Abstract

一种一体成型电感及其制作方法,该方法包括:由软磁材料烧结制成具有多个凹槽的磁芯板,每个凹槽中形成有磁芯中柱;将空心线圈分别装入多个凹槽中,磁芯中柱穿入线圈中,线圈端子留在凹槽外;将装有线圈的磁芯板放入成型模具中,加入流体状态的软磁材料,通过压制使流体状态的软磁材料一体成型在磁芯板上;使压制好的磁芯板中含有的线圈的两个端子暴露,并对应于各个线圈,将磁芯板切割成多个半成品电感;用绝缘材料将半成品电感包覆,形成绝缘包覆层,仅暴露出线圈的两个端子;在绝缘包覆层的表面暴露有线圈端子的区域进行金属化而形成一体成型电感的电极。由此,本发明提供了一种尺寸超小、超薄、高可靠性的一体成型电感及制作方法。
