The invention relates to the technical field of curtains used for laser televisions, in particular to an anti-light curtain and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the anti-light curtain comprises a base layer, an anti-wrinkle layer and a shaping layer, the base layer, the anti-wrinkle layer and the shaping layer are sequentially arranged, and an included angle between the outer surface of the shaping layer and a vertical surface is 2-5 degrees; the outer surface of the shaping layer is provided with reflecting prisms which are arranged along the longitudinal array, each reflecting prism consists of a reflecting surface and a light absorbing surface which are intersected, the reflecting surfaces and the light absorbing surfaces are inwards sunken in the shaping layer, the reflecting surfaces are circular arc surfaces, and the light absorbing surfaces are planes parallel to the horizontal plane. The light reflecting surface is an arc surface and has a light condensing effect, the light absorbing surface can absorb a large amount of natural light and absorb the ceiling lamp light source, the included angle between the outer surface of the plastic layer and the vertical surface is 2-5 degrees, the number of the ceiling lamp light source irradiating the curtain is further reduced, the influence of the ceiling lamp light source on laser is further reduced, and the imaging effect is improved.

Background
The screen used in laser television is used to reflect the laser light to the eyes of the viewer to form an image. The curtain used by the existing laser television has poor imaging effect under the environment that an external light source is brighter, and only the brightness of laser can be improved for improving the imaging effect, so that eyes are damaged, and visual fatigue is easy to generate.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a light-resistant curtain and a method for manufacturing the same, which can solve the above-mentioned problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the light-resistant curtain comprises a base layer, a crease-resistant layer and a shaping layer, wherein the base layer, the crease-resistant layer and the shaping layer are sequentially arranged, and an included angle between the outer surface of the shaping layer and a vertical plane is 2-5 degrees; the outer surface of the shaping layer is provided with reflecting prisms which are arranged along the longitudinal array, each reflecting prism consists of a reflecting surface and a light absorbing surface which are intersected, the reflecting surfaces and the light absorbing surfaces are inwards sunken in the shaping layer, the reflecting surfaces are circular arc surfaces, and the light absorbing surfaces are planes parallel to the horizontal plane.
Furthermore, the included angle between the light absorbing surface and the chord of the light reflecting surface is 55-70 degrees.

According to the light-resistant curtain, the light-absorbing surface can absorb a large amount of natural light and the ceiling lamp light source, the included angle between the outer surface of the plastic layer and the vertical surface is 2-5 degrees, the number of ceiling lamp light sources irradiating the curtain is further reduced, the influence of the ceiling lamp light source on laser is further reduced, and the imaging effect is improved.

The light-resistant curtain comprises a base body layer 1, an anti-wrinkle layer 2 and a shaping layer 3, wherein the base body layer 1, the anti-wrinkle layer 2 and the shaping layer 3 are sequentially arranged, and an included angle between the outer surface of the shaping layer 3 and a vertical plane is 2-5 degrees; the outer surface of the shaping layer 3 is provided with reflecting prisms 4 arranged along a longitudinal array, each reflecting prism 4 is composed of a reflecting surface 41 and a light absorbing surface 42 which are intersected, the reflecting surface 41 and the light absorbing surface 42 are inwards recessed in the shaping layer 3, the reflecting surface 41 is an arc surface, and the light absorbing surface 42 is a plane parallel to a horizontal plane. Furthermore, the included angle between the light absorbing surface 42 and the chord of the light reflecting surface 41 is 55-70 degrees. The light-resistant curtain further reduces the influence of the ceiling lamp light source on laser and improves the imaging effect.

In the manufacturing method of the light-proof curtain, the hot-press molding is used in the step d, so that the processing effect can be further improved, the processed reflecting prism 4 has a stable structure, and the light-absorbing coating and the light-reflecting coating are not easy to fall off; the light absorption coating and the light reflection coating are formed simultaneously, so that the deviation from the designed size caused by sequential processing can be avoided, and the accuracy of processing and forming is improved.

The light resistant curtain of claim 2 wherein: the included angle between the outer surface of the shaping layer and the vertical surface is a, the included angle between the light absorption surface and the chord of the light reflection surface is b, the width of the light absorption surface is c millimeters, and the relation among a, b and c is bc.
4. The light resistant curtain of claim 1, wherein: the anti-wrinkle layer is a woven layer formed by weaving linear fibers and penetrating and winding fibers, the linear fibers are linearly arranged, and the penetrating and winding fibers are arranged in a staggered penetrating and winding mode.

The light resistant curtain as claimed in claim 4 wherein: the anti-wrinkle layer is provided with two layers, and the linear fibers of the two anti-wrinkle layers are arranged vertically; the body layer and the two anti-wrinkle layers are sequentially bonded; the shaping layer is a resin layer coated on the surface of the anti-wrinkle layer.
