Claims (12)

1. A method for managing and controlling a central air conditioner room is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring current operating parameters of all equipment in a machine room and current detection data of detection equipment in all the equipment;
analyzing the current operation states of all the devices according to all the current operation parameters and all the current detection data to generate current operation state information;
determining the authority information of the user according to the user login information and a preset level authority rule;
determining display information matched with the authority information from all the current operation parameters, all the current detection data and the current operation state information;
outputting the display information to enable the user to view information in the authority, and inputting operation information according to the display information;
operating according to the operation information to realize the control of the equipment in the machine room;
if the operation information is switch operation information, generating and outputting operation confirmation information according to the switch operation information;
before generating and outputting operation confirmation information according to the switch operation information, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining an operation state corresponding to the identifier of the device to be operated according to the current operation parameter, the current detection data and the current operation state information corresponding to the identifier of the device to be operated carried by the switch operation information;
judging whether the operation state meets a preset linkage protection condition or not;
if the operation state meets the interlocking protection condition, stopping operation and outputting prompt information representing operation errors;
wherein the operation state comprises a communication state and a running state; the communication state comprises a local state and a connection state; the operation state comprises the following steps: fault conditions and normal conditions.
2. The central air conditioning room management and control method according to claim 1, wherein before the operation according to the operation information, the method further comprises:
judging whether the operation information is matched with the authority information;
correspondingly, the performing operation according to the operation information includes:
and if the operation information is matched with the authority information, performing operation according to the operation information.
3. The central air conditioning room management and control method according to claim 2, wherein the performing the operation according to the operation information includes:
if the operation information is query operation information carrying a query identifier, querying target information corresponding to the query operation information according to the query identifier, and outputting the target information;
if the operation information is parameter setting operation information carrying a setting identification, setting a parameter corresponding to the setting identification;
if the operation information is switch operation information, generating and outputting operation confirmation information according to the switch operation information;
receiving user feedback information corresponding to the operation confirmation information;
and if the user feedback information indicates that the operation is agreed, performing operation according to the switch operation information.
4. The room management and control method of a central air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein if the current operation state is a normal operation or a stop operation, the current operation state information includes: current state prompt information;
if the current operating state is an equipment fault, the current operating state information comprises: current state prompt information and fault alarm information.
5. The central air conditioning room management and control method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a trend curve query instruction carrying a trend query condition;
and performing trend analysis on the current detection data which is consistent with the trend query condition, and generating and outputting a trend curve graph.
6. The central air conditioning room management and control method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an energy efficiency query instruction carrying an energy efficiency query condition;
and according to the energy efficiency query conditions, carrying out statistical analysis on the energy efficiency of the machine room, and generating and outputting energy efficiency information conforming to the energy efficiency query instruction.

storing the current operation parameters, the current detection data, the current operation state information and historical operation events to generate historical storage information;
acquiring a historical data query instruction which is input by a user and carries a historical query condition;
and inquiring information which is consistent with the historical inquiry condition from the historical storage information to be used as target historical information, and outputting the target historical information.
