The embodiment of the invention provides a small circular miniaturized high-voltage electric connector which comprises a plug and a socket.
As shown in fig. 1, the plug is composed of a contact pin, a flexible mounting plate, a plug housing, a connecting sleeve, a plug baffle, a plug nut, a high-voltage wire and the like.
The flexible mounting plate is positioned in the plug shell, the surface of the plug shell is subjected to activation treatment and then is in sealing bonding with the flexible mounting plate, and the plug shell can reliably wrap the flexible mounting plate; the contact pin and the high-voltage lead are connected together in a compression joint mode; after the surfaces of the high-voltage lead and the tail part of the contact pin are uniformly coated with silicon rubber, the high-voltage lead is arranged in the flexible mounting plate from the tail part of the plug shell, and the high-voltage lead is a lead coated with the silicon rubber and has good adhesion with the adhesive. As shown in fig. 2, the socket is composed of a jack assembly, a fastening nut, a socket housing, a sheath, a socket baffle, a socket nut, a high-voltage wire, and the like.

The jack contact piece is of a round hole two-petal groove structure, is made of copper alloy with good elasticity through precision machining, and the surface of the jack contact piece is plated with hard gold.
Because the socket shell is made of hard engineering plastics, the sealing between the engineering plastics and the high-voltage lead wire can be ensured only by activating treatment, in order to realize field assembly, a sheath with a sealing ring is used in the design of the inner side of the tail part of the socket shell, the sheath is made of silicon rubber by mould pressing, and the adhesion sealing property between the sheath made of the silicon rubber and the high-voltage lead wire is better.

The socket shell is designed with six convex cylinders, and the soft mounting plate of the plug is designed with round holes corresponding to the cylinders. In addition, silicone rubber materials can lose elasticity over time at low temperatures, which can lead to failure of the interfacial seal, given that the material can shrink at low temperatures. Therefore, the design fully considers the compression allowance, the compression amount of the interface is far greater than the shrinkage rate of the material, and meanwhile, the silicon rubber material adopts a novel low-temperature resistant material, such as BS-65 silicon rubber, and the novel material can still keep good elasticity under low-temperature conditions for a long time. Tests prove that the design of the insertion interface has advancement, the insertion interface still has good sealing performance after being kept for more than 4 hours under the condition of low temperature and low pressure, and the voltage resistance meets the requirements.

The maximum external dimension of the plug is as follows: diameter x length is phi 15mm x 20 mm; the maximum external dimension of the socket is as follows: the diameter multiplied by the length multiplied by phi 16mm multiplied by 22.5mm, the structure is more miniaturized; the small circular miniaturized high-voltage electric connector comprises a plug and a socket, and the total length of the plug and socket connectors after being plugged is about 34 mm. The working principle of the product is as follows: the plug is mechanically connected with the socket to drive the contact elements to be inserted and closed, the contact elements comprise contact pins and jacks, the contact pins are rigid contact elements, the jacks are elastic contact elements, so that the contact elements form elastic contact when being inserted and closed, low contact resistance is generated, and good electrical connection is realized; meanwhile, due to the adoption of a high-performance insulating material and an insertion interface sealing design structure, an air gap passage is effectively blocked, and the aim of high voltage resistance is fulfilled.
The environmental resistance of the product is determined by the airborne environment: the low temperature and low pressure (-55 deg.C @4.4kPa) and the high temperature and low pressure (125 deg.C @4.4kPa) are increased to the missile-borne environment (-55 deg.C @1.4kPa) and (125 deg.C @1.4kPa), and the environmental adaptability is improved.
