) the solenoid valve 7 is electrified for a period of time, so that compressed gas enters the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9 above the telescopic cylinder (10) along the gas branch pipeline 501, and the telescopic cylinder 10 moves downwards relative to the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9;
3) a rubber ring 17 is arranged at the lower end of the telescopic cylinder 10 through a reducing joint 19;
4) then the electromagnetic valve 7 is electrified again, so that the compressed gas enters the pneumatic push cylinder 4 along the first gas pipeline 5 to realize the downward movement of the lifting seat 8;
5) after the upper end of the roller way 16 extends into the telescopic cylinder 10 and finally the positioning ring 18 contacts the upper end face of the positioning cylinder 13, the electromagnetic valve 7 is powered off, and compressed gas is output through the first gas pipeline 5 and the second gas pipeline 6;
6) the telescopic cylinder 10 is retracted, and the rubber ring 17 falls off from the lower end of the telescopic cylinder 10 and is arranged at a designated position on the roller way 16 due to the limitation of the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9.
In a preferable scheme, in the step 3), the rubber ring (17) is installed to be in contact with the bottom surface of the rubber ring pushing cylinder (9).
In a preferred embodiment, before the operation of step 4), the positioning ring 18 is rotated to adjust the position of the positioning ring 18 on the outer wall of the rubber ring pushing cylinder 9, so as to finally adjust the installation position of the rubber ring 17 on the roller table 16.
This device structural design is reasonable, utilize the power of pneumatic push cylinder 4 self, install rubber ring 17 to 16 limit portion suitable position departments of roll table, then withdraw the installation that drops that makes rubber ring 17 through telescopic cylinder 10, the rubber ring 17 of this method installation has higher roughness, satisfy the rubber ring required precision of float glass production line rollgang, and because the inside pretension because of telescopic cylinder 10 produces of rubber ring 17, the rubber ring can hoop the roll table dabber firmly, be difficult for shifting, have higher practicality. The device is simple and convenient to operate, small in manual input, short in operation period and low in capital input, greatly shortens the processing period of production faults, improves the equipment utilization rate, and reduces unnecessary production loss.
