The automatic transfer and assembly device has the advantages that in the use process, the material strips of the products after transfer and assembly are placed and output by the second discharging device, the material strips are pulled by the material pulling device to be conveyed along the transfer and assembly platform, the two products are respectively peeled by the two material peeling devices, for example, a handle product is peeled from the corresponding material strips by one material peeling device, a glue film product is peeled from the corresponding material strips by the other material peeling device, the camera detection device detects the patches fed by the first feeder so that the suction piece attaching device can accurately absorb the patches on the first feeder, the suction piece attaching device can absorb the products peeled by the two material peeling devices and the patches fed by the first feeder respectively, and then the two products and the patches are transferred on the material strips conveyed along the transfer and assembly platform according to requirements, so that automatic transfer and assembly of the products is realized, the automatic transfer and assembly device is simple and convenient to operate, the labor intensity is low, manpower, material resources and time are effectively saved, the stability and reliability of the device are high, the assembly precision is high, the influence of human factors is reduced, the product pollution, the damage is not easily caused, the production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is convenient, and the production cost is controlled.

As shown in fig. 1-11, an SMT transfer machine according to the present disclosure is schematically shown, including a machine table 1, and a second discharging device, a transfer platform 3, a pulling device 4, two stripping devices 5, a first feeder 6, a camera detection device 7 and a suction piece attaching device 8 arranged on the machine table 1, the second discharging device, the transfer platform 3 and the pulling device 4 are sequentially arranged, the two stripping devices 5 and the first feeder 6 are typically located at one side of the transfer platform 3, the suction piece attaching device 8 is located at the other side of the transfer platform 3, and the camera detection device 7 is located above the first feeder 6 or can be moved to the above of the first feeder 6. The material belt for placing the products after transfer assembly is output by the second discharging device, the material belt is pulled by the pulling device 4 to be conveyed along the transfer platform 3, two products are respectively peeled by the two peeling devices 5, for example, a handle product is peeled from the corresponding material belt by one peeling device 5, a glue film product is peeled from the corresponding material belt by the other peeling device 5, the camera detection device 7 can accurately absorb the patches on the first feeder 6 by detecting the patches supplied by the first feeder 6, the suction piece attaching device 8 respectively absorbs the products peeled by the two peeling devices 5 and the patches supplied by the first feeder 6, and then the two products and the patches are transferred on the material belt conveyed along the transfer platform 3 according to requirements for attachment assembly, so that automatic transfer assembly of the products is realized.
The guide mechanism 9 is further arranged between the second discharging device and the transfer platform 3, the guide mechanism 9 comprises a third support 91, two second limiting blocks 92 are arranged on the third support 91, and the material belt passes through the two second limiting blocks 92 for conveying, so that the material belt is prevented from deviating. The third support 91 is close to second blowing device's one end still is provided with guide roller 93, is provided with two second spacing wheels 94 on the guide roller 93, and the material area can follow guide roller 93 and pass between two second spacing wheels 94, and is more stable, reliable.
The transfer platform 3 comprises a feeding plate 31 for passing a material belt, the feeding plate 31 is arranged on a first support 33, at least one pair of first limiting blocks 32 are arranged on the feeding plate 31, a plurality of pairs of first limiting blocks 32 are arranged along the conveying direction of the material belt in sequence, the material belt can be conveyed along the feeding plate 31 from between the two first limiting blocks 32, so that the material belt is prevented from deviating, and the lamination assembly of products on the material belt is guaranteed. The groove bodies matched with the side edges of the material belts can be formed in the two first limiting blocks 32, the material belts are conveyed along the feeding plate 31 from between the two first limiting blocks 32, the two side edges of the material belts respectively penetrate through the groove bodies on the two first limiting blocks 32, the material belts can be prevented from being upwarped, and the stability is higher.
The material pulling device 4 comprises a second support 41, a second material pulling roller 42, a second pressing roller 44 matched with the second material pulling roller 42 and a third motor 43 for driving the second material pulling roller 42 are arranged on the second support 41, the third motor 43 drives the second material pulling roller 42 to rotate, and the second pressing roller 44 is matched with the second material pulling roller 42 to pull a material belt to convey. The suction sheet attaching device 8 comprises a suction head assembly 81, a first driving mechanism 82 for driving the suction head assembly 81 to linearly move along the Y direction, and a second driving mechanism 83 for driving the first driving mechanism 82 and the suction head assembly 81 to linearly move along the X direction, wherein the second driving mechanism 83 is arranged on a first base 84, the suction head assembly 81 generally comprises a plurality of vacuum suction cups and driving mechanisms for driving the vacuum suction cups to vertically move, and the first driving mechanism 82 and the second driving mechanism 83 can adopt modes of air cylinders, oil cylinders, electric cylinders, linear modules, matching of motors and screw rods and the like.
The first feeder 6 is usually a flexible feeder, which is also called an intelligent feeder, a flexible vibration disc, a flexible feeding disc, etc., and is a device suitable for discharging and loading bulk materials of small and medium-sized components in industrial automation production. The camera detection device 7 can be fixed above the first feeder 6, and can also move to the above of the first feeder 6 through a corresponding driving device, the camera detection device 7 generally comprises a bracket and a camera installed on the bracket, such as a CCD camera which is small in size, light in weight, free from magnetic field influence and good in vibration resistance and impact property, and the camera detection device 7 accurately detects the position of a patch on the first feeder 6 and the like and feeds back corresponding signals to the suction patch attaching device 8, so that the suction patch attaching device 8 can accurately absorb the patch on the first feeder 6.
The stripping device 5 comprises a frame 51, the frame 51 is arranged on a fast-assembly adjustable base 52, the fast-assembly and adjustment of the frame 51 are facilitated through the fast-assembly adjustable base 52, and the operation is very convenient. The frame 51 is provided with a first material receiving device 57, a second material receiving device 58, a first material discharging device 532, a first roller 54, a stripping plate 55 and an anti-adhesion material plate 56, wherein the first material discharging device 532, the first roller 54, the stripping plate 55 and the anti-adhesion material plate 56 are sequentially arranged, the first material receiving device 57 is located above the first roller 54 or obliquely above, and the second material receiving device 58 is located below the stripping plate 55 or obliquely below. The handle product or the glued membrane product to be stripped is attached to the material belt, the cover film is attached to the material belt, the product is located between the cover film and the material belt, the material belt attached with the product is output by the first discharging device 532, then the material belt sequentially passes through the first rolling shaft 54 and the stripping plate 55, then downwards passes through the space between the stripping plate 55 and the anti-adhesion material plate 56, finally is rolled by the second material conveying receiving device 58, after the material belt passes through the space below the first rolling shaft 54, the cover film on the upper layer of the material belt is rolled by the first material receiving device 57 above the first rolling shaft 54, then is conveyed along the stripping plate 55, and when the material belt passes downwards between the stripping plate 55 and the anti-adhesion material plate 56, the product on the material belt is automatically stripped to the anti-adhesion material plate 56, so that the product stripped to the anti-adhesion material plate 56 is also convenient for the suction piece attaching device 8 to grasp for assembling and attaching the product.
The quick-mounting adjustable base 52 is provided with a plurality of first mounting grooves 522 side by side, one end of each first mounting groove 522 is provided with a first baffle 521, the other end of each first mounting groove 522 is provided with a first locating groove 523, the frame 51 is provided with a first mounting block 511 matched with each first mounting groove 522 and a first locking block 512 matched with each first locating groove 523, according to specific use conditions, the first mounting block 511 is matched with the corresponding first mounting groove 522, and then the first locking block 512 is matched with the first locating groove 523 to lock, so that quick mounting and adjustment of the frame 51 can be realized, and the quick-mounting adjustable base is simple, convenient and quick to operate. One side of the fast-assembling adjustable base 52 can also be provided with first side board 524, and first side board 524 is connected with first baffle 521, and the structure is more firm, can also set up respectively with the corresponding locating hole of first mounting groove 522 on the first baffle 521, can be provided with on the frame 51 can with locating hole matched with locating pin, the operation is more convenient, stability is better.
Generally, the first locking block 512 is rotatably connected to the frame 51, a rotating shaft rotatably connected to the first locking block 512 is provided on the frame 51, a first wrench 513 is provided on the first locking block 512, and the first locking block 512 can be rotated by the first wrench 513, so that a locking portion of the first locking block 512 can be rotated into the first positioning slot 523 to be locked, and the operation is convenient. In addition, the first locking block 512 may be locked by a fastener such as a screw or other suitable means known in the art.
The stripper plate 55 is close to the one end of anti-adhesion flitch 56 and is provided with stripper blade 551 and with stripper blade 551 matched with first clamp plate 552, and first clamp plate 552 is located the top of stripper blade 551, and the material area passes between first clamp plate 552 and stripper blade 551 to when peeling the material from stripper plate 55 and anti-adhesion flitch 56 downwards through, first clamp plate 552 can prevent that the material area from upwards moving etc. to guarantee that the product on the material area is peeled off more accurately, steadily on the anti-adhesion flitch 56.
The stripping plate 55 is provided with two first guide blocks 553, the two first guide blocks 553 are positioned between the first roller 54 and the stripping knife 551, and the material belt is conveyed along the stripping plate 55 from between the two first guide blocks 553, so that the material belt can be prevented from shifting, and the material belt is ensured to be conveyed and stripped more stably. The two first guide blocks 553 can be respectively provided with a groove body matched with the side edges of the material belt, the material belt is conveyed along the stripping plate 55 from between the two first guide blocks 553, the two side edges of the material belt respectively pass through the groove bodies on the two first guide blocks 553, the material belt can be prevented from being upwarped, and the like, and the stability is higher. The stripping plate 55 is also provided with a mounting groove for accommodating the two first guide blocks 553, the length direction of the mounting groove is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the material belt, and the relative positions and the distances between the two first guide blocks 553 can be adjusted through the mounting groove, so that the stripping plate is convenient for being suitable for the material belts with different widths.
In general, the first discharging device 532 and the second discharging device have discharging rollers for accommodating the material rolls, the first receiving device 57 includes a first receiving roller 571 and a first motor 572 for driving the first receiving roller 571, the second receiving device 58 includes a second receiving roller 581 and a second motor 582 for driving the second receiving roller 581, chucks for positioning the material rolls may be further disposed on the discharging rollers, the first receiving roller 571 and the second receiving roller 581, respectively, and the discharging rollers, the first receiving roller 571 and the second receiving roller 581 may also employ inflatable shafts, so as to be convenient for accommodating the material rolls of suitable sizes.
The first roller 54 is provided with two first limiting wheels 541 for cooperating with the cover film, when the material belt passes below the first roller 54, the cover film on the upper layer of the material belt is wound up by the first receiving device 57 along the first roller 54, and the cover film passes between the two first limiting wheels 541, so that the cover film can be better received. A first guide plate 516 for feeding the material belt can be further arranged between the first receiving device 57 and the first roller 54, so that stability is better.
A first suction plate 514 for passing the material belt is arranged between the first discharging device 532 and the first roller 54, a plurality of suction holes are uniformly distributed on the first suction plate 514 and connected with a corresponding vacuumizing system, the material belt passes along the first suction plate 514, a certain suction force can be provided for feeding the material belt, and the material belt is tensioned and conveyed more stably.
The anti-adhesion material plate 56 can also be installed on the second mounting plate 515, and a plurality of inductive switches can be arranged on the second mounting plate 515, and the inductive switches can detect and inductively strip products on the anti-adhesion material plate 56, so that the suction sheet laminating device 8 can better grasp the products for assembly laminating processing.
The second material receiving device 58 further includes a first material pulling roller 583 and a first pressing roller 584 that is matched with the first material pulling roller 583, the first pressing roller 584 is generally located above the first material pulling roller 583, the first material pulling roller 583 is located below the stripping plate 55, the material strip after product stripping passes through between the first material pulling roller 583 and the first pressing roller 584, and is then wound by the second material receiving roller 581, so that stability and reliability are higher. The second motor 582 synchronously drives the first material pulling roller 583 and the second material receiving roller 581 through the first transmission mechanism 585, the first transmission mechanism 585 can adopt belt transmission, gear transmission, chain transmission and the like, for example, the second motor 582 is connected with the first material pulling roller 583 through a synchronous belt mechanism, the first material pulling roller 583 is connected with the second material receiving roller 581 through a round belt transmission mechanism, and the round belt transmission mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in processing, manufacturing, assembling and the like and low cost.
The first compression roller 584 and the stripping plate 55 are located between the two first mounting plates 586, the first compression roller 584 and the stripping plate 55 are respectively connected with the first mounting plates 586 at two ends of the first compression roller 584, one ends of the two first mounting plates 586, which are far away from the stripping knife 551, are respectively connected with the frame 51 in a rotating mode, the other ends of the two first mounting plates 586 or one ends of the stripping plate 55, which are close to the stripping knife 551, are elastically clamped through the swing clamping mechanisms 587, rotating shafts respectively connected with the two first mounting plates 586 in a rotating mode are arranged on the frame 51, first clamping blocks 588 matched with the swing clamping mechanisms 587 are respectively arranged on two sides of the stripping plate 55 or on the two first mounting plates 586, the elastically clamped swing clamping mechanisms 587 can enable the two first mounting plates 586, the stripping plate 55 and the first compression roller 584 to swing up and down in proper amounts, so that the material strips with different thicknesses can be conveniently used, products can be stripped onto the anti-adhesion material plates 56 better, and the mounting operation and the like are more convenient.
Further, the swing buckle mechanism 587 includes two first clamping plates 5871, a first rotating shaft 5872 and a first swinging rod 5873, the two first clamping plates 5871 are respectively connected to two ends of the first rotating shaft 5872 in a rotating manner, two ends of the first rotating shaft 5872 are respectively connected to the frame 51, the first rotating shaft 5872 is parallel to the first pressing roller 584, clamping grooves matched with the first clamping blocks 588, such as suitable arc clamping grooves, are respectively arranged on the two first clamping plates 5871, the two first clamping plates 5871 are connected through the first connecting plate 5875, the first spring 5874, the first swinging rod 5873 is in an L shape, the intersection points of two sides of the first swinging rod 5873 are in a rotating connection with the frame 51, one side of the first swinging rod 5873 is pressed against the first clamping plate 5871 or the first connecting plate 5875 in a parallel manner, the tail end of the other side of the first swinging rod 5873 is elastically connected with the first clamping plate 5871 or the first connecting plate 5875 through the first spring 5874, the tail end of the other side of the first swinging rod 5873 is far away from the intersection point, the two sides of the first spring 5874 can be stretched to have a hook, and the two sides of the hook can be stretched conveniently. When the two first mounting plates 586, the peeling plate 55 and the first pressing roller 584 swing up and down, the two first clamping plates 5871 can rotate around the first rotating shaft 5872 under the elastic action of the first springs 5874, and the first clamping plates 5871 are clamped with the first clamping blocks 588, so that the elastic clamping of the swing clamping mechanism 587 on the two first mounting plates 586 or the peeling plate 55 is realized. In addition, a limiting portion, such as a limiting slope, for limiting the rotation angle of the first clamping plate 5871 may be further disposed on the first mounting plate 586.
The bottom of the machine table 1 can be provided with adjustable feet or truckles with adjusting blocks, so that the whole movement and leveling of the equipment are facilitated, the operation is convenient, and the flexibility and the stability of the equipment are improved.
